#Shanie's Insane Dream Fic
Shanie's Creation Masterlist!
Updated 04/18/24
Masterlist of all the fanworks I have out there.
Quick Link: My Steenerico Disney Fic, "The Happiest Luchador on Earth" is located HERE, while the rest of the in-universe stories, "Of Masks, Mice, and Men" are located HERE.
For anyone interested, both THLoE and OMMaM make up what I refer to as "The Generico!verse" due to the fact that the entire universe hinges on the singular notion that El Generico is NOT Sami Zayn and, in fact, Sami Zayn never existed in this universe, nor does Kevin Owens. There are only Steen and Generico in this universe and the stories are about the two of them meeting, falling in love, realizing they are in love, realizing how much they need each other, and really, just the two of them navigating the world together as best friends and eventual lovers, trying to get by despite their various neurodivergencies.
The rest of the fanworks are beneath cut

In case any of you wanted a peek into the latest nonsense that I'm having far too much fun writing...
A sneak peek at "In The Heat Of The Day - Chapter 11"
Snippet below cut. For @the-cowbi and @wrestlezaynia
Eventually, he reached his destination, a door with a green light ring around it.
The Pyear waved his wrist at the locking pad and the door slid open.
Kevin couldn’t believe what he saw inside.
“Plants!” he gasped, unable to stop himself.
Sure enough, inside the doors was a small, but beautiful indoor garden lined with blue-tinted lights and built-in misters that he imagined would water the plants, with drains being positioned under the rows of plants on the floor.
It was the most beautiful room he’d seen since arriving and there, standing in the center of it, was the most beautiful person.
“Ma moitié,” Sami said cheerfully upon seeing him. “They told me I’d get to see you.”
It took all of Kevin’s willpower not to rush into his ex’s arms. Regardless of how long the span between visits with Sami, it was always a lifetime too long. If it were up to him, he’d never leave Sami’s side.
His mind flitted momentarily to a thought he had had two nights earlier in his bunk where he wished he was sleeping with Sami as well, but he pushed it aside, instead calmly walking over to his friend with a smile.
“I guess you’re my reward,” Kevin remarked, “as usual.”
“Am I really such a bad reward?”
“Never.”
KO’s eyes drifted to the edge of Sami’s hairline where he remembered a Heig’on-removed scar had once been. His eyes closed for a moment at the memory. The Briscoes had caused that one during one of their title bouts, torn right through his mask.
Suddenly, the vision of a bloody face obscured by a mask returned, and he shook his head once more, opening his eyes. Sami was still smiling at him, although he appeared concerned.
“You ok?” he asked.
Kevin couldn’t stop himself from brushing his thumb across where the scar had once been. “Yeah,” he said softly. “I’m fine now.”
He watched as Sami’s eyes fluttered shut at his touch, leaning into it before taking a sharp breath, opening his eyes, and refocusing.
“I’m glad you’re here,” Sami said brightly, “I guess we get to eat together, or something? I’m fuzzy on the details, they don’t tell me much.”
“They don’t tell me anything either. I just do as I’m told.”
Sami shook his head, “That’s still a shocker to me. I mean, sure, all things considered, but – ”
Kevin scowled, “Buddy, I’d eat shit and crap a banquet if it meant keeping you alive, where’s the damn surprise?”
The redhead’s smile vanished as he sighed and hung his head. “Yeah, that…” he muttered, “in a nutshell, that’s the surprise.”
There was a moment of silence between them before Kevin huffed, slumped his shoulders, and scrubbed his face with his hands. For being his reward time and time again, Sami still had no grasp on what the hell was going on between them or in the arena as a whole. Honestly, it made Kevin wonder just what the hell they were doing with Sami in his off time but, for as verbose as his ex had always been, he was never very keen on talking about it.
“Have you seen these plants?” Sami asked, abruptly brushing past him and changing the subject. “This one, I think the label says ‘Fire leaf’? I don’t know, I’m taking the lessons but Gorosian grammar is strange. Could be ‘Burn leaf’ or even ‘Burning leaf’, not sure.”
Kevin examined the plant, reaching out to gently touch one of the bright copper leaves.
Softly, and with more affection than he strictly intended he replied, “They should call it ‘ginger leaf’. It matches your hair.”
“I don’t think these people know what hair is. They still haven’t let you cut yours.”
Kevin instinctively ran his hand backwards over his growing hair, pushing it down. He replied with a grunt, “Don’t remind me. One of these days I’m gonna trade you in for a haircut.”
Sami’s sudden hurt expression made Kevin roll his eyes. “Not literally, you moron,” he grumbled, “I mean as a reward. One of these days they have to let me choose and I’m gonna choose to not look like a hippie with a mullet.”
“It’s not a mullet. More ‘party on top’. Honestly, you’re fine.”
“Says the man who left Gretsky behind and is aiming for the full-on Jagr.”
“Jaromir wished he had hair this good.”

Chapters: 1/? Fandom: World Wrestling Entertainment Rating: Teen And Up Audiences Warnings: Creator Chose Not To Use Archive Warnings Relationships: Kevin Owens | Kevin Steen/Sami Zayn | El Generico, Kevin Owens | Kevin Steen/Original Female Character(s) Characters: Original Female Character(s), Original Male Character(s), Sami Zayn | El Generico, Kevin Owens | Kevin Steen, Baron Corbin, Alexa Bliss Additional Tags: Alternate Universe, Based on a Dream, Religious Content, Religious Imagery & Symbolism, religious oppression, Just religious everything, Catholicism, Telepathy, Homophobia, Queerphobia, This one is really stonking weird ok, just go with it, ' Summary:
Ruth Hartley is the new Chief Enforcer for one of the multitude of education camps in the Church-Run nation of Sanctus Unitus. Coming from a strong, upper-class bloodline, she hates her father and her legacy and is determined to defy all of it. Being an enforcer is all part of the plan.
What wasn't part of the plan was encountering a scruffy handyman and telepathic redhead who, despite the forbidden nature of it, are hopelessly and madly in love.
And becoming friends with them wasn't even close to being part of the plan.
Suddenly, Ruth finds herself on a mission to do whatever it takes to protect her new friends and what they have, all the while trying to navigate the dangers of an openly hostile world where conformity is law and anyone outside the acceptable norm, including them, are in danger of permanent erasure.
