Noemi’s divinations are almost always perfect, however given that she needs to read the sun’s rays to use divination at all, things like headaches or general confusion, even hunger, can prevent her from getting an accurate reading.

Along the line of that, Damian’s intuition is also usually spot on. However, he’s learned to ignore his gut feelings because he can’t tell the difference between them, anxiety and delusions.

The way Noemi’s divination works is that she can read refractions of light - this is assisted by the fact she has highly reflective scales on her face and ears.

In addition her light magic works very differently from Sals. While he focuses on 'bending' light into illusions she straight up uses it as a tool for divination, transportation and can also make solid objects out of it. And while Sal can use any light in an area, so long as it's visible, Noemi mostly uses pure sunlight.

She can also use minor acoustimancy and she uses it through her voice. in fact, she uses the shrillness of her voice quite effectively in a fight. She is more than capable of breaking windows, busting someone’s ear drums and shaking the foundation of a building with her voice alone.

 Aside from that, she's an opera singer, a soprano specifically.

SO NOEMI was much closer with Beau than she was with Damian and Sylvester, because she was much closer in age. She is 9 years older than Damian and 11 years older than Sal. She moved out when Damian was 12 and the two havent really spoken to her since, but she kept in contact with Beau. 

Sylvester would not recognize her at all because he has repressed a lot of his early memories before 'ascending' to cosmic witchood. He is aware that he has a sister, but he would not be able to pick her out from a crowd.

Damian would only really recognize her from her hair and her scales.

Even before she left she did spend a lot of time with her aunt Harimi instead of being home, and after she left she did take it upon herself to help take care of her after her husband died because she couldn't walk.
