— 𝟏𝟏:𝟒𝟐 𝐏𝐌 : ryuguji ken.
“ken,” you hum softly, laid ontop of draken with your chests pressed to eachother, as you admire how his features are outlined in the city lights that flicker outside your window. the onyx strands of his long hair are fanned across the pillow, and you carress the soft, dark locks, as you repeat his name. “ken.”
“mhm?” he answers, voice hoarse with sleep. his eyes open up in slits, not yet completely asleep — still having some energy left to listen to whatever you’re about to say.
you smile a little at how relaxed he is; a result of how you’d pushed him onto the bed on his stomach as soon as he was out of the shower, and kneaded all the tension and stiffness out of his muscles with your hands — pressing kisses to his skin and feeling him shiver under you as you worked on him, doing your best to help him unwind.
“how were you even single,” you murmur, bringing your hands up and cupping his cheeks in them, strong jaw hard against the heels of your palms. he looks so sweet, eyes barely open as they meet yours. “when we met? you’re way too handsome to be single.”
there’s a little pause after your question — a silence, in which draken contemplates an answer, tries to pick one to give you.
there are many answers he could give, most of them bluntly truthful and painful to face, and when you realize that fact (because you know, you know the things he’s been through. he’s told you.) you feel a hint of guilt—
but before it can spread, before it can envelope you along with the silence and cause you to pull away or apologize, he smiles.
draken smiles, lets out a breathy little chuckle, and his lips move just a little when he murmurs softly, “probably ‘cause fate wanted to lead me straight to you.”
you lay still for a second, still draped over his chest — and after a blink, you regain composure, too. grinning, you lean closer, and gently bump your nose with his. “that’s cheesy, ken. didn’t know you were a cliche.”
“only for you,” he exhales, reaching out slowly, muscled arm wrapping across your back as he grips you by the nape and pulls you in for a kiss. “’m a cliche, and a sap, and everything in between. for you.”
“really?” you push, kissing him back. “name some things you’d do for me, then. since you’re such a sap for me.” he groans against your lips, body still slack and relaxed, but when you pull back and tap him on the temple, asserting your need for his answer, he opens his eyes wider.
“alright, alright.” he mumbles. “let me think.”
honestly, you don’t need draken to list down things he would do for you — because during the years you’ve been together, you’ve seen enough of his gestures of love and affection for you.
this house itself, with its cozy living room, clean bathroom and full kitchen— was a token, of all the effort you and draken have both put into your love for eachother.
the very bed you both are laying on right now, built up by draken’s two hands, sheeted and blanketed by yours — a fine omen to your shared devotion to one another.
but it’s nice to hear it, anyway. draken clears his throat, opens his mouth, and you listen eagerly, eyes sparkling expectantly.
“i would …” he begins, frowning as he thinks. “make my own brand of engine, one day. it would work smoothly, run fast and steady, and never break down. if it did, then it would be easy and quick to fix.”
huh? “what does that—” you begin, but draken shushes you, brings an index finger to your lips and tells you, hold on, baby. so you close your mouth and keep listening.
“it would be everything good,” he says. “and nothing bad that can’t be easily understood and fixed.”
“uh huh,” you lay your chin on his chest, watching as he pauses to think clearly through the sleep that’s clouding his mind. “and … it would last long. forever. or as long as forever is, for you.”
“is that possible?” you muse, and he shrugs his shoulders, lashes fluttering as he tries to stay awake for you. “i’m just thinking of— of an engine that would run like you and me.”
there’s a moment of quiet, before it hits you — before what he’s trying to say makes sense, and you cant help the way you sit up, knees straddling his sides as you straighten up and burst out laughing. “god, ken! have you always been like this? so cheesy?”
“shut it, it’s late.” draken scowls, pushing you back and sitting up, and the headboard creaks as he uses it to support himself. when he shushes you again, you put a hand over your mouth and giggle — and he can’t help but laugh with you, because you’re so fucking cute when you’re happy, when you’re giggling at him; what else is he supposed to do?
shifting your position and taking your rightful seat in his lap, you place your hands on his shoulders, warming your hands by rubbing gentle circles across them before you cup his face in them again. “mm, so you would build an engine that runs smooth, easy and lasts forever. just like our love?”
“yeah,” he grunts, eyes heavy, but still looking gently at you with them. “and i’d name it after you.”
“no way,” you pinch his cheeks, leaning close so you can give him a peck on the lips. “you’d name it after me?”
“i just said i would, baby.” he hums, tilting his face a little as he kisses you back. “are you even listening?”
maybe you’re not listening, you think — because in that moment, the lights coming through your window flicker; maybe a car passed the street, or a late night bus. and as the lights blink, so does the glimmer in draken’s eyes, and the soft indigo hues that paint the slants of his face and neck.
and fuck, he’s so beautiful, you could lose your mind. “would you … change D & D MOTORS to my name, if i asked?”
“no,” he scoffs. “inui would riot.”
“he wouldnt,” you pout, tangling your arms around his neck and pressing yourself to his chest, resting your head on his shoulder. you faintly feel his heart beating, as your chests touch, and a tender warmth fills you as you listen to the pulse. “he’s nice.”
“hmph,” he mocks, hugging you to him and sliding his fingers in your hair. a pleasant shiver runs through your body as he scratches your scalp, and you hum in satisfaction.
outside, the night is cold — it’s warm with your bodies so close together, draken’s big, muscled form providing you all the heat you need; but you would have to get some blankets before you actually settle down to sleep.
“and what would you do?” he asks, before you can think of climbing off him to go get the extra blankets. his voice is even softer now, feeling drowsy again, with how comfortable you feel on him. “for me, since you love me so much.”
“hmm,” you hum, turning your head up and locking eyes with him again, as he looks down at you. you lift your hand, and drag a finger down the slope of his nose, and tap his lips. “i would … stay with you.”
“what does that mean? he asks, and you press a kiss to his collarbone, before you continue. "i would stay with you. simple as that. i’ll stay with you, ken. i’ll stay, and i’ll love you. i’ll be here, when you wake up in the morning. be here, when you fall asleep at night. i’ll … be the love you store in that engine you’ll make.”
he stares, gaze focused, as you whisper. “i’ll love you forever. and i’ll stay with you forever. as long as forever is, for you.”
there’s another silence, before draken nudges you up, and when you sit up, he places his hands around your waist, and pulls you close. kissing you softly, gently, he sighs, just a hint of amusement hiding under his sleepy tone. “look who’s the cliche now.”
and you don’t miss a beat, with your answer. “a cliche, and a sap, and everything in between. all for you, ken.”