Part of the "Adventures in Dreamland" line of stories. ---------------------------------------------------------------- So, I posted the first chapter of this. Probably nobody will read it and, if they do, they probably won’t like it, but it’s here anyway. Sami and Kevin (and the other non-OC characters) don’t get introduced until chapter 2. This chapter is just setting the scene of the new world and introducing you to Ruth. Important things to note here: 1. No I did NOT make Sami Zayn a Christian. I never would and I’m telling you now, that’s gonna be a plot point for later. 2. The setting is a Global Church State but the entire point of the story is living in DEFIANCE of said Church-State and Ruth’s mission of becoming the type of person who could end it. 3. The entire story is from Ruth’s (The OC’s) POV but the primary relationship is Zowens. Alexa Bliss and Baron Corbin are just minor side characters in this and I’m trying to find a way to work William Regal in too.
and finally. 4. This is essentially original fiction that is lightly WWE Scented. There is no wrestling in it and almost all of the characterizations are unrecognizable from the WWE characters. This is about as AU as it gets and if it wasn’t for logistical reasons, this would straight up be an original story. Someday, if I ever find a name that works in the story better than Samuel/Sami, I will probably make this a fully original work. Anyway, this is one chapter of many. Hoppe someone actually looks at it. Otherwise, whatever.

It's almost morning so just ignore me.
I'm sharing this anyway.
[Snippit from Into The Horizon part 2 underneath]
Friend.
Kevin had forgotten what truly being friends with Sami was like.
Sure, he was still annoying, that much was to be expected. But Kevin was no longer bothered by Sami’s rambling. He had also started winning matches and his prize was information. Sami was curious by nature but it was evident that, since arriving in their new hellhole, he’d been fascinated with how everything worked. And, bit by bit, he was learning about them.
And bit by bit, he was telling Kevin.
It was over a rare, shared meal in the dining hall (mealhall, they called it,) that Sami was telling him about the history of the Gorosian Empire.
“Nine eras,” Sami said between spoonfuls of food. “There’s a word for them but I don’t think it’s meant for human vocal cords. And I don’t know how many years that is but one era is somewhere around nine thousand. But nine eras! That’s how long the empire has lasted! Can you imagine, a civilization lasting that long!? How would you even make that happen?”
“Probably by force,” Kevin replied quietly, glancing around to make sure nobody was listening.
Sami shrugged and nodded. “Ok, yeah, probably, but still. The Egyptians lasted what, three thousand years? Imagine lasting ninety thousand! It’s so old that nobody can really say for sure how it happened. I mean, yeah, there’s myths and legends, but all the records were lost to time millennia ago. It’s incredible.”
Kevin couldn’t help but crack a smile at Sami’s exuberance. “Leave it to you to make the best of a bad situation.”
Suddenly, Sami’s excitement faltered, his eyes dropping to his bowl and his ramble stopping in its tracks as he was reminded of just where they had found themselves.
Kevin immediately regretted opening his mouth.
“Sorry,” Kevin muttered, “sorry, didn’t mean to... sorry.”
Sami shook his head and stirred his spoon around his grey stuff. “No, you’re right. This... I just get excited about new things is all.”
“I know.”
“And I never thought I’d be on another planet.”
“Not so sure we’re on a planet.”
“Really?” Sami asked, intrigued.
Kevin motioned to the room around them with his spoon. “No windows. If we were on a planet, you’d think there’d be windows.”
“We might be somewhere without an atmosphere. Windows tend to leak.”
“Maybe.”
Kevin watched as Sami continued to stir his pudding. Kevin had finished ages ago, but Sami was eating suspiciously slowly.
“You know, buddy,” Kevin remarked, “I’ve never seen you eat this slow before. What’s the occasion?”
Sami looked up with a gentle smile and replied, “You.”
Kevin’s brow creased.
“The longer it takes me to eat,” Sami explained, “the more time I get with you. Or did you not notice they only separate us when we’re both done?”
Sami’s words hit Kevin and, as he looked down at his empty bowl, at Sami’s half-full bowl, and then at the guards in the corner watching them, he realized his friend was right.
“Shit,” he muttered, “wish I had known that. I would’ve taken my time too.”
“It’s fine. I can eat slow enough for both of us.”
Kevin couldn’t help but chuckle. “You know, I didn’t think that was possible, you eating slowly. I mean, I’ve seen you eat some truly horrid things, but never slowly.”
Rolling his eyes, Sami replied, “Do you want to wear it? Because that’s also an option.”
“No thanks. It’s bad enough that I have to swallow it.”
“Eh, I’ve eaten worse.”
“I know you have.”
“Still an option, moitié”
Kevin gave a sad smile at the word. In a world without names, it helped to have something they could call each other besides a number. But what Kevin had done to earn that particular title, he still didn’t know.

More of Shanie's Absurd Dream Fiction That (mostly) Will Never Be Published
................................................
TRIPPY SHORTS
(One Offs, Short Stories, Unfinished Symphonies, and Other Randomness)
........................................................
Story 1: A Little Fall of Acid Rain
Felicity Rodriguez, a Latina woman from NJ, visits NYC with her family. While attending a showing of Hamilton, the city begins to experience a series of disasters. It starts with several earthquakes, which separate Felicity from her family. She seeks to escape, but instead runs into Marissa McMahon and her sons. Shane is missing, and she convinces them to go to safety while she finds Shane. They do, and she does and as the earthquakes stop and acid rain falls upon the city, Felicity and Shane take refuge in an old bank, with Felicity falling asleep in exhaustion, her head on Shane’s lap.
*Note* I changed the ending of this story from the actual dream. In the dream itself, everything happens the same except, when hiding in the bank, the rain begins to eat through the ceiling dooming me and Shane and we cling to each other as we burn, content in the knowledge that his family is safe.
Story 2: I Know Who I Am
One night, while eating dinner with my family, I see a headline proclaiming Billy Joel’s murder. I’m crushed, but it’s only the beginning. A series of grisly, unsolved murders begins that offs most of my favorites across the board, ranging from Matt Smith to Stacy Keibler. I try to stop it, but eventually just go directly to Shane’s condo to prevent his inevitable demise. I fail, and find the killer to be Death Incarnate, who was luring me to him. Death overtakes me and I become the new Grim Reaper, saddened by the knowledge that I am indirectly responsible for all the murders of my favorite celebrities.
Story 3: Fixed Point and Fixed Pairings (An Unfinished Symphony)
Sydney Sweeney was a Shane O Mac fangirl. One day, a version of herself from the future tasks younger Sydney with using time travel to save Shane from a tragic fate in the future. To do so, she must attempt to traverse time, altering events so Shane never loses his status as Heir Apparent. She tries several times to do so, attempting to prevent Stephanie and Triple H from getting married, but only succeeds in hooking them up sooner. She realizes that she is taking the wrong approach and decides to try another method. (Dream ended here)
Story 4: A Song of Summer (A Snapshot)
Sarah Summer is an Agent of SHIELD with the gift of song. Her mystical ability is to coax people into singing their emotions. When she sees Clint Barton nervously watch Natasha Romanov being resurrected (using alien tech) she decides to use her gift and forces them to confront their feelings toward each other.
