一、新型冠状病毒概述

武汉2019-nCoV新型冠状病毒[i]是一种具有包膜的、不分节段的单股正链RNA病毒，颗粒呈圆形或椭圆形，直径约60-140nm[ii]，属于网巢病毒目冠状病毒科乙型冠状病毒属。

2020年1月27日，中国疾病预防控制中心分离出第一株新型冠状病毒。

目前推测，新型冠状病毒与其他冠状病毒相同，会刺激患者的先天免疫系统，致使体内大量释放细胞因子，造成细胞因子风暴和急性炎症反应。这会导致全身血管更为脆弱，引发急性呼吸窘迫症和多器官衰竭。

现今对病毒无有效抗病毒治疗方式，护理主要为通过维持病人体征平稳，间接促进病患自我产生抗体。

二、法国帮建P4实验室，中共违背承诺复制多个可疑实验室

据法广2020年1月25日报导，自2019年12源起武汉的新型冠状病毒肆虐全中国，并且正在海外快速扩散，法国的挑战网站刊登了《法国-中国之间的危险关系》一书中有关中法合作建设P4病毒实验室的内容。该项目是按照法国梅里埃在里昂的P4实验室“盒中盒”的模板帮助中国建设的，被中国媒体称为是是“一带一路”的典范。今天武汉P4实验室是中国突发急性传染病防控科学研究基地，也是烈性病原的保藏中心和世界卫生组织烈性传染病参考实验室。

法国是全球病毒研究领域的领先国家，2003年，中国科学院就向法国政府提出协助中国开设同类病毒研究中心的要求。武汉病毒实验室被认可从事伊波拉，刚果-克里米亚出血热以及尼帕病毒这三类病毒的研究。

文章谈到：法国对外安全总局指出，法国里昂的一家建筑设计所RTV原定负责该实验室的工程，但2005年中共官方选择武汉当地设计所IPPR负责工程，而根据法国安全部门的调查，IPPR设计所与中国军队下属部门有密切关联，这些部门早已是美国中央情报部门的监督目标。直致武汉P4病毒中心到2017年才正式投入运作。

有法国专家担心中方会使用法国提供的技术来研制化学武器，法国情报部门当时向政府提出严正警告。尽管协议规定北京不能将此技术用于攻击性的活动，但是、有政府官员向记者表示，中方在十多年的合作过程中多次违背承诺，比如说，中方当初承诺仅仅在武汉修建唯一的一个实验室，后来发现，中方已经修建了多个实验室，而且某些实验室十分可疑。

三、病毒疑似来自武汉P4病毒实验室

由于中共官方舆论的导向，中国方面坚持最初的病毒来自于华南海鲜市场，因此，人们普遍认为源头在武汉市的华南海鲜市场。

专业的研究来自于《武汉海产品市场可能不是新型病毒在全球传播的来源》，这篇世界权威的医学杂志英国《柳叶刀》（Lancet）于1月26日发表的这篇论文。英文标题是：《Wuhan seafood market may not be source of novel virus spreading globally》提出了不同的看法。研究人员称，最初一个病例12月1日患病，据报导与华南海鲜市场无关。研究人员表示，“第一个病人与后续病人之间未发现流行病学关联。”

圣达戈市斯克里普斯研究所进化生物学家Kristian Anderson在《柳叶刀》文章中分析了2019-nCoV的序列，试图弄清该病毒的起源。结论是：“有人在市场外被感染，然后把病毒带到市场，这是我们考虑过的三种情况之一，我们的资料与此一致。”另外两种情况是，其源头是一群受感染的动物，或者是进入市场的一只动物。

Anderson于1月25日在病毒学研究网站上发表了他对2019-nCoV的27个可用基因组的分析。研究表明它们早在10月1日就有一个“最近的共同祖先”，即一个共同的来源。