4+1 (Arthur Leclerc X Reader)

Summary: The 4 times the reader surprised Arthur and the 1 time Arthur surprised the reader (plus a bonus scene).

1) Austria 2021
The weekend was not off to a good start, and that’s what caused you to drop everything to go to Austria. Qualifying did not go the best for Arthur, but where he qualified left him with a great opportunity for points, starting in fourth place.
You should have listened to your gut when it said something was going to happen this weekend. Instead, you were at work when Lorenzo called you, saying that Arthur had been gone off the track and had to retire early, and he was beating himself up over it.
You told your supervisor that you needed to head out and that you would do work remotely for the remainder of the weekend and probably the next week. They let you go without a hitch, so you were on the next flight out.
When you landed, Race 2 was just about to start. Lorenzo came and picked you up, taking you to the track and into the Prema garage. Arthur was starting down in 27th place. He was already in the car doing the formation lap, so after greeting most of the team, you asked if you could wish him luck over the radio. Thankfully enough, Rene was there and let you use his headset, but told you to make it quick.
“Bonjour mon amour (Hello my love),” You said as soon as you had the headset on. “Bonne chance, je t’aime (Good luck, I love you).”
“Wait, what are you doing here, mon beau (my beauty)? I thought you had work,” he responded immediately as he pulled around one of the last corners.
“Came to surprise you, but I need you to focus on the race now,” You replied with a small, shy smile as the team was listening in on the conversation. “I want you to do what you do best. You’ve got this.”