Story 5: Journey’s Beginning (A Snapshot)
Young girl Temmina Mills finds herself caught in an alien plot. The other children she thought were her friends were alien decoys who were grooming Temmina for their nefarious plot. Shane McMahon, acting on behalf of his mother and the Trump Administration (who is working with the aliens) is responsible for setting the aliens on her but, luckily for Temmina, the Eleventh Doctor is on the case and he whisks her off to an adventure (Dream ended here)
Story 6: Arson, Murder, and Revolution
Livia Wilson, a young, up-and-coming queer actress, is attending a gala for the GLAAD awards. The cream of queer Hollywood's crop is in attendance. She mingles and enjoys herself until a fire breaks out, started by the far right and endorsed by the Trump Admin. They wanted to kill the gays to secure the upcoming election. She reveals the plot, starting a revolution. In the process, she is captured and held underground in a would-be facility to inspire fear in the rebels. Rather than be tortured, she and her fellow captives blow up the facility to galvanize the rebels and (hopefully) ensure their victory.
Story 7: A One Fangirl Army (Published)
A young woman and Shane fan sits in the audience of Smackdown. There’s action going on involving Jeff Hardy and some of the women superstars, but the fans want Sami Zayn. They are close to rioting when Vince comes out to try and defuse the situation. He bitches at the fans until the young woman jumps the barricade to face Vince down. She tells him off and Vince has her dragged from the ring. As she’s being taken out, Shane stops the security guards and tells them “She’s ok, I invited her.” They leave her in peace and Shane tells her he’s impressed that she’d be willing to risk so much to face Vince and offers her a position in RAW Underground as his assistant. The young woman accepts, and Shane leads her out of the arena to go work out the details of her new job.
Story 8: The Rain Can’t Hurt You Now (Published)
A teenage mutant named Annie with the ability to manipulate metal has a horrible life. She is stuck with powers she must hide, something complicated by how she loses control of them when she gets emotional. She eventually convinces her theater-nerd crush Sawyer to go out with her, but he abandons her when forks start flying. In a deep despair, Annie turns her powers on herself to commit suicide, calling Sawyer in her final moments. Sawyer rushes to Annie’s side and Annie dies in his arms as he sings Sondheim’s “No One Is Alone” to her.
*Note* - When I had this dream, it all went down like this except Sawyer was actually an AU version of Shane as a teenager.
Story 9: Small Business and Spoiler Alerts – December 2020 (This one is for Alyssa)
Moira Hargraves is an intern at the Small Business Adminsitration in Washington DC. She has dreams of being a congresswoman someday and she was thrilled when she got the position in DC, especially as it meant working under Linda McMahon. Moira, a long time fan of Shane McMahon, dreams of getting to meet her someday but all she ever does is serve coffee and file papers for her asshole boss who pushes her around for fun.
One day, she gets the chance to meet Linda and, doing everything in her power to keep it together, manages to do so. Linda, ever the businesswoman, keeps the meeting brief but gives Moira a piece of advice for her hopeful career:
“Lose the fear. Stand up straight, look at people when addressing them, and don’t let anyone push you around, especially not men. This is a man’s field and a man’s game, but only because we let them have it. Make it perfectly clear you aren’t putting up with any of their crap, regardless of their position above or below you, and you’ll be surprised how far it takes you.”
Moira realizes this is great advice but Linda realizes there is something more on the intern’s mind and, with permission, Moira gives Linda a message for Shane.
“Shane. By living your life, you saved mine. Thanks, Moira.”
Linda agrees to text it to Shane and Moira returns to her desk, newly bolstered and, when her boss tries to be a jerk again, she stands up to him. He backs down and Moira realizes with Linda’s advice, she might just make it in Washington after all.
Story 10: The Family Business – December 2020 (Extra special long synopsis because Smash asked about this one once)
Nadira Reyes is a superstar and manager in the WWE. She’s been dating Sami Zayn for two years, also managing him on screen, and the pair are happy. However, there is trouble brewing in the WWE. AEW superstars and those connected to them start to disappear and some wind up dead. Also, other acts of violence begin to occur including an arson at a Fozzy concert and a bomb outside Anthem Sports HQ.
As all this happened, stories begin to swirl that the violence is the work of Vince McMahon who is working in conjunction with the mob. Sami, ever the crusader for justice, starts to build a case against the McMahons from the inside, the file growing with each new act of violence.
Nadia begins to fear for her life and begs Sami to stop as does Kevin but eventually, unable to dissuade his friend, Kevin quits the WWE and moves back to Canada for good with a final warning that Sami is going to get himself and the people he loves killed. Kevin’s departure only drives Sami to double down in his efforts, causing Nadira to question their relationship. Sami, in return, reveals his hopes of marriage, convincing Nadira to stay with him despite the danger.
In the end, however, Kevin’s prediction comes true and Sami is killed, thrown from a black van at Nadira’s feet, and dying in her arms. Nadira, determined not to share his fate, gathers all of Sami’s evidence and research, puts it in a file, and presents it to Shane as an offering for her safety.
Shane takes the file, thanking her but, strangely, demands to meet her in private. She’s certain she’s doomed but realizes she can’t run or hide. Going to the meeting, she’s ready for the end. Except… it doesn’t come. Instead, Shane reveals a file of his own, filled with far more evidence than Sami’s. He confesses that he’s been working as an informant for some time and that, with Nadira’s help, they can take Vince down together.
Nadira is terrified but Shane reminds her that Sami was killed trying to take Vince down, the least they can do is continue the fight in his honor.
With a smile, they shake on their new partnership and sit down to get to work.
Story 11: El Generico Amor – October 2021 (Note: This story was dreamed up during the time everyone was certain Sami was leaving the WWE)
Thereysa Malone is a heavyset actress living in Florida. Born Madison “Mis” Young, she finds a job as a lead Lin Manuel Miranda’s new musical “Divided We Fall” (Based on the Civil War). However, due to being distracted by one of her favorite celeb’s death, she messes up on the first night of previews, losing her job and gaining the outrage of the internet. Looking to get plastered, she dons her COVID mask and heads to a bar… only to find a very depressed Sami Zayn hiding in a corner with his old El Generico mask on. (He’d come to the bar because it was the last place anyone would the real Sami Zayn to be.) She approaches him and introduces herself. Sami clearly doesn’t trust her at first but he soon warms up to her and they start talking. Madison tells Sami about losing her job while Sami springs it on her that he did as well and that in doing so, he also lost Kevin (who cornered him on his last day, apologized for everything, kissed him, and then ghosted him for good). Commiserating over their losses, sparks start to fly and, leaving the bar behind and going to a coffee shop, they both decide to focus on the future, taking off their masks and sharing a kiss.