肖汉姆去年7月在《国防研究与分析研究所》上发表的一篇文章中说，武汉研究所是从事生物武器某些方面开发的四个中国实验室之一。

“冠状病毒（特别是SARS）已在该研究所进行了研究，并可能保存在里面。”肖汉姆说。

他还表示，SARS总体上被纳入中共的生物武器项目，且在几个相关设施内处理。目前尚不清楚是否这个研究所的各种冠状病毒都被特别纳入生物武器项目，但这很有可能。

而且这个病毒中心的重要股东，是中共解放军。所以外界猜测，这个病毒中心还是中共生物战、病毒战的研究中心和实验基地。

四、疑为“人工干预基因”的产物

有人怀疑，因武汉国家生物安全实验室是中国唯一的P4生物实验室，在那里可以进行相关病毒人工基因变异干预，可能是出现意外导致病毒泄露或者是有人故意泄露，成为“武汉肺炎”疫情爆发的重要线索。

近日，发表在《SCIENCE CHINA Life Sciences》（《中国科学：生命科学》英文版）上的题为“Evolution of the novel coronavirus from the ongoing Wuhan outbreak and modeling of its spike protein for risk of human transmission”的论文指出，武汉新型冠状病毒与SARS极为相似，具很强的对人感染的能力，但该病毒换掉了4个关键蛋白！这是与SARS最大的不同！

五、印度学者发现：换掉的4个关键蛋白疑似艾滋基因

近日，几名印度学者合作撰写的英文论文[iii]“Uncanny similarity of unique inserts in the2019-nCoV spike protein to HIV-1 gp120 and Gag（2019-nCoV中S蛋白的独特插入与‘HIV-1 gp120和Gag’的异常相似性”。

论文指出，武汉“新型冠状病毒（2019-nCoV）”S蛋白的4个不连续位点被插入了HIV病毒（艾滋病毒）的氨基酸序列，而在S蛋白的立体结构上，这4个插入位点恰好与动物细胞膜上的病毒受体相互结合。这意味着，“新型冠状病毒”的感染能力与爱滋病毒一样，而其毒性则仍由冠状病毒所决定。

论文还提到，“有趣的是，尽管这些插入片段在一级氨基酸序列上是不连续的，但2019-nCoV的3D建模表明，它们会聚在一起构成受体结合位点。”

论文并指，这4个插入位点在其它冠状病毒中并不存在，这么巧妙的变异“不大可能在自然界中偶然发生”。有专家认为，这是在含蓄暗示，变异更可能是人工干预的结果。

六、是中共魔鬼在屠杀中国人

习近平曾形容“疫情是魔鬼，我们不能让魔鬼藏匿。”然而、恰恰中共本身就是魔鬼。

《共产党宣言》宣布：“一个幽灵，共产主义的幽灵，在欧洲游荡”。一百多年后，共产主义已经不仅仅是幽灵，而是真正具有了具体的物质实相。这个幽灵，在上个世纪的一百年中，像传染病般在全世界泛滥展开，屠杀了数以亿计人的性命，剥夺了亿万人的个人财产甚至他们原本自由的精神和灵魂。

危机中，中国人无可避免地需要进行选择。但无论如何选择，中国人都必须清醒，任何对这个现存的邪灵附体的幻想，都是对中华民族灾难的推波助澜，都是向附在身上的邪恶生命输注能量。

唯有放弃所有幻想，彻底反省自己，而坚决不被仇恨和贪婪欲望所左右，才有可能彻底摆脱这一长达70多年的附体梦魇，以自由民族之身，重建以尊重人性和具有普遍关爱为基础的中华文明。

We are currently witnessing a major epidemic caused by the2019 novel coronavirus(2019-nCoV). The evolution of2019-nCoV remains elusive. We found4 insertions in the spike glycoprotein(S) which are unique to the2019-nCoV and are not present in other coronaviruses. Importantly, amino acid residues in all the4 inserts have identity or similarity to those in the HIV-1 gp120 or HIV-1 Gag. Interestingly, despite the inserts being discontinuous on the primary amino acid sequence,3D-modelling of the2019-nCoV suggests that they converge to constitute the receptor binding site. The finding of4 unique inserts in the2019-nCoV, all of which have identity/similarity to amino acid residues in key structural proteins of HIV-1 is unlikely to be fortuitous in nature. This work provides yet unknown insights on2019-nCoV and sheds light on the evolution and pathogenicity of this virus with important implications for diagnosis of this virus.
