Meet Maxx's Inquisitors: A series
Let's meet my newest Inquisitor (and my final Inquisitor from Clan Lavellan!)
Mahanon Lavellan
Age: 30
Class: Mage
Specialisation: None. (Thus far)
Love Interest: Dorian
Backstory: Mahanon came into his magic very late, in his late teens. It was a month just before he received his vallaslin, when he got caught in a lightning storm during a hunt, and unwittingly began to command the electricity between his palms. Clan Lavellan had already succeeded its limit of mages that they could have without intervention from local human settlements, so Mahanon elected to hide his magical talent from his entire clan.
His constant need to be secretive made him bitter, jealous, and desperate for closeness. It came at great risk, as his fitful outbursts of anger and indignation often attracted the attention of Rage and Pride Demons. It wasn't until he met a Human Apostate known as 'Trev' near Wycome, that he began to train his magical abilities.
Trev gave Mahanon the opportunity to be more than what he was with the Dalish, and allowed him to set up the foundations of his magical practice without fear of attracting Templars to the Clan.
In the weeks leading up to the Conclave, Keeper Istimaethorial had planned to send the First Sabraen to go and investigate the state of the Mage/Templar War, in order to determine where the Clan would be safe to travel to without trouble from either side.
The plans were interrupted when Trev and Mahanon were mugged by a couple of bored Nobles from Kirkwall. In their struggle, Trev was fatally wounded and was unable to heal themselves. Mahanon, reacting in anger, lashed out at the attackers and killed them with his magic.
The commotion had caught the attention of his clansmen from over the hill, especially Keeper Deshanna. Outraged that he would lie to them all, put them in danger by killing human nobles so close to their camp and colluding with a human apostate - Istimaethorial had no choice but to punish him.
In order to atone for the things he did, Mahanon was sent to gather information at the conclave in Sabraen and Fenlathen's places, and would not be allowed to return until it was certain the Clan would be safe.
Of course, he never did.

Meet Maxx's Inquisitors: A Series
Let's meet one of my Inquisitors!!
Fenlathen Lavellan
Age: 28
Class: Mage
Specialisation: Rift Mage
Love Interest: Solas
Backstory: Much like my Canonical Inquisitor, Fen was taught various human customs and basic diplomacy by Istimaethorial, in the event that she would assume the role of Clan Lavellan’s Keeper. She came into her magic very young, at a time when the only mage in Clan Lavellan was Deshanna, which was before Sabraen arrived to the Clan.
In my true canonical timeline, she is back in Wycome with the rest of Clan Lavellan during the events of DA:I, working as her Keeper's First.
In this alternate timeline, however, my canonical Inquisitor Sabraen fell ill just before the Conclave and was deemed unfit to attend by Keeper Deshanna, so she sent Fenlathen in their steed.