"Into The Horizon" - Part 2 (A less-quick and dirty synopsis)
Hey, it's oh-god-why o'clock in the morning and that means it's time for more of my shitty fanfic.
This here, put under the cut, is my attempt at throwing together a synopsis of Part 2 - "In The Heat of The Day"
It's longer than the first one, but then it has 11 more chapters than part 1 so there's that.
In case you were wondering, this is the part where Sami and Kevin show up as fighters in the arena as well.
Anyway, enjoy! (Or don't. Whatever, again, this is my way of saying goodbye to this saga forever.)
Chapter 1 – A New Day Dawns
Tina wakes up to the system alarm in her bedroom of the quarters she shares with Cathal (FKA Shane McMahon) She reflects on the years it has taken her to get where she is now. She started as a lowly pit-fighter slave and is now one of the masters working directly under her favorite wrestler from Earth. And, you know, sleeping with him. Unfortunately, being a secretary is very boring and she secretly longs for the action she had as a fighter.
She also reflects on the strange dream she woke up from involving two wrestlers fighting in a small, empty arena before Shane interrupted them and smashed them both with chairs. It worries her because, ever since her time on Earth, her most vivid dreams had a habit of coming true but she decides that it’s very unlikely that any pro wrestlers would be taken for the arena outside of Shane and, as he greets her for the morning, he offers to make her breakfast before they both head to the office.
Chapter 2 – The Road Beyond Wrestlemania
It’s 2020 and there is a pandemic going on. Regardless, Wrestlemania is still happening, albeit in an empty arena at the VKM Memorial Arena. Before the show, good friends and better enemies Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens are having a semi-pleasant conversation. Kevin wants to jump off the massive Wrestlemania sign in his match against Seth Rollins leading Sami to question his motivations for jumping off tall things. Kevin reflects on the notion and how the assumed-deceased Shane McMahon changed the wrestling world when he vanished 19 years earlier.
Sometime after the show, Kevin wakes up in a pod-like capsule surrounded by aliens. He attacks, only to be stunned when Sami is held at knifepoint nearby. Kevin doesn’t have time to process before he is knocked out from behind.
Chapter 3 – Altering Their Destiny
Tina is having another boring day as Cathal’s assistant when she gets informed of a fight between the workers and a new, human arrival. She knows that the fight means the human’s imminent demise but decides to look up the video feed for a thrill anyway. When she does, she quickly recognizes the Wrestlemania design on the man’s shirt and figures out they are WWE superstars. She also hears the redheaded superstar call the attacking one “Kevin” and files the name away for later. She phones Cathal and pleads with him to spare the two men, without explaining why. He agrees for her sake. Tina then puts together a folder to show to Cathal and heads for his office.
Chapter 4 – A New Superstar
Cathal gets visited in his office by Solara (Tina) who gives him the day’s reports. She also tells him about the fight and presents him with photos of the two new slaves. (Sami and Kevin). Cathal immediately realizes they are WWE Superstars and gets excited to meet them, only to be reminded by Solara that they just arrived and need to earn his audience. Solara leaves and Cathal sneaks onto the network to look up the company. He finds photos of the pair along with photos of his sister and Triple H apparently in positions of authority. Once he’s done (and once the clock hits after hours) he hacks his system and goes about his task of coordinating the rebellion with the galactic government with the happy thought that, soon enough, the two superstars, Solara, the Songminder, and himself will all be free.
Chapter 5 – The Living Nightmare
Kevin wakes up in restraints and is greeted by a glassy-skinned alien who can read his mind. (The Songminder). He’s informed of his new arrangements and told if he doesn’t cooperate, there will be death. Kevin replies that he isn’t afraid to die but The Songminder explains that HE won’t be dying, Sami will and that “death” will actually be an eternity in endless torment. To prove his point, The Songminder telepathically gives Kevin a sample and when Kevin comes around again, he agrees to cooperate for Sami’s sake.
Chapter 6 – The Cruelty of Playing Along
Kevin, having decided to cooperate, fights in the arena. He has success but still tries to maintain his dignity. One day, he is informed that his next fight is a deathmatch. He refuses but is told that, if he wins, he will get to see Sami. (He hasn’t seen Sami since they arrived.) If he fails, however, Sami’s body will join his in the incinerator.
Kevin realizes he has no choice and fights the alien opponent. He’s disgusted by the situation but realizes that the fighter he’s facing is a species he’s extremely skilled at. He disables her quickly and finishes her off as quickly as he can. He leaves the arena physically ill with himself and, upon seeing Sami, collapses in his arms. Sami calls him “Ma Moitie” and Kevin is comforted but things go south when old wounds are brought up and he leaves Sami behind once more.
Chapter 7 – A Lesson Learned
Tina is worried about how stubborn Kevin (Manu-13059) still is, along with how Sami (Manu 13063) refuses to fight in the battlering (he just lets himself be defeated every time.) Despite this, she goes on a private, no surveillance vacation with Cathal where she confronts him about never asking her real name. He replies bluntly that her name is Solara and she needs to come to terms with it. Solara decides to go with it but Cathal tells her to never forget her real name because one day she will be free. Solara is shocked but realizes Cathal is plotting something.
Solara mentions that 13059’s name is “Kevin” while Cathal replies that, in the photos he saw, 13063 had “Zayn” written on his tights. Regarding their futures, Cathal has planned for Solara to meet with Kevin and tell him about how there is no extant technology to return to Earth. The intention is to kill his hopes of escape (which have been revealed by the Songminder) and, along with that, they want to have Kevin train Sami to fight in the hopes of saving him as well.
Chapter 8 – A Lesson Taught
Solara (as Tina now calls herself) meets with Kevin in a training room and tells him the truth about time travel. Kevin is enraged, first attacking, then breaking down. Solara explains that he has a benefactor who wants to see him and Sami do well but Kevin just gets violent again. Kevin comments on her UFC style, comparing her to Ronda Rousey who disappeared from Earth under mysterious circumstances years before he and Sami were taken. Tina realizes that Ronda is the woman that she killed in the tournament qualifiers and injures Kevin’s shoulder in retaliation for the revelation.
Back in Cathal’s office, Cathal finds out about Kevin telling Solara Ronda’s name and vows to kill the two superstars himself. Solara begs him not to because she knows their names too.
Chapter 9 – Curiosity and Contempt
Sami hates the arena and everything it stands for. He’d rather get beaten into a pulp every match than fight as a slave. That said, he finds the world he’s stuck in fascinating and especially finds the one alien cafeteria worker interesting, although there is an almost impossible language barrier despite the translators. One day, when sent for training, he finds Kevin waiting for him. Kevin tells Sami he’s been sent to train him and, while Sami resists, he finds the dance too familiar not to enjoy. In their final training session, Kevin explains to Sami what he’s been told about Earth and that the only reason he’s still trying himself is that if he dies, they both die. But, on the same token, if Sami dies, he’ll die then as well. Sami, realizing that Kevin’s survival is dependent on his own, vows to fight before he is taken away by the guards.
