From eastern France, the French horse, paired with Olga van de Kruishoeve, a 10- yr- old ( BWP ) horse which he has been riding since last summer, enjoyed a textbook training in this class work against the clock at a level of 1m50. Kicking off the group, the present world No. 7 and past No. One could only watch as his rivals all struggled to pass his time ( 59’30 ) in an effort to beat him.  ,

Two members of the French Team champions from the Rio Olympics were present at the prize-giving ceremony along with Simon Delestre ( FRA ). Philippe Rozier ( FRA ), the penultimate rider, caused his fellow competitor to become hot under the collar. The two Frenchɱen were only two tenths of a second apart. ” When the horse is trusting and in harmony with me, he’s amazing,  , explains Rozier.  , On top of that he is a delight to ride”.

Meantime, third in Friday’s Prix du Grand Palais, Kevin Staut ( FRA ) repeated his performance (60”89 ). Additionally, a previous world No. 1, he is continuing to thrive with 14-year-old horse Cloe GP Z, who he is simply just getting started with because this is their fourth combined competition.

Six riders ranked among the top ten in the world compete head-to-head for gold and splendor in the CSI 5* classes it, promising some thrills and spills as the 2024 Saut Hermès offers many thrills and spills. Currently ranked number one in the world, Henrik von Eckermann ( SWE ) leads the pack but the Swede faces a fierce challenge from the likes of Steve Guerdat ( SUI), Scott Brash ( GBR ), Ben Maher ( GBR ), Peder Fredricson ( SWE), Marcus Ehning ( GER ), Christian Ahlmann ( GER ), Daniel Deusser ( GER ), Max Kuhner ( AUT), Pieter Devos ( BEL), Jérôme Guery ( BEL), Denis Lynch ( IRL), Emanuele Gaudiano ( ITA ), Marlon Zanotelli ( BRA ), Santiago Lambre ( BRA ), Victor Bettendorf, amongst others.

AIRBORNE MONTECILLO, seen here with Roger-Yves Bost
AIRBONE is a 1.73cm American-born hanoverian stallion, out of the international performer ABDULLAH.
He fist competed at 5* level with the Mexican rider Luis Ximenez Fyvie. He went on to be ridden by the French rider Michel Robert, with which he notably took the second place in the Hickstead Grand Prix.
He pursued his international career with another French rider, Roger-Yes Bost, who led him to many results in international competitions, including on the World Cup circuit. Together, they also took part in the 1998 World Equestrian Games in Rome.
