It was overall a good experience. A good start for fresher’s to learn new things and to gain a relevant experience. Up Square School has a family atmosphere and it makes us thing easy. Colleagues were nice, kind and co operative and we work in a friendly environment. There is no partiality among teachers. Timely appraisal/feedback from the management helps the teachers to improve their standards. The school begins at 8.45 in the morning and ends at 3.30 in the afternoon which allows teacher to balance between work and home.
