30 Cabinet Ministers In New Modi Government: See List

Narendra Modi today took oath as Prime Minister for a record third term, equalling India's first Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru's record of three wins.

Honour guards lined the steps of the Rashtrapati Bhavan where thousands gathered to watch PM Modi, dressed in a white kurta and with blue waistcoat, take the oath.

PM Modi was followed immediately by top BJP aides Rajnath Singh, Amit Shah and Nitin Gadkari.

South Asian leaders from neighbouring Bangladesh, the Maldives and Sri Lanka attended the ceremony but neighbouring rivals China and Pakistan had notably not sent top leaders.

Led by the Prime Minister, the new team includes 30 Cabinet Ministers, 5 Ministers of State with Independent Charge and 36 Ministers of State.

PM Modi's party, BJP, won 240 seats in this year's poll, 32 short of a majority in the 543-member lower house. Allies helped him cross the 272-majority mark, with the National Democratic Alliance or NDA notching up 293 seats

"The Abode of the Winds." From the Annapurna Upanishad, the Exploration of the Mysteries of the Queen of Foods.

The Upanishad next says we must not only stop consuming the objects of desire, lose our appetite for them and give in to “noble impulses” but must also abandon the idea of owning a body altogether. All concepts of even the “excellent qualities” must be forsaken:

IV-18. This ‘destruction’ of the Jivanmukta’s mind is determinate; Nidagha, “exertion” with disembodied liberation comes indeterminate destruction. IV-19. One liberated in disembodiment is he who realizes the partless Self; his mind, the abode of all excellent qualities as it was, is dissolved.

IV-20-21. In that supremely holy, blemishless status of disembodied liberation, marked by ‘mindlessness’, in that state of indeterminate destruction of the mind, just nothing remains, neither qualities nor their absence; neither glory nor its absence; nothing (whatsoever) of the world;

IV-22. Neither sunrise nor sunset; neither sensations of joy or anger; neither light nor darkness; neither twilight, day nor night; neither being, non-being, nor centrality marks the status (of disembodied liberation).

IV-23. The spacious status of those (who are liberated in disembodiment), who have gone beyond intellect and the pomp of worldly life, is like the sky, the abode of the winds.

IV-24. The great (Jivanmuktas) whose bodies are the subtle ether become disembodied there (in the state of disembodied liberation); all their sufferings are cured; they are immaterial; totally quiescent, immobilized in bliss, beyond Rajas and Tamas. In that state dissolve the remnants of their mind.

About this, Sri Krishna said, in the Bhagavad Gita:

BG 8.18: At the advent of Brahma’s day, all living beings emanate from the unmanifest source. And at the fall of his night, all embodied beings again merge into their unmanifest source.

At the beginning of our daily consciousness, Krishna says the day has to be as fresh and new as possible. Retention of any memories or impulses that disturb the ability of the Super Consciousness to act through us must be held back.

The goal is to act as if the self were in deep sleep and the Holy Ghost owns the body not us. This is the highest state of meditation, very difficult to attain and retain.

🌿🌼🙏. దత్తాత్రేయుడు అత్రి మహర్షి, అనసూయాదేవి కుమారుడు. అత్రి మహర్షి పుత్ర సంతానము కొరకై ఘోర తపస్సు చేసి దివ్యశక్తులు కలిగిన కుమారుడు కావాలని త్రిమూర్తులను కోరుకున్నాడు. తన తపస్సు ఫలితంగా బ్రహ్మ అంశమున చంద్రుడు, విష్ణు అంశమున దత్తుడు, శివ అంశమున దుర్వాసుడు జన్మించారు. కాలాంతరమున జన్మించిన ఆ ముగ్గురే శ్రీదత్తుడు అను నామముతో ప్రసిద్ధి చెందిరి. చంద్రుడు, దుర్వాసుడు తమ యొక్క శక్తులను దత్తునికి ధారపోశారు. దత్తుడు అనగా తనంత తానుగా ఎదుటి వ్యక్తికి ఇష్టముతో పెంచుకొనుటకై వెళ్లినవాడు అని అర్థం. శ్రీహరి తన జన్మస్థలమైన వైకుంఠ పట్టణమును విడిచి, అత్రికి పుత్రుడైన కారణముగా ఈయన ఆత్రేయుడైనాడు. ‘దత్తుడు + ఆత్రేయుడు ‘దత్తాత్రేయుడు’ అని మనం వ్యవహరించు చున్నాము.🙏🌼🌿

