anyway, coming into anarchy as someone who was pretty socialist has been pretty hard. in a sense I still do believe in socialism as a short term solution just because I know it'll benefit the oppressed and be a detriment to the bougies. but reading more about anarchy and neotribalism is hard because it's so impossible to deny the merit. it means questioning a lot about myself; my consumerism, especially. i take a lot of comfort in material things and i love aesthetics. this is a symptom of a sick society and one part of me protests the idea of destroying civilization because it would mean the end of the fashion I love to wear and follow, the cutesy junk I collect and all that, but on an ideal level i do believe humankind is supposed to be a tribal non-agricultural animal. trying to reconcile my beliefs with my reality has definitely been a theme of this last year.

the thing about TWD as a whole (the game especially, but the show as well) is that............. their zombies aren’t threatening at all. like, in the show, sometimes they bring a horde around and if you get stuck in that, yeah, it sucks, but the walkers are blind and you can fool them by just covering yourself in their blood, plus they can’t run, so like, honestly, you can basically just... walk to get away from them. id kick walker ass. im not afraid