2) Silverstone 2022
At the beginning of the week, you were not sure if you would be able to make it to Silverstone in time for the feature race. Nothing seemed to line up, so you had told Arthur you would not be able to make it.
However, it seemed like the world was working for you when everything you had to do worked itself out by Thursday night. The weekend shifts that you could not find coverage for were canceled due to overstaffing, your assignments’ due dates were pushed back another weekend, and flights just went on sale. It just seemed like everything was working for you.
Immediately, you got on the first flight out Friday morning to London. Just before taking off, you texted Lorenzo, knowing that Arthur was most likely in his practice or qualifying session. You sent Lorenzo your flight info quickly before shutting off your phone for takeoff.
Landing in London, it did not take you long to meet up with Lorenzo since you only packed a carry-on. You were able to get right off the plane and meet up with Lorenzo in arrivals. He took you back to the rental car and you stopped off to get food before arriving in the F1 paddock where Arthur was hanging out with Charles in between races
You saw him standing against the doorway of Charles’s room with his race suit tied around his waist. You walked up behind him, immediately wrapping your arms around his waist as you hid your face in his shoulders. Arthur stopped talking abruptly, confused at who was hugging him until he turned around and saw your familiar hair color against his chest.
“You said you had work, liar,” Arthur gasped as he lifted you and held you against his body.
“What happened to ‘hello’ or ‘how are you’ or ‘I missed you’?” You laughed once he finally set you down. You leaned in to place a small kiss on his lips before whispering, “I couldn’t miss this. I always try my best to support you.”

3) Australia 2023
You recently got a new job that would allow you to travel with Arthur, but he didn’t know about it yet. It was only finalized it on the Tuesday before the race. You were hired by Ferrari to be their social media coordinator for their academy drivers specifically, and it was a ticket to follow him around for the season.
You had flown with him to Australia for the race, but you told him in advance that you would need to be doing work during the weekend. You told Arthur that morning that you had an early morning meeting which was not a lie, but he did not know it was at the track. By the time Arthur arrived at the track for prerace, you had already gotten acquainted with everyone and were in a grove.
You two didn’t actually run into each other for a while because you were following Fred around, listening to everything he wanted from you before actually getting on with your job. About halfway through the day, Arthur wanted to call you, but he was pulled into a meeting before he could actually dial your number.
Upon arriving in the Ferrari garage, Arthur sat next to Ollie off to the side. They were told it was a basic meeting to go over a new social media plan. The last thing Arthur expected was to see you walk in beside Fred.
His eyes grew wide as his jaw dropped, causing Ollie to chuckle beside him. “Don’t you have a significant other?” Ollie whispered to Arthur. The man in question just ignored his friend.
You looked around the room, almost immediately making eye contact with Arthur. A wide smile spread across your lips as you waved shyly at him.
“Everybody this is Y/n,” Fred introduced you, “They will be working with the academy drivers for their social media.”
Needless to say, when Arthur got his maiden F2 podium, the fans could definitely tell who was your favorite driver.

4) Monaco 2023
It was his home race in his own backyard. How could you not attend? Not only did you love the atmosphere of the Monaco Grand Prix, but it was his first time racing in his home country. Let alone, down the street from his house!
The F2 race had started a few minutes ago, and you were on your way back to the F2 paddock. You had run a little long with Dino’s post-race pictures, so you weren’t there for the start of Arthur’s race. You felt horrible.
You felt your heart sink when you heard the clashing of metal and the gasping of spectators. You glanced up at the big screen, and the one car you did not want to see was shown losing control and crashing into the barriers. It was the Dams number 12, Arthur.
You and Arthur would jokingly poke fun at the Monaco Curse, as Charles referred to it, but you never thought it would affect Arthur. It’s times like this when you really wish you never made those jokes in the first place. You unintentionally manifested this.
By the time Arthur got back to the garage, you had an icepack at the ready. Despite him already having stopped by the medic tent, you knew that an icepack wouldn’t hurt. Especially with how hard the impact was, his head was bound to hurt.
You stood in the back of the garage, updating the FDA social media as you waited for him. When he did, he immediately put his helmet to the side, giving you a sad smile as he approached you. You looked back at him, offering an encouraging smile in return as you opened your arms for him. Arthur did not need to be told twice as he collapsed in your arms as soon as the space was available. You ran one hand up and down his back as you kissed his temple held that was already forming a bruise before holding the icepack to it gently.
“You don’t have to say anything right now,” you whispered as you twirled some of the hairs at the nape of his neck, knowing it calmed him down, “Just know, I am so incredibly proud of you. You did amazing while you were out there, and trust me, next year, you’ll come back stronger.”

