One day I read that Lor'themar and Liadrin have romantic feelings for each other (it was a canon story from Blizz) since then I'm waiting to see something relative to that fact in game, because I think Liadrin & Lor'themar are very independent, strong and very dedicated to their people. They'll be a perfect couple who can stay far away from each other and still be heroic/leaders/strong/independent characters (not like Malfurion&Tyrande).

Concept Art Rocks
Artist - ShadowOfSunshine
Is a artist who makes all sorts of character art and environmental design. I like the rendering of his environmental concepts. They are eye catching especially the rocks because of the different variations used. The page looks interesting based on the fact that opposite colors are used to show a more detailed and idea concept for a game. I like the number 2 rock because it displays good lighting to the left along the rock where you can see the light of the line and face of the rock. The greys work well. I believe three different types of greys are used so that it makes use of the light areas on the rock making it look 3D. The reason for looking at this artist’s work is to look at different shapes of rocks to give me a idea of how to make them in Photoshop. Also to see the types of other colors used to make with concept art so that I can make a different rock with a brighter color for the next process.
Artist - Ulysse Verhasselt
A environment concept artist & illustrator who has worked with various client and projects from local mobile game to AAA companies. I like his work because I like how he added details to the rocks and color that makes the drawing standout. I am amazed about the attention of detail. I also like how there are two pages one with color and other that is just grey that shows a before and after the color is placed. My favorite page will have to be the one with color because it makes the rocks noticeable with light and dark areas of the art piece. I feel like I can learn from this artist because the way he has placed the snow and the types of patterns made in the snow to make it look realistic and this is great for realism.
Artist - Nachshon Rubel
A concept artist and animator who works in the gaming industry. He also worked on feature films and TV shows to create concept art as a art director. I enjoyed looking at his work because the attention to mixing colors are interesting and especially bright color areas of the rocks. The rocks look like they are designed for a comic book because comics are colorful and I feel that it would fit as a comic panel. My favorite rock would have to be the meddle one because of the way it utilizes realism with color mixture to make the rock seem real with great detail. The reason for researching Nachshon work is to look at a different painting style which could be a texture and watercolor brush techniques that blends in with the colors.
