जाने ब्रह्मा जी की पूजा क्यों नहीं होती
हिंदू ग्रंथों और पुराणों के अनुसार ब्रह्मा सृष्टि के निर्माता है। लेकिन आपके मन में ये सवाल आता होगा की भगवन विष्णु और महेश के जैसे भगवान् ब्रह्मा की पूजा और स्तापना हर जगह क्यों नहीं की जाती है और उनका सिर्फ एक ही मंदिर क्यों है । इसके पीछे देवी सावित्री का दिया हुआ श्राप है। पुराणों के अनुसार एक बार ब्रह्मा जी हाथ में कमल का फूल लिए हुए अपने वाहन हंस पर सवार होकर अग्नि यज्ञ के लिए उचित स्थान की तलाश कर रहे थे। तभी एक जगह पर उनके हाथ से कमल का फूल गिर गया। फूल के धरती पर गिरते ही धरती पर एक झरना बन गया और उस झरने से 3 सरोवर बन गए जिन्हे ब्रह्म पुष्कर, विष्णु पुष्कर और शिव पुष्कर के नाम से जाना जाता है। यह देखकर ब्रह्मा जी ने इसी जगह यज्ञ करने का निर्णय लिया। यज्ञ में ब्रह्मा जी के साथ उनकी पत्नी का होना जरुरी था। भगवान ब्रह्मा की पत्नी सावित्री वहां नहीं थी और शुभ मुहूर्त निकला जा रहा था। इस कारण ब्रह्मा जी ने उसी समय वहां मौजूद एक सुदंर स्त्री के विवाह करके उसके साथ यज्ञ संपन्न कर लिया। जब यह बात देवी सावित्री को पता चली। इससे नाराज होकर उन्होंने ब्रह्मा जी को यह श्राप दे दिया कि जिसने सृष्टि की रचना की पूरी सृष्टि में उसी की कहीं पूजा नहीं की जाएगी। The channel on a Bhakti karma of spirituality and Peace. पौराणिक कथानुसार चंद्र जी का विवाह दक्ष प्रजापति की 27 नक्षत्र कन्याओं के साथ संपन्न हुआ। चंद्र एवं रोहिणी बहुत खूबसूरत थीं एवं चंद्र का रोहिणी पर अधिक स्नेह देख शेष कन्याओं ने अपने पिता दक्ष से अपना दु:ख प्रकट किया। दक्ष स्वभाव से ही क्रोधी प्रवृत्ति के थे और उन्होंने क्रोध में आकर चंद्र को श्राप दिया कि तुम क्षय रोग से ग्रस्त हो जाओगे। चंद्र क्षय रोग से ग्रसित होने लगे और उनकी कलाएं क्षीण होना प्रारंभ हो गईं। नारदजी ने उन्हें मृत्युंजय भगवान आशुतोष की आराधना करने को कहा, तत्पश्चात उन्होंंने भगवान आशुतोष की आराधना की। चंद्र अंतिम सांसें गिन रहे थे कि भगवान शंकर ने प्रदोषकाल में चंद्र को पुनर्जीवन का वरदान देकर उन्हें अपने मस्तक पर धारण कर लिया अर्थात चंद्र मृत्युतुल्य होते हुए भी मृत्यु को प्राप्त नहीं हुए। पुन: धीरे-धीरे चंद्र स्वस्थ होने लगे और पूर्णमासी पर पूर्ण चंद्र के रूप में प्रकट हुए। चंद्र क्षय रोग से पीड़ित होकर मृत्युतुल्य कष्टों को भोग रहे थे। भगवान शिव ने उस दोष का निवारण कर उन्हें पुन:जीवन प्रदान किया अत: हमें भगवान शिव की आराधना करनी चाहिए जिन्होंने मृत्यु तक पहुंचे हुए चंद्र को मस्तक पर धारण किया था।