+1) Las Vegas 2023
Being from Las Vegas meant that you wanted to attend the grand prix that was taking place in your backyard. Despite not actually racing in it, Arthur was planning on going anyway to support Charles, so you convinced them to bring you along as a tour guide of sorts.
That being said, they all knew you were coming. There was nothing to surprise anyone with. At least, that’s what you thought. Arthur decided it was his turn to surprise you. He did not have all of the specifics settled, but he knew for certain that he wanted to propose to you.
It was Friday afternoon, and despite being on the track until 5 that morning, you still dragged Arthur out of the hotel by 2 to explore. You knew for certain you wanted to take him for slushies and to your favorite place to people-watch: Fashion Show Mall.
“It is way too early to get drunk,” Arthur laughed as he took a drink of the large slushie you two were sharing as you walked hand-in-hand through the streets of Sin City. “And this is comically big.”
“1, that's what she said. 2, it's not that high in alcohol percent. 3, we’re sharing it. And 4, it’s never too early to get drunk when you’re not the one driving,” you chuckled as you pulled him up the rainbow stairs to the top level. There was a grass patch that you loved to sit on while growing up, and it was the perfect spot to overlook the entire city. “This is basically where I grew up. I didn’t have many friends, but I would watch everyone from up here after school. It’s a nice view as long as you don’t look straight down.”
He followed you to the grass and jokingly fell beside you with his head in your lap when you sat down. He smiled up at you, causing you to chuckle, as he held your hand in his.
“Your hand is cold,” He whispered.
“I’ve been holding the slushie since Elvis Presley Boulevard,” you joked, “I wonder why?”
“I can warm it up,” He joked back as he took your hand in both of his as he placed small kisses along your knuckles. You closed your eyes and threw your head back as you laughed at his antics until you felt a foreign object being slid onto your finger. You looked down at Arthur to see him smiling smugly up at you as you noticed the object was a ring, and Arthur had placed it on your left ring finger. “I’ve been trying to find the words, but I couldn’t wait any longer. Mon amour, you are my best friend and you have been by my side for as long as I can remember. You always surprise me, so I thought it was my turn. Will you marry me?”
“You’re crazy, Arthur,” you cried as you hid your face behind your right hand, your left hand still being held tightly by Arthur. His face dropped, thinking you were turning him down, but before he could try to remove the ring, you continued, “You’re crazy for thinking I would say anything but yes!”

Bonus scene: Average screen time
“Your screen time is more than five hours,” Olli Calwell read off as part of the challenge they were doing for the Prema Racing YouTube channel. It was a little game to see who uses social media more.
“I know, I check mine every day. I have a problem,” Paul laughed as he pulled out his phone immediately. Arthur looked off to the side where you were sitting as he chuckled, knowing his screen time was through the roof because of the Facetime calls you do every weekend.
“Mine is 13 hours,” Arthur spoke up. Both Olli and Paul’s eyes grew wide in shock as they snapped over to him, questioning if that was really his average. “Yes, look!” Arthur spins his body around to show the other two his screen time as you also lean forward a bit to see, and he’s right. It was 13 hours on average, causing you to laugh to yourself.
“Are you okay?” Olli asked and that’s what broke your cover. The fans heard you laughing in the background of the video and immediately spammed the comments asking about you. That’s when you decided to go public with Arthur.

Last night I got high and wrote a program to find all of the unused elemental symbols. It turns out there’s 585 of them and it’s much less interesting the next day.

