*Ellie wouldn't hear a peep from Rayman until the later hours of the night. She would hear her phone ring. When she picked up, she could hear Rayman's voice breaking.*
"H-hello, Rose. I know it's late and a lot has happened today, but I think I need you to come to my penthouse... I...
I really need you with me right now. I'm scared, Rose."

“Evening, ladies and grubs”! On behalf of my real-world associate, I’d like to formally announce the repurposing of this humble blog. From now on, this will be a center for all things related to the untold parts of Rayman’s world, the deep lore that connects all the dots spanning games 1 through 3!
“Alright, I hear you back there doubting my and the mod’s capabilities of keeping up with this blog and who can blame ya, after two separate hiatuses. Granted, with college and other fictional worlds to divide her attention, rest assured we’ve got a lot of good stuff to post, stuff that you may not have even thought of! The quality of these posts more than makes up for the space between updates! It’ll have you thinking about Rayman in an entirely new way! (Am I overselling it?)

Hi, once again, I’m Katie, and my sister and I have been perfecting our Rayman headcanons for the better part of a year now, and it is true that there’s some interesting heacanons and perspectives that we’ve got. School and other fandoms may keep me away, but I’ll do my best to provide quality content.
As for the roleplay....my Murfy muse just wasn’t fit for plotted threads; it’s better for spur of the moment commentary while watching gameplay, for example. You can still ask Murfy questions though, but I’ll say now: I’m not an expert in Rayman knowledge yet. Even just to interact with him, though, it should be fun.

What inspired you to take on your current muse (that you are posting this on):
mostly how I tried to put some sense and a proper plot for Rayman Origins and Legends ever since I finished the latter, and slowly found myself digging a lot Ales Mansay - or rather, the headcanons I came up with for him, mostly. So I went and started to make them human because it’s easier to make angsty stuff with him looking like a man rather than a Teensie :^)
...and people seem to dig him and I feel Powerful
What are your favourite aspects of your current muse:
Despite it all, he’s still determined, somehow. Even if it’s just to impress his master, he found a reason to keep on living and honestly, as bad as the thing he did are, I can respect him neverthless
What’s your biggest inspiration when it comes to writing:
videogames and music help a lot for inspirations for plots, but usually I simply daydream about other stuff to force myself to write :^)
of course, the angstier something is, the easier it is for me to write, so I guess simply a little bit of venting helps for inspiration as well??? idk
Favourite types of threads:
MAN I LOVE ANGSTY STUFF, especially if it implies some battle. I love fighting roleplays a lot, especially if the muses involved give all they have!!
...basically, i love making my muses suffer either physically or emotionally :^)
Biggest struggle in regards to your current muse:
Well, he is quite limited, for now. Between taking care of Mr.Dark, having to stay hidden because they’re in a new base and the fact that he lost An Entire Arm, he’s more likely to stay in their place for a long while. I’ll have to find ways to get out, but I’ll probably wait for him to rebuild an arm first ^^”

I FUCKING LOVE SHACO YOU DON’T EVEN KNOW. Before RPing and maining shaco, I was a Fiddlesticks main who was having a hard time jungling as Fiddle is horrible in the jungle atm. So when my ex-bf got me into league, he said “Why not try Shaco? He’s a great jungler, maybe you’ll like him?”
Played a few games of him, got the hang of his abilities, but it was tough to learn him, and it was almost like a tsundere like attitude. First hating Shaco and Shaco mains guts because they bullied me and other champs so well then eventually loving him as I played him more and more.
would you date your muse?
YES AND MANY MORE LEWD ACTS.
what are your favorite kinds of threads?
Besides NSFW threads that I do enjoy, but keep to a minimum, I love crack threads or threads that are generally goofy and funny to write in.
Also, while I havent done any yet, horror threads 8)))
are you a selective roleplayer?
Depends really. I try not to roleplay with horribly OOC accounts. I usually follow, watch a bit and see how they rp then make a move. but if they constantly do ooc stuff and make their muse do seriously OOC stuff, I just Q slide away.
do you have a favorite muse (if you have more than one)?
My muses come and go. Shaco is my current League of Legends muse. Previous muse was Hol Horse from JJBA.
what made you decide to join the fandom?
My ex jokingly got me into it. Played some games with him, went doki-doki with how goofy fiddlesticks was and went full HNNNNNNNNNNGH when I saw Shaco.
Now here I am in League hell lol
do you see yourself staying with the fandom for a long time?
I hope so. maybe 2-3 years.

"Happy Valentines Day Rose! I had some time to kill so I brought you these. I'm sorry I won't be able to spend the day with you, but I might be able to make it up to you later tonight. I have something planned for when I get off work. What do you say?"