🌿🌼🙏. ఆధిభౌతికము, ఆధిదైవికము, ఆధ్యాత్మికము అనే త్రివిధాలయిన తాపాలను తన తపో మహిమతో తొలగించుకొన్న మహనీయుడు అత్రి మహర్షి. అత్రి పుత్రుడు కనుక ‘ఆత్రేయుడు’ అని కూడా పిలువబడినాడు. దత్తుడు గోమతీ నదీ తీరమున సత్యజ్ఞాన సముపార్జనకై తపస్సు చేసి సకల విద్యలలో ఆరితేరి జ్ఞానమును సంపాదించి సత్యజ్ఞాని అయ్యాడు. దత్తాత్రేయుడికి ఆరు చేతులు మూడు తలలు నడిమి శిరస్సు విష్ణువుది. కుడిది శివుడిది ఎడమది బ్రహ్మ శిరం. కుడి భాగము సద్గురు స్వరూపము, ఎడమభాగము పరబ్రహ్మస్వరూపము మధ్యభాగాన గురుమూర్తిగా అజ్ఞానమును తొలగించి శ్రీదత్తుడు లోకముల రక్షణ చేయును. మూడు ముఖములతో, ఆరు భుజములతో నాల్గు కుక్కలతో, ఆవుతో కనిపిస్తాడు. నాల్గు కుక్కలు నాల్గు వేదములు, ఆవు మనస్సే మాయాశక్తి, మూడు ముఖములు త్రిమూర్తులు. సృష్టి, స్థితి, లయములు. త్రిశూలము ఆచారము, చక్రము అవిద్యా నాశకము, శంఖము నాదము సమస్త నిధి, డమరు సర్వవేదములు దీని నుంచి పాదుర్భవించినవి. కమండలము సకల బాధలను దూరం చేసి శుభాలను చేకూర్చుటకు ప్రతీక.🙏🌼🌿

🌿🌼🙏. సంసార బంధములను తెంచుకొని తమ భక్తులను తనే ఎంచుకుని పరమ పదం వైపుకు నడిపించిన గురుదేవులు దత్తాత్రేయుల వారు పుట్టిన రోజు మార్గశీర్షమాసంలో పూర్ణిమనాడు వస్తుంది. మృగశిరా నక్షత్రం వృషభరాశికి చెందినది. పౌర్ణమి అనేది చంద్రునికి సంబంధించిన అన్ని కళలతో నిండిన తిథి. వృషభరాశి చంద్రునికి స్వస్థానం కాబట్టి సంపూర్ణమైన చంద్రుని శక్తి ఉండే రోజు మార్గశీర్ష పూర్ణిమ నాడు దత్తాత్రేయ జయంతి జరుపుకుంటున్నారు. పౌర్ణమినాడు దత్తుని పాలతో అభిషేకించి మనస్సులోని కోరికలను ఆయనకు తెలియజేస్తే విజయమును చేకూర్చుతాడు. శ్రీ దత్తావారిని తలచి ఆయురారోగ్యములను, స్మరించి భోగభాగ్యములను పొంది, శ్రీదత్తుని విషయమై ఏదైనా మనము అనుకున్నచో, అనుకున్న రోజు దగ్గర నుండే ఒక చక్కని మార్పు కలుగుట జరుగుతుంది. కనుక అట్టి దత్తుని జయంతి రోజు ఆరాధించి ధన్యులమవుదాం!🙏🌼🌿