Ik ben non-binair en ik wil alleen maar mijn leven kunnen leiden als ieder ander
Het is een gewone vrijdag. Ik heb net gedoucht en zit met een kop koffie aan de keukentafel te scrollen voor ik naar m’n werk ga. Online wordt een artikel gedeeld over puberteitsremmers, met de vraag of het terecht is dat er twijfels zijn over het gebruik ervan door trans jongeren.
De woorden ‘puberteitsremmers’, ‘transgender jongeren’ en ‘twijfels’ werken als een rode lap op een stier. Waarschijnlijk zonder het goed onderbouwde stuk gelezen te hebben weet een groot aantal Facebookers niet hoe snel ze moeten reageren. „De GGZ zit vol met mensen die spijt hebben en zijn doorgedraaid”, lees ik. En: „Iedereen mag zijn wie hij is, maar stop met het door de strot duwen”.
De op leugens gebaseerde en steeds luider wordende haatcampagne tegen trans en genderdiverse personen klinkt steeds vaker door in de argumenten van ‘gewone’ Nederlanders. Ze lijken zich bedreigd te voelen door mensen die ze in hun dagelijks leven amper tegenkomen. Mensen zoals ik.
Lang dacht ik dat ik de enige op aarde was die zich geen vrouw en geen man voelde. Het woord non-binair voelde op m’n 45ste als thuiskomen. Voor het eerst vond ik een gemeenschap waarin ik mezelf herkende. Maar de groeiende bekendheid van dit ‘hokje’ zorgt tegelijkertijd voor steeds meer haat.
Desinformatie telkens herhaald
Het blijft namelijk niet bij online roepen, ook in mijn dagelijkse leven heb ik veelvuldig te maken met de schadelijke gevolgen van deze anti-campagne. Laatst bijvoorbeeld, toen ik bij mijn accepterende moeder van 89 op visite was. Ze zei dat het „echt niet oké is dat een dertienjarige tegenwoordig al een geslachtsoperatie kan krijgen”. Klinkklare onzin natuurlijk, zo’n operatie kan in Nederland pas vanaf achttien jaar. Maar als desinformatie maar vaak genoeg herhaald wordt, blijft het vanzelf wel ergens hangen.
Ik hoor regelmatig dat ik me niet moet aanstellen, dat ik gewoon een vrouw ben – ook al voel ik me niet zo, dat ik een gevaar ben voor de maatschappij. Mijn buurman bedreigde me zelfs met de dood. Hij riep: „Ik heb een geweer binnen. Ik maak je dood, je besmet me”. Alsof mijn identiteit besmettelijk zou kunnen zijn, als een vreselijke ziekte.
Het enige dat ik wil, is mezelf kunnen zijn. Ik doe niemand kwaad en ik val niemand lastig. Ik durf sinds die bedreigingen geen transvlag op te hangen en ik durf geen X in mijn paspoort te nemen. Ik heb geen behoefte aan opvallen, ik wil gewoon mijn leven kunnen leiden zoals ieder ander.
Maar dat kan niet.
Ik steek mijn nek uit
Volgens een rapport dat onlangs verscheen komt dat „omdat er nog geen volledige maatschappelijke acceptatie en integratie van trans personen is. Het debat over hun plaats in de maatschappij [...] polariseert en verhardt”, aldus de onderzoekers. Een van de oplossingen die wordt genoemd is dat de kennis over genderdiversiteit in de maatschappij moet worden vergroot.
En dus steek ik mijn nek uit. Hier in de krant, maar ook in het echte leven. Voor alle genderdiverse mensen die dat niet kunnen. Voor een vriend die leraar is en vanuit angst voor zijn eigen veiligheid niet durft te vertellen dat hij trans man is. Voor een vriendin die in haar geboorteland zou zijn vermoord als ze daar was gebleven.
Met het risico dat meer aandacht de haat alleen maar vergroot, wil ik laten zien dat trans personen gewone mensen zijn. Met gewone zorgen en gewone verlangens. We hebben lief, kennen verdriet, genieten van vriendschap en dromen van een wereld waarin ruimte is voor iedereen.
Je verplaatsen in een ander
Als antwoord op de haat deel ik niet alleen mijn eigen verhaal, maar geef ik ook een podium aan de verhalen over de levens van andere trans personen. In een vorm die ons in staat stelt om je volledig te verplaatsen in een ander: film. Tijdens transgender filmfestival TranScreen wordt duidelijk hoe divers en normaal de levens van trans personen zijn.
Je wordt geen superheld als je naar een Marvel-film kijkt en je wordt niet trans als je naar een film over een transgender hoofdpersoon kijkt. Het helpt hoogstens om je beter te kunnen verplaatsen in de levens van trans personen en om te wennen aan hun aanwezigheid in de maatschappij.
Als mens zijn we vaak bang voor het onbekende. Ik nodig je uit om ons te leren kennen, dan hoeven we allemaal minder bang te zijn.