*The family had returned safely to Utopia. Ramon had kept his promise to keep Claus safe for Lucas. Sadly, they did not come back unscathed. Murfy's claim of only being grazed had been a lie. Floyd revealed that Murfy had, in fact, been shot in his side. He has been forced to get plenty of rest as he recovered from his wounds. Murfy intended to look into the cages used to house the ghosts once he wasn't feeling as sore.
*The greenbottle was spending a lot more time with the twins since he's been forced to stay down. He'd invite Lucas and Claus to come up to his room to watch movies or play games together. Currenty, Murfy had been watching a movie with Lucas close by. The greenbottle hears his phone ringing and checks the number. He raised a brow as he looked over the number. He answers it and presses a button to put it on speaker*
"Hello?"
"Hello. Am I speaking to Murfy?"
*The voice that spoke sounded like Rayman, yet Murfy knew it wasn't him. Rayman was in the house. It wasn't Rayman's number either. The realization hits the greenbottle, and he began to grind his teeth. His voice dripping with hate.*
"How the hell did you get this number?"
"It does not matter how I obtained your number, Murfy. I am in desperate need of your help. I wouldn't be calling you at all unless the situation is dire. I just want to talk. Will you meet with me outside the gates of Utopia?"
"Do you really expect me to come talk to you like nothing happened? You had me shot! You threatened my family! Give me one fuckin' reason why I should give you anything!"
"If you can provide what I am in need of, I can promise you that Umbra will never bother you or the dragon boy ever again. You'd have my word on that."
*Murfy growled through his clenched teeth, but he let out a sigh. He turned to look at Lucas, his eyes showing that he was conflicted. This was too good to be true, and he certainly did not trust the fake Rayman to keep his word. He slowly reached a tiny hand out to grab Lucas' to attempt to give it a gentle squeeze*

*Murfy had woken the entire group up shortly after ending his call with the masked man. He gave the orders for everyone to pack up their things and try to fit them in the car. They were leaving for Utopia tonight. The group would pack up whatever they could and got into the car.
*The drive was a long one. Murfy explained to Lucas that Utopia was across the country from Eden. As They drove. Ramon would tell Lucas stories about Utopia. How he always wanted to visit the place, but the board of directors never really let him do any traveling outside of Eden. Not only that, Utopia is very strict on who they allow into their city. The Mayor was someone you do not cross. Not only was Utopia heavily fortified compared to Eden, but Ramon commented that they had enough firepower to wipe Eden off the map. He would tell about how peace treaties were sent to be established between Eden and Utopia, but they never seem to succeed. Ramon then said that Utopia would be the safest place for them if they were allowed inside.
*Three days of driving, only stopping for when they needed a break or to swap drivers so the other could rest. Ramon would tap on Lucas' shoulder and point off in the distance. A huge, walled off city was in the distance. On the top of that wall were canons of some kind, ones that could easily travel long distances. The walls looked impenetrable from the outside. Raymona was the one driving currently and she drove the car right up to the gates. Murfy slipped into the driver's seat to address the gate keeper on duty. - "Heeeey Fernando! Long time no see!"
*The Gatekeeper responded by raising his voice to the greenbottle, it was clear these two were familiar with each other. - "What the... Murfy!? How many times do I need to tell you that you can't come into Utopia without permission, man?" - Murfy did not skip a beat when he responded to the agitated gatekeeper - "Listen Fernando. I got someone here that the mayor's gunna wanna see pronto. I know I'm treading on thin ice here but trust me. Give the Mayor a call and tell him Murfy's here with a guy who's first name begins with R and ends with ayman."
*The name caused the gatekeeper to give a loud swallow. He turned away from them and grabbed for a phone within his booth. He dialed a number on it and they could hear him tell whoever was on the line to "Get me a direct line to the Mayor, it's important." after some waiting, they could barely hear the conversation the gatekeeper was having next. After the phone call, the gatekeeper opened the gates to Utopia- "Alright you are to make your way straight to city hall. The Mayor wants to see you right away. Welcome to Utopia."
*Raymona begins driving into the city, and Lucas is greeted to a large, bustling city. It was so clean, full of life! A mix of nature and steampunk industrial. There were even trees! Plants! Grass beneath your feet in some places. flowing rivers and even a massive waterfall could be seen pouring over one of the sides of the wall that surrounded the city. It was like a paradise within the wastelands and the industrial landscape! Ramon let out a soft "woah" as he began taking in the sights with Lucas.*

*Ellie's team would be alerted to news from the resistance groups saying that there had been a raid in crime lord Pagan Min's estate, leading to his death. The report of a super scope falling into the hands of a different up coming resistance group caused alarm.
*Soon after the report was made, a giant portal would open in the sky above Eden. Rabbid Kaijus had begun to invade the city. There was full blown panic and every resistance network had been given the order to go help evacuate people and to avoid all contact with the Kaiju. Leave them up for the Eden police force to dispatch, the safety of innocents was the highest priority.
*It is chaos in the streets. The Eden Police force are trying to kill the rampaging Kaiju and people are running for their lives. In the midst of the chaos, a small blur is zig-zagging their way through the crowds, and the uniform they wore as vaguely familiar. Assassin's regalia...*

