I dreamt that the vintage collector community and the fallout fandom had a lot of tension between each other because fallout fans kept buying vintage items to make them look more fallout.

This distressed the vintage community who claimed they were destroying history and it was this whole ethical question of “what is ok to modify and what isn’t”.

The fallout fandom became spiteful and started doing it more and was actively TRYING to enrage vintage collectors by titling videos things like “turning this vintage Coca Cola machine into a nuka cola one (Trigger warning vintage collectors 😂)”