Krvna slika: što su normalne vrijednosti i kako čitati rezultate
Bez obzira na to bojite li se igle ili vađenja krvi, odlazak u laboratorij ipak je neophodan pri gotovo svakoj dijagnostici bolesti. Analize krvi jasno ukazuju na to je li vaš organizam zdrav, otkrivaju postoje li upalni procesi ili neka bolest i pomažu vam da brže i lakše dijagnosticirate stanje.

U okviru kompletne krvne slike rade se i takozvane eritocitne konstante koje daju informaciju o kvaliteti eritrocita.
MCV (mean cell volume) - veličina eritrocita
MCH (mean cell hemoglobin) - prosječna količina hemoglobina u eritrocitu
MCHC (mean cell hemoglobin concentration) - prosječna koncentracija hemoglobina u eritrocitu
RDW (red cell distribution width) - raspodjela eritrocita po volumenu
TROMBOCITNE KONSTANTE
Trombocitne konstante daju informaciju o morfološkim osobinama trombocita, o njihovom volumenu, veličini.
MPV (mean platelet volume) - raspodjela trombocita po volumenu
PDW (platelet distribution width) - prosječni volumen trombocita
SEDIMENTACIJA (SE)
Sedimantecija eritrocita ne ulazi direktno u sastav KKS, ali se preporučuje i uglavnom obavlja pri hematološkim pretragama jer ukazuje na moguće postojanje bolesti i prati se pri svim oboljenjima. Ova vrijednost predstavlje brzinu kojom se eritrociti talože na dno uspravno postavljene epruvete. Normalna brzina SE isključuje postojanje bolesti, dok je ubrzana indikator za dalja ispitivanja.

Leukocitarna formula
Leukocitarna formula, odnosno diferencijalna krvna slika podrazumjeva broj pojedinačnih grupa, tj. stanica leukocita. Za dobru laboratorijsku analizu neophodno je uraditi i leukocitarnu formulu zajedno sa krvnom slikom. Postoje tri glavne vrste leukocita: granulociti (neutrofilni, bazofilni i eozinofilni), monociti i limfociti.
Neutrofilni granulociti
Neutrofilni granulociti zajedno sa monocitima čine osnovu obrambenog sustava u organizmu.
Referentne vrijednosti:
40 - 75%
Povećan broj (neutrofilija): bakterijske infekcije, traume, opekotine, upale, infarkt. Značajno su povišeni kod leukemije i proširenih malignih bolesti.
Više o bolesti: srčani infarkt
Smanjen broj (neutropenija): virusne infekcije, bruceloza, tuberkuloza, reumatoidni artritis, poremećaji koštane srži, manjak vitamina B12.

Limfociti proizvode antitijela i sudjeluju u obrani od virusa.

Povećan broj limfocita (limfocitoza): virusne infekcije (Epstein barr virus, citomegalovirus, rubeola), toksoplazmoza, bruceloza.

Smanjen broj limfocita (limfopenija): kod liječenja kortikosteroidima, infiltracija koštane srži, AIDS, kod primjenjivanja radioterapije i kemoterapije.

Eozinofilni granulociti sudjeluju u obrani od alergijskih agenasa i parazitarnih infekcija.

Povećan broj (eozinofilija): astma, alergije, urtikarija, ekcemi, zračenje, kod oporavka od infekcije. Eozinofilija-mijalgija je sindrom koji se sastoji od bolova u mišićima i zglobovima, povišene temperature, osipa po koži, oticanja ruku i intenzivne eozinofilije.