Chapter 10 – To Train and To Be Trained
Cathal decides that he should learn to fight and Solara teaches him. They spar in a training room but Solara wins every round until Cathal starts to fight dirty, pissing Solara off. They start to fight for real with Cathal countering her UFC move with a WWE move, leading Solara to do a WWE move of her own and leaving him on the mat.
Cathal reprimands her unchecked aggression, leading her to reveal her desire to go back to fighting. Cathal offers her the chance but tells her that, since the champion is only supposed to defend their title every 10 years, the arena bosses would make her life hell. She decides against becoming a fighter again and Cathal tells her there are other ways to find a thrill in her life… such as really intense sex on the training room floor.
Chapter 11 – Adapting to the Arena
Kevin goes on a winning streak and is dubbed “The Brutality Machine”. Sami also starts to win matches, although he is never put in death matches. One day during a shared meal, Kevin tells Sami that, while someone is looking out for them (that he is secretly suspecting is Shane McMahon), sooner or later Sami will be put in a kill or be killed situation and he’ll have a decision to make for both of them. Sami responds that he’d rather die than kill and, if he did have to take a life, it would kill him anyway. Kevin tries to press the point but Sami storms off, turning in his bowl and returning to his quarters.
Chapter 12 – Reinventing The Tag Team
Cathal, always looking for new ways to improve the arena, discusses Sami and Kevin with The Songminder. He remarks that he’s under pressure to put Sami in a deathmatch but he knows that it would kill both of the fighters. The Songminder, siting dreams of Cathal’s that he has seen (they have a strong telepathic connection) suggests putting the pair in a tag team. Cathal agrees and the arrangements are made. However, rather than 2 v 2, the fights are to be Kevin and Sami vs wild animals. Cathal decides it’s a start and anything that will keep the pair alive longer is fine by him. On top of that, he receives permission for the pair to be given proper names, something very odd for slaves but a decision he’s also grateful for.
Chapter 13 – The Interview
Solara preps 13059 and 13063 for their first joint interview. She asks them if they have any ideas for names and 59 asks if they can simply use variations of their slave numbers – with “Kaydo” for 59 and “Zehvee” for 63. Solara is confused until she remembers that Kevin’s shirt said “KO” and realizes that, by sheer cosmic coincidence, their Manu-numbers are similar to their Earth names. She agrees to put in the request and the pair have their interview as Solara watches, musing on how invested she’s become in the pair.
Chapter 14 – Close Quarters and Fake Steak
Kevin has a problem – the longer he spends fighting for Sami’s survival, the more he is developing feelings for the man. Back in the indies, they had been romantically involved but it had ended badly, and, now in a hellhole fight pit, Kevin has no intention of indulging romantic feelings for his friend. However, circumstances push them ever closer together with the pair being put in a private, shared room with one bed. The close quarters allow them privacy, but they also allow Kevin to keep a watch on Sami and also draw him when he isn’t looking, something he never shares with Sami.
In the ring, Sami still refuses to take a life and, with their opponents now being fellow tag teams, Kevin is worried. Still, when he looks at Sami, he only feels love and while he knows he can never tell Sami he also knows that he would give up his life before he ever put Sami in a place to kill someone because if he wasn’t dead when it happened, watching the light go out in Sami’s eyes would destroy him.
Chapter 15 – Going Galactic
Solara is sitting in her office watching Zehvee and Kaydo fight and is horrified as she sees the massive warrior they are fighting incapacitate Zehvee and choke the life out of Kaydo. She is saddened but suddenly Zehvee springs into action, killing the alien fighter.
Kaydo, however, is badly hurt and is rushed to the medbay with Zehvee following. On a hunch, Solara asks Cathal’s permission to send camera crews and he agrees. The cameras capture an emotional moment between the pair as Zehvee kisses Kaydo upon his revival before breaking down in tears over what he did.
The video is put on the network and goes “galactic” with over a hundred million views in a short time. Given permission to reward the pair, Solara meets with Kaydo (Zehvee is sleeping) and asks what he would like. Kaydo asks for something to keep busy when not fighting and asks for “A Siri or Alexa” for Zehvee to help answer his endless questions about their world. After a brief moment of technological-communication breakdown (where it becomes glaringly obvious that 2002 is a very different Earth than 2020), Solara agrees to try her best and leaves the pair alone.
Chapter 16 – New Ideas and New Nightmares
Cathal tosses a crystal into the compound’s wishing well as a silent prayer for success. He’s developed an idea to turn Zehvee and Kaydo into reality tv stars, turning their lives outside the ring into part of their draw and making them megastars. He gets his wish and “The Zehvee and Kaydo Show” is put on the air. However, with their private lives in the open, Cathal can’t help but notice that Zehvee’s personality is shifting. He’s starting to fade into the newfound darkness of his mind and it worries Cathal.
On a whim one day, Cathal hacks his own computer again and secretly looks up Solara’s life on Earth. When he finds her, he finds her name (Tina LaMotte), the reason she was scooped (She got extremely aggressive after his disappearance), and that she was dragged into the future by his direct actions that he had been too preoccupied with the rebellion to focus on. He banishes the info from his mind but, that night has a dream of watching her on Earth in a cage fight.
Chapter 17 – The Midnight Fog
Sami finds himself losing time in the arena. Most of their fights aren’t deathmatches anymore but sometimes, when they are, he blacks out only to come around later and realize he’s killed another alien. Meanwhile, he’s gotten his reward for the first kill – an electronic pocket encyclopedia named “Lexie” which he spends many hours on. It teaches him so much including how to tell the cafeteria worker he likes she’s beautiful.
Meanwhile, Sami keeps catching glimpses of Kevin watching him and, through the course of their time living together, realizes that Kevin has fallen in love with him. The feelings are mutual of course, Sami never fell out of love the first time, but he decides to let Kevin have his space and work things out on his own.
Chapter 18 – An Uncharitable Incident
Solara, on another boring day as a secretary, is watching the live feed of the Zehvee and Kaydo show when she sees Zehvee attacked in the cafeteria. He’s stabbed by the romantic partner of one of the aliens Zehvee killed and Kaydo has to save him, knocking out the alien and personally carrying Zehvee to the medical bay.
Afterwards, Cathal reports that he’s sentenced the alien who committed the attack to “The Living Hell”, something that Solara is disturbed she is pleased about. She then gets permission and fills out paperwork to keep the pair out of common areas for the foreseeable future due to them being too valuable as stars to lose to another, similar incident.
