Do you have / have you posted a Cadenza design?

i don't think i've ever posted it, and i might make a post with a bunch of her outfits bc she is a consistent fashion icon, but... i do have her face

First Cadenza Design:

i wanted to make her and Laurence look visually very distinct from one another, but still beautiful in the same way... if that makes sense.

She has very dark eyes, like... get lost in them dark (which later matches Laur bc his eyes go black from being turned into an Sk)

They're not blood related, but they carry the same air of elegance, and since they were kids, have done everything to look alike. Cadenza is a natural ginger, Laurence has naturally blue/green eyes, and so Laurence dyes his hair ginger and Cadenza wears a blue-ish green (or blue and green, or just blue or just green).

Even as adults they do this, and they have matching nose piercings! (one stud on one side, two studs and a hoop on the other).

except, ofc, in my rewrite, Laur's eyes change after he gets turned.

so, there comes the second Cadenza design:

also known as her goth phase. She wears red and black, or just one or the other, as Laur's eyes are black when resting, but become very blood shot when he's angry or in his SK form. and Cadenza is always his sister.

it's less visually eye-grabbing, but Cadenza doesn't need bright colours to steal the show.

Laur stops being ginger, ofc, but idk what to do with his design to make him match with her again too :/ im working on it

I did a redo- version of some Ranth art i did.

Avra and Garroth's ship name is Avroth and i love them. Technically could also be Garvra but idk. i also dont know why Garroth'a hair looks white in this lmao its meant to be a pale blonde but i couldnt be bothered to fix it.

Also, bc it's Avra version, there is a bloodier version of the redraw. Just bc Ranth!Garmau were being cute and slightly angsty, Redo!Avroth are just god and devotee 24/7

i hate that all characters have to be good people in your fics or you're seen as messed up for writing them that way.

Writing Garroth with (canon) racial prejudice because of how he was raised, it's not okay but it is PRESENT, and other characters think he's an asshole for it, and he does get better but it never truly goes away. He'll help make sure other kids don't get the same Biases he was brought up with, but he will always be slightly more inclined to hang out with someone from Ru'Aun than Tu'La, even if he's not aware of it.

(^ The racism is canon btw, ignored bc its an s3 thing but this guy full of says 'lmao I don't trust him because he's Tu'Lan' and I stared in disbelief at that minecraft man)

Writing Laurence who has genuine problems with other people's boundaries and will cross them, even if he knows what they are (canon, if ignored). Again, he gets better, but getting better doesn't undo anything or make it completely go away. If anything, he replaces it too much with resentment and anger due to the calling, making him, in some ways, worse.

(^ literally canon, but i promise you, if i made a hc post including Laurence being pushy about breaking past people's boundaries, someone would get pissed off about it)

Don't even get me started on making characters DEGRADE as a story goes along. Not everyone improves, and improvement often isn't linear. Watch Zenix descend further into madness before realising that Shad is just as corrupt as the Lord system he's been fighting to dismantle. Watch Dante go from cheerful and young to bitter and old(er), he's not a bad person for it, but his loyalty cost him a good life and it may have paid off in the end, but those were still fifteen years he could never get back. His loyalty is praised but he still wonders what kind of life he could have if he'd just... given up, and taken his family somewhere nice where they didn't have to worry about if they'd be able to eat, or if bandits were going to come and ruin what little they had going.

I want to write morally AAA characters, but someone always makes a problem with it and I just....... AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAa
