The gym i hardly ever get to do now due to working so much and though I'm not where I once was, in trying to get back there hadn’t been much of a struggle at least not like I expected
(maybe the first couple of runs had me out of breath but quickly readjusted). Trust it’s really one of the many things the Plandemic took from me(which is what gave me a peace of mind daily) but I’ve been blessed in other ways so won’t complain. However I’m going on month 6 of consistently working out of some sorts, minus one day because I went too crazy for over a hr (when I was getting back into things)and was stiff as hell for a week but aye no pain no Gainz riite? Anyways since breaking down my body I been awakening to start my days with some yoga/stretching, and ab workouts when capable. Occasionally breathing exercises as well which benefits are great, definitely improved my breaths while out jogging so I’ll recommend this to anyone, not to mention this can be done anytime anywhere everyday.