Chapter 19 – Endless Bloody Nights
Kevin has been having non-stop nightmares about Sami being stabbed ranging from simply not being quick enough to save him to night terrors that he killed Sami himself. The worst one is where he dreams he’s making love to Sami only to realize that Sami is dying and he is holding the blade that’s killed him.
And every dream ends the same way, with the last breath on Sami’s lips being “Kevin”.
Sami tries to comfort him but Kevin doesn’t want to worry him so he doesn’t share the midnight demons he’s fighting. Instead, he settles for curling around Sami as he sleeps and holding him close, falling back to sleep with the dreadful knowledge that one day he won’t be quick enough and he’ll lose the man he loves forever.
Chapter 20 – The Money Revolves Around the Sun
Cathal, having saved up over five million dollars, puts in a request to the Supreme Master of the arena to buy Solara’s freedom for good. He’s still haunted by his role in her captivity and, combined with having fallen in love with her, he decides she’d be better off far from the Heig’on. However, he also knows that without her, he’ll no longer have something to fight for himself and decides to leave the decision up to Solara.
That night, they have sex like they often do but, rather than send her back to her own bedroom, he lets her sleep in bed with him, holding her close as she does.
Chapter 21 – A Dream of Kansas City
Solara is having yet ANOTHER boring day as a secretary. However, it gets exciting as Cathal offers her the chance for some action against a new species of slave being imported. She eagerly agrees but, upon the new Manu’s arrival, she’s taken out when the alien uses a firearm they didn’t realize he was carrying upon his abduction.
Solara wakes up in the medical bay alone but soon finds that she’s trapped between worlds, kept in limbo by the Songminder. The Songminder tells her that she’s dead but Zhe’s keeping her soul from returning to the netherworld for Cathal’s sake. Zhe also tells her that Zhe can resurrect her, but Zhe wants her permission first.
Sick of the ennui, she decides she’ll take her chances in the netherworld but the Songminder sends her into Shane’s dream where she watches him dream of the Over the Edge tragedy in Kansas City, except it’s her that dies instead of Owen. She then watches as he attempts suicide in the dream and confronts him. He reveals that he loves her and she agrees to live. Before the shared dream ends, they both realize that, as she’s technically dead, Solara will have no recollection of Cathal’s confession, leading him to promise he’ll tell her again when she wakes up.
Chapter 22 – The Things We Do For Love
Solara wakes up in the medbay terribly sore and with a nagging feeling that she’s forgetting something important. Cathal is with her, visibly upset, and reveals that the Songminder restored her, almost at the cost of Zir own life.
She’s given several days off and, sometime later when she and Cathal are having sex, Cathal gets rough causing her to scream. Cathal is horrified and goes to sob in the shower while Solara returns to her room. Before she can fall asleep, Cathal climbs into bed with her and reveals the shared dream, and confesses to his involvement in her captivity. He also tells her he’s secured permission to buy her freedom but admits that he’ll be lost without her.
Solara is torn, knowing that if she is freed it will likely mean the doom of Zehvee and Kaydo at the least, and the entire planned rebellion at the worst. She decides to sleep on it and, after a beautiful dream about their future together as free citizens, chooses to stay.
Chapter 23 – On The Topic of Memories
The Songminder is having coffee with Cathal. By this point their neural link is so strong they don’t require words to speak and they are “discussing” the rebellion. Zhe mentions that, with Zehvee and Kaydo’s success, the Heig’on is having fewer deathmatches, allowing Zir to build a small army of sleeper agents. Cathal replies that he sometimes wonders if Zhe has ever rewritten his mind and the Songminder doesn’t respond but reveals that, when the rebellion comes, Cathal will be safely away from the compound. Zhe then touches his hand, prompting Cathal to mention a stronghold in the compound. Zhe is shocked, even more so when Cathal forgets the comment when contact is broken.
The Songminder realizes that Cathal is also being turned into a sleeper agent and decides to focus less on Cathal’s potential future and more on making him happy at the Heig’on.
At a later coffee break, the Songminder is discussing Solara with Cathal and reveals that the electricity they feel when they touch may be because he is her soulmate. Zhe explains the concept of soul-energies and how two deeply connected life-forms can permanently bond their souls across every lifetime. The process is irreversible and more of a curse than anything because it means that one can no longer exist without the other. Cathal finds the idea pleasing and the Songminder decides that Zhe probably shouldn’t have said anything.
Chapter 24 – Fading and Drifting
Kevin is getting furious with Sami’s preoccupation with Lexie. Despite them spending all their time together, Sami rarely focuses on him. Also, Sami’s grip on reality is getting worse and worse and Kevin is terrified for him. One night, Kevin snaps, bitching at him but Sami doesn’t understand his anger. Matters are made worse by Sami noticing that Kevin was drawing him leading Kevin to rant about how one day Sami will be gone and the drawings will be all he has left.
Sami, surprisingly, admits to Kevin that he knows the real reason Kevin is drawing him but wants Kevin to say it anyway. Kevin admits that he’s in love with Sami, going on another rant about how he never meant to feel that way before Sami interrupts him with a kiss and a confession of his own (in *French*). Kevin is unable to contain his lust and leads Sami into the bedroom, only to be interrupted by a voice over the intercom reminding them that sexual relations between Manus are punishable by death.
The pair settle down and Sami remarks that the voice sounded remarkably like “The Boy Wonder” before the pair decide to get up and go play basketball to burn off their energy. Kevin is thrilled with how Sami seems but is sad because he knows it’s only temporary.
Chapter 25 – A Gamblin’ Man’s Prayer
Cathal, throwing another crystal in the wishing well, has yet another great plan. A Tag Team Titles tournament. Tag Team fighting has become very popular because of Zehvee and Kaydo and he believes that were the two to be champions, it would better protect them and Solara.
Unfortunately, his request is approved with a price – five million credits. Solara and Cathal realize that the Supreme Master is doing so to prevent Cathal from ever buying Solara’s freedom in the future but they feel their hands are tied and agree to the terms. Meanwhile, worried about Zehvee’s mind, Cathal has the Songminder do some creative mental rewiring to try and bring the man some peace and clarity. It works and Zehvee becomes focused once more and the tournament is planned with the full expectation that the two superstars will win.
Chapter 26 – The Current Big Thing
Sami, along with Kevin, reach the finals of the Tag Tourney as expected. What they weren’t expecting were their final opponents to be “The Ghost and The Beast” with the Ghost being a lightning-fast alien and The Beast being none other than Brock Lesner, another UFC fighter who had been taken from Earth before them. However, since Brock was taken while in UFC, they know of him but he doesn’t know them. The pair strategize and, to their enjoyment, a wrestling match breaks out between the three of them. (Sami is able to incapacitate the Ghost quickly leaving it as a handicap match between them and Brock)
The match ends after Sami and Kevin double powerbomb Brock and Kevin holds Brock against the wall for Sami to Helluva Kick. Brock drops to the ground unconscious and Sami and Kevin are named the winners of the tournament and given a matching set of crowns.