Bazofilni granulociti
Bazofilni granulociti su najmanje zastupljena populacija leukocita i sudjeluju u alergijskom odgovoru organizma.
Referentne vrijednosti:
0 - 1%
Povećan broj (bazofilija): virusne infekcije, urtikarija, miksedemi, nakon hemolize i odstranjenja slezene.
Referentne vrijednosti se odnose na odrasle osobe.
Kompletna krvna slika i urin
Osim krvne slike, jedna od češćih rutinskih laboratorijskih pregleda je i kontrola urina, a najbitniji je prvi jutarnji urin (srednji mlaz). Njime se osim, fizikalnog pregleda (boja, izgled, miris urina), radi i kemijski pregled kojim se želi ispitati postoje li nepreporučene koncentracije tvari koje bi mogle ukazivati na neku bolest. Također, radi se i mikroskopska analiza kojom se saznaje broj krvnih stanica, prisustvo bakterija, parazita ili gljivica.
Kompletna krvna slika cijena
Kompletnu krvnu sliku možete napraviti u privatnim poliklinikama, po cijeni od najčešće 50 kuna, a osim toga i preko sustava Hrvatskog zavoda za zdravstveno osiguranje. Nalaz ćete dobiti u roku od 24 sata.
Diferencijalna krvna slika
Osim kompletne, postoji i diferencijalna krvna slika (DKS) ili leukogram. Ovom se pretragom otkriva omjer različitih vrsta bijelih krvnih stanica, leukocita u krvi. Za ovu pretragu nisu potrebne posebne pripreme, ali vas liječnik može tražiti da prestanete uzimati određene lijekove, nekoliko dana prije uzimanja uzorka. Nalaz krvne slike također se izdaje unutar 24 sata. Ovom krvnom sliku želi se ispitati omjer pet tipova leukocita.
Ovo su normalni omjeri:
• neutrofili - 40 do 70%
• eozinofili - 1 do 4%
• bazofili - manje od 1%
• limfociti - 20 do 50%
• monociti - 1 do 8%
Krvna slika kod tumora
Pregled krvi najbrži je način do otkrivanja bolesti. Svaki laboratorijski pregled trebao bi započeti kompletnom krvnom slikom jer će ona pružiti sve informacije o krvnim ćelijama, obliku, broju, funkciji i veličini.
Razvoj tumora popraćen je lučenjem tumorskih markera - molekule koje su za vrijeme tumora u većim koncentracijama nego što je to normalno. Osim u mokraći, pojavljuju se u krvi. Njihovo je mjerenje i identifikacija korisno za dijagnozu, liječenje karcinoma i praćenje učinkovitosti terapije. Oni ne moraju biti povišeni kod svake osobe koja boluje od karcinoma, što posebno vrijedi za rane stadije bolesti. Mnogi tumorski markeri nisu specifični za jedan poseban oblik karcinoma već mogu biti povišeni kod više vrsta zloćudnih bolesti. Zbog toga tumorske markere treba razmatrati zajedno sa drugim kliničkim i laboratorijskim pregledima.
Leukemija krvna slika
Postoje različite vrste leukemije ovisno o vrsti krvnih stanica koje su postale maligne. Limfoblastična leukemija je rak limfoblasta (bijelih krvnih stanica koje se bore protiv infekcije), no osim bijelih, i crvene krvne stanice i trombociti mogu postati stanice raka. Broj leukocita može biti normalan, smanjen ili povećan. U odraslih bolesnika broj leukocita je visok. Ako osoba ima kroničnu limfocitnu leukemiju, u koštanoj se srži vidi nenormalno veliki broj limfocita.
Stadiji kronične limfocitne leukemije:
Stadij 0 - u ovom stadiju previše je limfocita u krvi, ali nema drugih znakova ili simptoma leukemije
Stadij II - u stadiju II kronične limfocitne leukemije, u krvi ima previše limfocita, jetra, a slezena i limfni čvorovi su veći nego normalno
Stadij III - u stadiju III kronične limfocitne leukemije, u krvi ima previše limfocita i crvenih krvnih stanica. Limfni čvorovi, jetra, slezena mogu biti veći nego inače
Stadij IV - u ovom stadiju, u krvi je previše limfocita, a premalo trombocita. Limfni čvorovi, jetra ili slezena mogu biti veći nego normalno i može biti previše crvenih krvnih stanica
Kompletnom krvnom sliku može se vidjeti stanje crvenih, bijelih stanica i trombocita te se tako može dijagnosticirati leukemija.

