Invitation au voyage (Peter Del Monte, 1982)
a guy’s twin sister/lover/extension of self is accidentally killed. he stuffs her in a double bass case, ties it to the roof of his car and takes a rabbit hole trip back to their home town, doing what he can to sustain her legacy along the way. and then one ultimate tribute. sombre, tender, nothing incredible but nice.