Elated at their success (and thrilled at actually getting to wrestle) the pair enjoy the moment and, after getting a nod from Solara in the crowd, kiss passionately in the middle of the ring.
The pair exchange “I Love You’s” and, although Sami notices that Solara has left the crowd, he’s too happy to care.

"Into The Horizon" - Part 1 (A quick and dirty synopsis)
So, I don't remember if I ever posted this or not but remember that mega-fic saga I was writing and abandoned?
I've decided to post synopses for all the parts on the off chance that someone might potentially give a damn or want to know how the story ended.
Note: This is just Part 1, "Vanished With The Dawn". That story is on AO3 in full. Again, this saga will never be fully completed, but it will be listed here for... I dunno. I guess this is just my way of saying goodbye.
So, without further adieu.
Synopses Under Cut
Chapter 1 – Into The Mists
It’s 2001.
Meet Tina LaMotte. She’s a rising women’s MMA superstar from Sacramento, California. She likes violence, tea, and the WWE. Very specifically, she likes Shane McMahon who she thinks is the hottest guy in the company. She also enjoys the internet and chatting with her two best online friends Billie and Nikki. They also like Shane.
Shane disappears one day. There is no trace of foul play but also no trace of him. Everyone is sad and tries to cope. Tina, meanwhile, starts having really weird dreams about him calling for her to “come with me”.
Chapter 2 – Traditional Family Ruthlessness
It’s the 28th Century on the other side of the Galaxy.
Meet Shane McMahon. Stolen from 2001 on Earth, he’s been pulled through time and space to the outskirts of a galactic empire called “The Gorosian Empire”. Now, he’s just trying to move up in the world he’s been stuck in for over a decade, namely a futuristic arena fighting syndicate where he’s just gotten promoted. Now he’s helping promote the show. Unfortunately for the syndicate, they have a ton of competition. Lucky for Shane, the 28th century knows nothing of his father’s methods of destroying those pesky territory systems and it works out really well for everyone, especially Shane.
Chapter 3 – What? Where? When?
It’s still the 28th Century and still the other side of the galaxy.
Now Tina is trapped there too, stolen for usage as a fighter in the same syndicate Shane’s working for (although she doesn’t know that yet). She’s stripped of her name and given a designation – Manu-9172. She is not happy about this. She's also fitted with a Biotechnological device in her neck which allows her to survive in her new environment and a universal translator which lets her understand everyone - More or less. Tina is displeased by all of this as well. The arena circuit or “Heig’on” doesn’t care and she's sent to begin her training.
Chapter 4 – The First Fight
Tina has her first fight in the arena. She was an unbeatable fighter on Earth, and decided to blow off her training sessions because why bother? Unfortunately, aliens don’t share the same weaknesses and her UFC-style tactics don’t work. She is humiliated and decides to try and learn how to fight Heig’on style.
Chapter 5 – The Era of Cathal
Shane has a new name: Cathal. Like Tina, he was stripped of his real one upon arrival and, despite now being a big shot in the syndicate, still isn’t permitted to have it back. But he enjoys his new name (pronounced ka-THALL due to alien translation errors) and is doing well. When he finds out about Tina he is fascinated. There aren’t many other humans in the syndicate. And, oh shit, she’s pretty.
Chapter 6 – Musings of an Ancient God
Meet The Songminder – a non-binary time-displaced telepathic alien superbeing who, like Tina and Cathal (Shane) is also stuck in the Heig’on. Zir extinct species was immeasurably old and too peaceful and passive for its own good and, after being brought far forward through time to the 28th century, Zhe tolerates being in the Heig’on for the sake of Zir best friend Cathal. Also, the two of them are plotting a rebellion against the Heig’on, so that keeps Zir around as well.
Chapter 7 – Life and Times in ‘Sa Heig’on a Manu’
Tina is fighting and winning in the Heig’on. Along the way, she does everything in her power to absorb her new surroundings including learning the language (Gorosian). She also learns several other things including basic Gorosian history and the disturbing fact that none of the slaves revolt because the Heig’on Masters have a particularly horrid torture technique called “The Living Hell” that makes you wish you were dead but never grants you the luxury. When she’s not learning though, she’s fighting. This includes frequent matches to the death or “Monto” fights. (Non-deathmatch fights are called “Gontzos”) They bother her at first but she adjusts. After five or so years, she is invited to join a deathmatch tournament. She accepts and, as a qualifier, is pitted against her first human ever. It’s another women’s MMA/UFC woman with sandy blonde hair, a mean face, and a wicked armbar. She kills the woman and goes on to reach the championship match. Before it, though, she discovers that she can never go home (due to lack of technology) and that humans went extinct by the early 22nd century.
Chapter 8 – The Grandest Stage in The Galaxy
Cathal, now one of the highest ranking officials in the Heig’on, is both excited and terrified about the championship fight. On one hand, the reigning champion is an undefeated, nearly invincible rock creature that will very likely kill his new favorite fighter (Tina). However, if anyone can beat the bastard, it’s her, and he really hopes she can succeed as it means that he will finally get to meet her.
Chapter 9 – The Bronze Inferno and The Great Wall
Tina enters the ring with the Champion, dismayed to find out it’s a creature she’s never fought before and has no idea how to beat. She tries anyway and comes dangerously close to losing before accidentally finding his one weakness and killing him. She is crowned champion and, soaking up the fan’s adoration, vows to be on top of the Heig’on forever.
Chapter 10 – Small World, Big Galaxy
Tina is cleaned up and taken to meet the big boss who has been pulling the strings for her since she arrived. She’s shocked to find out it’s Shane friggin McMahon. Shane, meanwhile, is stunned to realize she knows who he is as he had originally thought her to be from decades after his time. Things get complicated though when sparks start to fly. Literally. There’s this weird electricity current that flows when they make direct contact and, to Tina’s surprise, Cathal asks for her to be his date to the tournament ball. She accepts.
Chapter 11 – To Be a Person Again
Tina, for the first time in over half a decade, is being treated like a person. On top of that, she’s been permitted to leave the Heig’on compound and visit another planet for a grand ball as the guest of honor. On Shane’s arm no less. But Shane isn’t the Shane she remembers from TV. He has mood swings and is aggressive and angry. He seems to get angrier as the night progresses and she realizes that she might get executed before her reign can even begin.
Of note: Upon leaving the Heig’on for the first time, Tina finally gets a look outside and realizes they aren’t on a planet or even a space station. They’re on a moonbase to a gas giant. She files the knowledge away for later.