Sri Dattatreya is Gnanayoganidhi, Vishwaguru and Siddhasevita. Shruti says that just remembering 'Sridatta' fulfills the desires of our mind. Dattamurthy's incarnation is to teach all living beings knowledge, knowledge, love, truth, happiness and righteousness. Dattatreya is a sage who has transcended Vedic knowledge.🍀

🌿🌼🙏. Dattatreya was the son of sage Atri and Anasuya Devi. Sage Atri did severe penance to have a son and wanted a son with divine powers. As a result of his penance, Chandra was born in the Brahma aspect, Datta in the Vishnu aspect, and Durvasa in the Shiva aspect. Those three who were born in different times are known by the name Sridatta. Chandra and Durvasu showered their energies on Dattu. Adoption means one who willingly goes to adopt another person. He became an Atreya because Srihari left his birthplace Vaikuntha and became the son of Atri. 'Dattatreya + Athreya' we have treated as 'Dattatreya'.🙏🌼🌿

🌿🌼🙏. Atri Maharshi, who removed the three types of tapa, namely, material, spiritual and spiritual, with his tapo glory. He was also called 'Athreya' as he was the son of Atri. Datta did penance on the banks of the river Gomati for the acquisition of knowledge and became a sage. Dattatreya has six arms and three heads and the head is Vishnu. On the right is Shiva's head and on the left is Brahma's head. The right part is Sadguru's form, the left part is Parabrahma's form, and in the middle part Sridatta removes ignorance and protects the worlds. 16. jñānaṁ yad etad adadhāt katamaḥ sa devas trai-kālikaṁ sthira-careṣv anuvartitāṁśaḥ taṁ jīva-karma-padavīm anuvartamānās tāpa-trayopaśamanāya vayaṁ bhajema

MEANING : No one other than the Supreme Personality of Godhead, as the localized Paramātmā, the partial representation of the Lord, is directing all inanimate and animate objects. He is present in the three phases of time-past, present and future. Therefore, the conditioned soul is engaged in different activities by His direction, and in order to get free from the threefold miseries of this conditional life, we have to surrender unto Him only.

PURPORT : Mattaḥ smṛtir jñānam apohanaṁ ca (BG 15.15). The Lord says, "Through Me one gets real knowledge and memory, and one also forgets through Me." To one who wants to be materially satisfied or who wants to lord it over material nature, the Lord gives the opportunity to forget His service and engage in the so-called happiness of material activities. Similarly, when one is frustrated in lording it over material nature and is very serious about getting out of this material entanglement, the Lord, from within, gives him the knowledge that he has to surrender unto Him; then there is liberation.

This knowledge cannot be imparted by anyone other than the Supreme Lord or His representative.This means that Kṛṣṇa as the Supersoul is seated within the heart of the living entity, and when the living entity is serious, the Lord directs him to take shelter of His representative, a bona fide spiritual master. Directed from within and guided externally by the spiritual master, one attains the path of Kṛṣṇa consciousness, which is the way out of the material clutches. The seed of Kṛṣṇa consciousness is sown within the heart of the conditioned soul, and when one hears instruction from the spiritual master, the seed fructifies, and one's life is blessed.

A big gate leads straight to heaven and we are just there, standing. But there is a pit, like a manhole, and we fall in. And where do we go? Into Yama's abode. Well, it is strange that there is a hole there, just at the entrance to heaven. This is possible, says John Bunyan, and says everyone. The idea is that the boat can sink even near the other shore—not necessarily in the middle.

The point is that we have to be very cautious about the powers of the world. The world is not a petty cat or a mouse in front of us, and we should not be under the impression that we are great yogis who can simply tie the whole world with our fingers. It is not so. We are not Krishnas, blessing Arjuna with one hand. We are babies, spiritually. And the baby Pandavas were not an equal match to the terror of the Kauravas, who had the tactics of the time, who could counterblast the little aspirations of the spirit which were about to blossom in the hearts of the Pandavas. Goodness does not always succeed in the earlier stages. Truth triumphs not always.