*The fairy council building appeared to be bustling today, lots of gossip between the workers about this strange new face and about her friendship with Murfy. Should Rayman knock on the door to Murfy's office, he would hear the greenbottle's voice telling him to come in.
*When he entered, he would be greeted to the limbless woman, who was happily chatting away with Murfy.*

*Rayman awoke to the sound of his digital alarm clock going off. He groaned as turned the alarm off. He threw himself over the side of the bed and slipped his slippers onto his feet. He straightened his white undershirt and pajama pants out before he finally got up to gather some clothes to go get dressed. He went into the bathroom to get changed. Taking time to comb his hair out and brush his teeth. He left the bathroom and checked to see if Lucas was awake before he went to go prepare himself a morning cup of coffee.
*He was hoping Lucas was ready to venture out of the apartment and into the city today. He had planned to get Lucas some things he'd need while staying with him. Clothes, hair and tooth brushes. All the essentials. He wanted Lucas to accompany him on this trip so he could pick out what he wanted, it would save Rayman from having to guess at everything. Taking Mona with him on the trip was out of the question since he was aware that the person he warned Lucas about yesterday was going to arrive sometime today.*

*Rayman had been staying with the household for a while now. He would wake up to Raymona knocking on his door. She enters the room and approaches his bed. She leans down and plants a kiss on the top of his head and gives his hair a gentle ruffle.*
"Sorry to wake you hon, but I just wanted to let you know that we're going to be heading out in a moment. We've... we've got work to do."
*Rayman could soon see his twin pass by the door, he had his hair slicked back and a very familiar green case hanging over his shoulder. The same case used to carry his guns.*

*Today was the day of the garden center mission. Lucas had seen the whole group often meet up in Rayman's apartment to discuss the game plans with them. Rayman would make sure Lucas was kept entertained while they would deal with their planning.
*When Lucas was to awaken, he was greeted to Rayman trying to brush his hair back. A comb in hand with a little hair gel here and there. Rayman had assumed the Ramon look. It was unexpected. Originally Lucas had heard that they were going to try to get Rayman into the center to act as if he was reporting the latest story. Instead Ramon was the one standing before Lucas. He turned to Lucas and gave a smile to the boy.*
"Morning, buddy. Hope you're well rested. We have a big day today."
*Despite the gruff look, his voice still seemed cheery, just like when he would talk to him as "Rayman." All that seemed to change between Rayman and Ramon was the style of his hair, at least while he was around Lucas.*

*The group has gotten moved in and settled in Globox's house. Rayman starts his first day at his new job, and today marks the first day of Lucas' tutoring. Raymona makes sure Lucas has a snack, his lunch, and his supplies before she drives him over to Ales' house to have his lessons. When they arrive, Lucas can make out a strange machine used for driving in his driveway. It seems Ales may have been some type of inventor.
*Raymona goes with Lucas up to the door and knocks. The teensie answers and greets the two. Lucas is permitted to enter the home and the teensie leads him to where they will have their lessons. It's a grand study room. There is a chalkboard and shelves full of books. There is a desk set up in front of the chalkboard. Ales gets a small step ladder and climbs it. He begins writing out his name in the corner of the chalkboard. Once Ales finishes, he turns and smiles to Lucas.*
"Welcome to your first day of tutoring, Lucas. I understand that this might be a bit overwhelming for you. If you have any questions or concerns, I encourage you to ask. If you need something to help you focus, tell me. As long as you pay attention to your lessons, you'll find that I am a fair teacher."

*As Lucas and Co arrive at the labs that house Giegue, they felt a presence trailing them. Like they were being followed. When they would look around, they saw nothing. Claus could soon hear static coming from the device The Mayor had slipped to them before they began their journey.
*When Claus was to inspect the device, he could see a black, pixelated image of Rayman's face, his hair a dark reddish color... It would appear Dark Rayman is trying to contact the group.*

*Time passes since the meeting with Dark Rayman. Murfy and Globox had worked together to get the device made and made sure it was delivered to Eden safely. Rayman and Bullfrog had both been pulled off of resistance work due to the threat the chips caused. There wasn't much work to do anyway while the bug spent his time recovering from his bullet wound. Lucas would get to meet with a therapist and continue his lessons with Ales.
*Today would be the day both Bullfrog and Rayman have their chip removal surgery. Murfy managed to book the appointments so Floyd would be the surgeon leading both of the operations. Rayman and Bullfrog brought Raymona with them as moral support. Raymona brought Lucas with her, Ales allowing him to have the day off from his studies so he could be there for his dad and his brother figure's procedure.
*The family was gathered in the waiting room of the Hospital, the same one Floyd has started working at since they left Eden. Rayman was constantly rubbing his hands together anxiously.
*He may be trying to put on a brave face, but his actions showed that he was worrying about the surgery.*