Also of note: Rather unexpectedly, Tina and Shane travel to the grand ball, not via spaceship, but by a teleporting speeder that Shane named Ann’A, after Marissa.
Chapter 12 – A Puzzlement
Cathal has no idea what the new champion is going to him. She keeps sending electric shocks into him when they touch and she’s making him feel emotions again which, after over two decades in the Heig’on, he’d managed to get rid of. The particular emotion that that makes him feel is anger but, on a suggestion, he decides to spend the rest of the night with her to try and “sort her out”.
Chapter 13 – We Aren’t In Greenwich Any More
Tina finds herself taken to a lush garden with a treehouse and a surprising amount of privacy. There are no cameras, guards, or any surveillance in this place and she and she has a candid conversation where, after an outburst, Cathal admits that he is feeling for her and has her speak his real name. She does and he makes a vow to protect her in the Heig’on for as long as he can. This includes taking her on as a live-in side piece and personal assistant. Tina is stoked. She’s gonna get laid! By Shane!
Also, she finally earns a name:
Solara.
Chapter 14 – Love Is A Battlefield
Cathal is concerned about Solara’s “Test” to become his companion. She’s already been installed as his PA but being his sex companion involves a test with a rather large amount of domming that he isn’t completely comfortable with. Also, the thought of his prized fighter as a hired lover disturbs him. He seeks advice from The Songminder who tells him that he's approaching the situation wrong. Solara won't be his courtesan, she'll be his companion. It comforts Cathal and, during a coffee break with Solara, she proves that she’s happy with being a sub (something very surprising to Cathal) and Cathal realizes it just might work.
Chapter 15 – Beyond the Sunrise
Tina passed the test and moves in with Cathal. However, Cathal is being very distant. He really didn’t like domming her that hard. Tina figures this out and gives him what he really wants – a chance to not be in charge for a while. Turns out, Tina is a switch and, as she finds, so is Cathal. They have a wild night of sex and Tina falls asleep dreaming of Earth and the WWE. When she wakes up soon after, Cathal is there and she takes solace that, although she’s lost her entire life on Earth, she’s made a new one in the Heig’on and, even though there are no windows in the compound, she knows there will be sun.
Part 2 will be posted as soon as I get the synopsis written.
Again, not sure if anyone cares, but I'm doing this mostly for me.

Grand Master Cathal (AKA Shane McMahon) Because I friggin can 7/22/21 Artwork by Shanie
Apparantly I wasn't done shading yet.
Anyway, as stated the first time, if the Stucky fans can do it, so can I. So here is crappy fanart for my crappy story. This is Shane's persona in the story. This is probably the best piece of digital painting I've ever done. I guess practice really does make you better.
I'm so sorry for clogging up yinz blogs with this shit but it's 4am and there's nobody here so you know what that means.

Not gonna hide this in the replies but, for @wrestlezaynia...
Fanfic preview behind cut
In that chapter 16, which takes place AFTER a written chapter where it's revealed KO has fallen in love with Sami (but has no idea how to deal with it...) it's show that Kevin IS INDEED pissy about the attention Sami is showing his favorite (alien) cafeteria worker. Kevin thinks that Sami has a crush on her (he doesn't, he's just trying to be nice to her because she always looks so sad) and at one point Sami is trying to learn how to tell her she's beautiful in HER language.
Kevin's precise response... “Great," Kevin remarked bitterly, "So you’re learning a fifth fucking language. I always knew you had a crush on her.”
To which Sami replies:
“Is that - is that jealousy I hear? Kae I don’t have a crush on her, I’m just trying to be friendly!” - - - Fast forward a bit to...
[Kevin said:] “Just let it go, Zev. Stick to humans.”
There was attitude in Sami's voice as he replied, "Again, I don't have a crush, but who did you have in mind as an alternative? Seriously, who? Someone like the Spaza? Or like you?”
KO flinched at the remark. It was obviously involuntary, and Kevin tried to hide it, but something about Sami’s response had stung him. However, Sami didn’t have long to contemplate what the reaction meant before Kevin replied angrily, “How about neither. I don’t need you getting disposed of because you feel like getting attached.”
.
Because OBVIOUSLY there has to be angst involved. This chapter is currently called "The Midnight Fog" but really it should be called "Sami Zayn can't even buy a clue" because good lord is he oblivious. Yes, there is mutual pining involved in this story, but it takes Sami a bit longer to sort out his feelings than Kevin. And believe me, when shit comes to a head...
Don't worry, Sami will figure it out soon. I hope.

Tina LaMotte - Greatest Arena Champion (OC for "Into The Horizon") 7/21/21 Artwork by Shanie
I really suck at art
But I try.
As it turns out, I'm pretty good at drawing abs but I suck at arms which is hilarious considering how much time I spend staring at Shane's. Just imagine that her arms are as ripped as her midsection.
I also can't draw curly hair. Even worse, I tried about fifteen different ways to give her hair the highlighted/glow effect that her's does in the story and failed every one. So this is what you get.
Anyway, for anyone who gives a damn about my Into The Horizon saga, this is Tina, or at least a vague representation of her in Part 2. Be kind. My mediums are words and video, not drawing.

Gorosian From the "Into The Horizon" Fanfiction Saga 5/7/2021 Artwork by Shanie
So, have an alien!
This is my crappy drawing of what a Gorosian is supposed to look like in my story. I'm rubbish at freehand and this started as a work on paper, so it's trash. But it's the best I could do.
Note: Purple Skin with Green Splotches, Four Arms, Six Eyes, Oversized Head and Spikes. This particular Gorosian isn't necessarily in the story, but is just a generalized idea of what the species looks like.
I'm sorry for subjecting all of you to my crappy artwork tonight, but it's 4 am and I'm in a mood.

STORY NOW COMPLETE!
Well, that’s all for part 1! All finished and complete!
To anyone who was waiting till the full story was up before you read it, here’s your chance. As a point of amusement, the final word count is 66900 words. Nice.
As I’ve told you all on here, part 2 is based on a different night’s dream and involves Zowens. There are 3 parts in the primary story of this saga, after which the other handfull of parts will be uploaded. Part 2, however, isn’t nearly done yet, so it might be awhile before you see me start to post it.
But here is the completed Part 1 of “Into The Horizon” Part 2, at the moment, it titled “In The Heat of The Day”.
ENJOY!

You know, despite all my dreams being from my point of view, somehow the main characters are still diverse. Possibly because I rarely look in the mirror in my dreams, so I can write the lead however I see fit.  For the record, the woman in the lower right-hand corner? That lovely WoC? That was one of the times I DID look in the mirror. It was weird. These are all photos I found from Google.
