Sorry if it's a bit confusing,, im v tired and also too lazy to rewrite it. (It's fine lol) Also I'm probably going to send my other oc that is sorta related to this one later.

Name(s): Maple the Moth (i love him already...)

Species modeled after: Polyphemus moth (fancy... from what i looked up he has a lotta browns in the color palette so i understand why he'd be named Maple)

Duration of service (age): 8 years

Appearance: 8 feet tall with wings that are 8 feet tall and 14 feet wide. (that is a definite safety hazard??? W h a t) The wings are so stuffed with feathers they could basically be a giant pillow. (O h h h h it's not very much of a safety hazard after all! my b) He has fluff on his antenna, neck, and the backs of his thighs. His body type is slightly different than the FNaF animatronics, but not much. Three "claws" on each of his hands and feet(they're really just for decoration and aren't actually able to hurt anyone). His eyes are angled down, with black scleras and big white pupils that are star-shaped. (Would that not be freaky-) Eyebrows are also basically circles. Fur color is peach on most of his body, and his wings, fluff, antenna, eyebrows, and "claws" are a cream color. His chest also lights up and can even be a star projector. (Oh my god his color scheme is like some of those maple candies I've seen in the US o ma gaaaahhhhd so cute)

Reason for decommission: Smothered a kid with his wing. It happens. (OH MY GOD I KNEW THEY WERE A HAZARD WHATTTTTT)

Brought back into service?: For a week, but it received public backlash so he was soon decommissioned again (rip)

Function in the Pizzeria Bug museum: He was used in a sleepover area. There was a bug museum which had sleepovers where the kids were allowed to sleep in the hallways. (That happens irl, right?) (I don't think so??) He told bedtime stories, acted as a nightlight for kids who were scared of the dark, told them stuff about the bugs, and best of all his wings were the perfect bed for a bunch of kids. (that's so cute..... i love him more now)

Personality: Programmed to be quiet and calm. usually doesn't talk, save for the stories. Is actually 100% OPPOSITE of his programming at night. Will Probably make the nightguard die of a heart attack before he gets murdered. (mood)

Voice: Dallon Weekes (oh my god it's one of the guys from Panic! At The Disco that isn't Brendan aaahhhh)

Backstory: He was used in Maple's Bug Extravaganza until 8 year old Dennis Coleman crawled under Manny's wing and died from suffocation. (m. Manny? was Manny a name you had for him before Maple-) He was missing for weeks as nobody checked under the wing, but kids started to notice a funny smell. They rumored that there was a dead cat under there, none of them were strong enough to lift the wing because barely any kids strong enough went into the place. Those who were strong enough didn't care or were afraid of the consequences. Finally, one brave soul lifted the wing, and.. the reaction was what you would expect. ("ew why is there a fucking dead child down here") After that, the character acted weird, glitching out weird phrases and weird noises that sounded like muffled screaming and cries for help. Because of that and the child smothering incident, he was eventually decommissioned and was bought by Fazbear Entertainment Inc for spare parts. (yeeeeiiiikessss) He now roams the halls at night, very loudly yelling for his parts back, making weird noises, and ripping nightguards apart so he can be "whole" again. (What parts did they harvest from him? I hope he's okay)

Trivia: He was originally going to be a female, it was changed because the only voice actor they could find was a male. (How the fuck did they get Dallon Weekes but not a random voice actress from the streets???)

Anyways...

Pizzazz: 10/10 i love him so much

Mechanics: 8/10 soft boy.....

Questions: Why specifically a polyphemus moth? Why didn't an adult lift the wing up earlier due to the stench? Which parts did Fazbear's take from him? Can I keep him?

Overall: i would WANT to be smothered by him cus he'd be so comfy aahhhh...