Tomb Raider Meeting 2024
Auch dieses Jahr treffen wir uns wieder für 4 Tage in Bad Grund, im Harz, für das “Tomb Raider Meeting”.
Das Tomb Raider Meeting wird vom 30.05. - 02.06.2024 (zum Fronleichnams-Termin), am gewohnten Ort, dem Gruppenhaus in Bad Grund stattfinden.
Was ist das Tomb Raider Meeting?
Das Tomb Raider Meeting ist ein Treffen für Fans, bei dem man gemeinsam 4 Tage in einem Selbstversorgerhaus verbringt und sich dabei austauscht, spielt, Abenteuer erlebt, wandert, und einfach viel Spaß hat. Man kann für das Tomb Raider Meeting, nicht zu alt, oder zu jung sein, und auch die aktuelle Begeisterung für Tomb Raider schwankt in unserer Gruppe. Manche von uns haben nur die Klassik-Spiele (1-5) gespielt, andere sind erst spät dazu gekommen. Die einen bauen mit Begeisterung auch nach über 20 Jahren noch Custom Levels, andere sind zu anderen modernen Spielen auf PS5 weiter gezogen.
Die Teilnahme am Tomb Raider Meeting kostet dieses Jahr, auf Grund der gestiegenen Preise, 120 Euro für das gesamte Wochenende - 3 Übernachtungen, 3 x Frühstück, 1 x Abendbrot (Do), 2 x Grillen (Fr&Sa), Getränke (Cola, Fanta, Wasser, Bier...) Die Unterbringung finden in maximal 4-Bett-Zimmern statt, die aber nie voll belegt werden.
Wie nehme ich am Meeting teil?
Dieser Punkt ist denkbar einfach, dadurch aber für Neulinge vielleicht auch abschreckend.

Dann müsst ihr nur noch am Donnerstag den 30.05.2024, ab 14 Uhr in Bad Grund am Selbstversorgerhaus (Clausthaler Str. 40) aufschlagen und gute Laune, und auch gerne einen Kuchen mitbringen.
Falls ihr euch unsicher seid, kann ich euch empfehlen, dass ihr versucht, ein paar der Teilnehmer kennen zu lernen, da viele in der Community sehr aktiv sind - Webseitenbetreiber, Gamescom-Besucher, Tomb Raider Suite-Konzert-Besucher usw. - dürfte das nicht schwer fallen.

Wobei zu sagen ist, dass es nur einen Fernseher vor Ort gibt, und ggf schon baugleiche Geräte mitgebracht werden, am Besten im Forum absprechen, und vielleicht nur Spiele oder Spielstände einpacken (bzw. in die Cloud hochladen)
Gesellschaftsspiele - Brettspiele, Kartenspiele, Trinkspiele, Spiele für den Garten
Teile der Sammlung - Was auch gelegentlich mitgebracht wird sind Lara Figuren, Artbooks, Waffenattrappen, Cosplay Items. alles was ihr ggf vorzeigen möchtet oder gerne dabei habt.
Was erwartet mich?
Donnerstag Abend gibt es ein gemeinsames Abendbrot mit Brötchen, Belag, Gemüse… Danach werden vermutlich Spiele ausgepackt, oder die Konsolen in Beschlag genommen, es sei denn, man hat sich festgequatscht.
Freitag und Samstag verbringen wir dann häufig mit Erkundungstouren (das können Shoppintouren in benachbarte Orte oder zu Ludmilla - dem lokalen Krimskramsladen, Cachingtouren oder einfache Wanderungen sein). An diesen Tagen wird der Grill angeworfen. Veganer sollten sich vorher kurz melden, damit die Mengen entsprechend angepasst werden.
