So your mom sounds like an angel. That's sweet. Though, that's another question :how did she feel when others that was on the Ex elder's side talking down on you, your siblings and her?
@kaito-akimoto
"She is and always will be. My mom was always the kindest soul in the Saima clan and still is. I know that much." she smiled thinking about it.
However, she blinks to hear that other part to look down. "She felt..upset and worried when others on the ex elder's side kept speaking down on us. Some would see us as dead weight than villagers..This was before we got banished out of our old village then came here to the leaf." she mutters.
~~~~~~~~
Suki was humming but was making some food before hearing the door open but slam shut. "Hmm?" She looks to see Hanoka. "Hello sweetie, how are-" but she stops seeing Hanoka run upstairs crying before another door slam.
"Oh dear.." she heard the door again looking to see Kiyoshi and Miyuki. "Dears, what happened?" she asked.
"........the villagers were saying negative things about Hanoka again mom. They just don't get it. Even others at school are starting to believe them." Kiyoshi was worried about his twin sister that Suki was worried.
"That explains why she ran away to get back home." Miyuki mutters.
"I see.......Here, let me try to speak to her. You two go and wash up for lunch okay?" she gently smiled to hug them but they did just that. Suki went upstairs to check on her daughter gently knocking on the door.
"Go away!" a sad sob was heard but Suki sighed.
"Honey, it's me. I just wanna see if your okay. Can I come in?" she asked but Hanoka was still crying before Suki sees her door open showing a crying little Hanoka there. She bends down to her level but gently held her cheek.
"Oh my poor little silver rose. Did you have a bad day?" she asked sweetly but Hanoka sniffs to nod rubbing her eyes.
"...I don't get it mommy, everyone just don't like me....I know some from our clan do but..others are still seeing me as nothing but trouble. I t..try to be nice mama, but...." she mutters and yet Suki sighed to gently pick her up but walks into her room to sit down on the bed.
"There there sweetie..the others that heard this don't understand.." she said softly.
"But the elder.."
"I know...but he don't understand. I guess he still blames some of the past stories of our clan regarding being born third. But I know it's not true. Your a blessing to me and your siblings. I know others see your sweet and caring." she said gently to hold her.
"B....but lord Osamu said I was. He told me all third borns become evil and do horrible things. I don't want to be like that when I get older." she mutters and yet Suki got worried hearing this. Why did he have to say such things?
"But their not true honey-"
"But...they are. You get talked bad about from the others, thinking you brought shame to the village. You..you get ignored and others just try to pretend your bad.." she mutters.
"But that's their opinion. I know some don't understand..but I don't let it get to me. I am used to it....all I know is seeing my little ones happy means more to me than anything. Your my family..and I know your father would agree with me. I just wish he was here to see how big you gotten. All of you.." she softly hugs Hanoka to kiss her forehead.
"Now believe me, my little one. I know it's hard..life is not easy for everyone but that is how it is. Even as a starting shinobi as you and your siblings. Your learning. Your growing...and I know when you get older, you'll be something amazing." she smiled holding her cheeks that Hanoka blinks.
"R..really?"
"Yes. Your special. All of you are. I don't care what others say. Your still a blessing to me. My daughter that I cherish so much....your siblings love you too and wish for you to be happy...just believe in yourself more sweetie...Okay?" she said.
"...O..Okay mama.." she mutters. In a while, she was already getting ready to do something but Miyuki and Kiyoshi saw Hanoka asleep against Suki who was holding her. She knew she was sad but she hopes her little peahen knows the world isn't so bad.
~~~~~~~~~~
"She always told us, no matter what others tell you or say, you shouldn't listen to their words. This is your life and you should be happy no matter what. It took time for me to see that.....even longer when we got banished from my old village and heading to Konoha. But now..I see what she meant. I just wish I knew more about her. I bet it's the same from grandma and grandpa.." she sighed.
"I think she would have loved to meet Kaito and his parents if they were still alive. Or maybe they are but in heaven.." she smiled.
