Personality: Possesses a curious and empathetic streak, she's known amongst vampires as the Vampire Princess for her natural charisma despite appearing as a child... though perhaps due to turning when she was a child, she can come off as spoilt and impatient at times, and easily gets annoyed

Style: Wears clothing that gives off impression of cute and child-appropriate, usually wears suspenders to give a slightly mature appearance. Also wears over the knee socks and Mary Jane shoes to 'offset' the suspenders' maturity. She also dons a red cloak with a cat hood which is fastened together with a ruby brooch

Status: Alive

Abilities: Able to turn others into vampires, manipulate objects using telekinesis, also has enhanced senses, speed, and strength as well as able to disintegrate objects via touch, and fairly proficient in wielding axes. Is personally weakened by sunlight due to sun allergy

Background: Born in Zarov, Nikolina's family emigrated to Višoleka when she was ten. Upon arrival in Višoleka, she encountered a dying vampire and was immediately warned by the residents in the nearby village to stay away from them. Before she could heed their warnings, the vampire bit her in their dying breath as a way to have the last laugh

As a vampire, she was forced to go into hiding which her family helped by moving from place to place in the country. When she was 28, her entire family, save for her younger sister whose corpse was never found, was burnt to death due to a mysterious blaze spreading within the village they currently resided in

Saddened by the loss, she wandered about Višoleka and chanced upon a castle housing vampires, all friendly and instantly welcomed Nikolina into their castle. There, she learnt about the code of ethics the first vampire had created several millennia ago and that vampires were not supposed to turn non-vampires by force

She was then taught the ways to mingle with vampire-phobic humans without risking her identity given her desire to live amongst them. Nikolina then went back to live amongst humans and portrayed herself as a vampire sympathiser to change their opinions, which she eventually achieved 125 years later

With the shift in opinions amongst humans, vampires slowly integrated themselves into human society, but remained a respectful distance from them out of fear that Nikolina's efforts would be reversed. Nikolina herself moved to a city that saw numerous travellers passing through, and spent many years enjoying the harmony between both species in peace

in 1503, rumours of vampires that went around turning others by force surfaced in Višoleka. This alarmed her as this would reverse opinions against vampires, and sought to find the root of the problem. Her vampire friends helped, and soon discovered a growing group of rebel vampires that felt that the vampires were in danger of becoming extinct and as such, forced their 'birth root' to become like them

Even so, Nikolina was relieved to hear that Višoleka remained relatively peaceful despite flaring tensions. Three years later while chasing down a suspected rebel vampire, she came across a staked Milovan and recognised that he was dying. Initially, she planned on leaving him for dead due to the code of ethics, but upon noticing his tear-stained face as he bled to death, she correctly deduced that they wanted to live and turned him to save his life

Now a vampire, Nikolina extended the same kindness to Milovan, and lived together while they built their life up once more. As a result of Nikolina's kindness, Milovan remained close friends with her and constantly sends her letters even after he moved to Wulfenz to work in Hallowed Hotel and even shared that he entered a relationship with Martin. Once in a while, Milovan would write that he has served a human woman resembling an adult version of her at the hotel's bar, as though she's Nikolina's sister...

Personality: Friendly and charming, she has no issue befriending someone she had just met. Underneath her extroverted nature is a cautious individual who takes care to not step on anyone's toes and tries to not get herself too attached to others. This is to hide an overprotective side towards those she cares about as she's aware how extreme her methods are when protecting others

Style: Wears clothes reminiscent of circus performers, gravitates towards black and red colour schemes and isn't afraid to show off her tattoos. Also usually wears a belt with a glittering red cloth attached to its right, said cloth covers majority of the leg

Abilities: Able to freely cross between Ratein and the Astral Realm without the need of dimension gates. Is able to use cosmic magic, stop time, view events happening in the past, present and future, as well as cause anything that her weapon comes in contact with to 'dissociate' from existence (apart from chronovens, The Caretaker and The Artiste)

Like the rest of the Hourly Twelve, Nina is also able to open portals that allow her to travel anywhere. Also able to reverse time, but only once and at the cost of her life. Being a chronoven, she's only able to die either by her lifespan naturally running out, or by time reversal

Ironically, she's able to engulf herself herself in a cosmic fire that instantly burns anything it touches into a crisp (apart from chronovens, The Caretaker and The Artiste, they merely feel an excruciatingly painful burning sensation). Naturally, she doesn't use this often even though it doesn't hurt her at all

Separate from her chronoven abilities, she also has a natural resistance to any form of hypnosis/sleep/healing magic as well as all anaesthesics

Background: The youngest of the Dolmatova siblings, Nina grew up extremely attached to her siblings as a result of being constantly spoilt by them. As she and Nikolina were the only females amongst her siblings, Nina was especially close to her and could be found together usually

Her life changed when her sister approached a dying vampire shortly after their move to Višoleka and got bitten, turning her into a vampire herself. As vampires were feared in the country, the Dolmatovas had to flee and hide Nikolina to the best of their abilities. Due to Nina’s young age, she was often kept hidden with her sister out of worries that the Višolekans would attempt to harm the young girl

When she grew older, she was allowed out of the house on the condition that she didn't wander too far. Some time in 1235, she strayed from her house and explored some abandoned ruins, stumbling across a meteorite necklace that caught her fancy and wore it back home. She was soon scolded by her family, citing that it wasn't safe for Nina to be far from home especially since due to puberty, she was starting to gain unwanted attention from men

Nina listened to her family's concerns and didn't venture too far from her house. At 22, a man kept trying to make advances on her but she always turned him down, hiding the fact that she had zero interest in men due to the sentiments towards LGBT+ then. Nina also suspected that the man was more interested in Nikolina than her, and shared her worries with her sister

Nikolina assured her that she was careful in keeping her status as a vampire a secret and that she barely left her room, it was unlikely that the man was out for her blood. Still, she warned Nina to be careful as this implied that she had gained an obsessed admirer, something which Nina heeded

When she was 23, her house was suddenly lit ablaze with everyone but Nikolina in it. Alarmed, she tried to leave the room she was in but was unfortunately locked in. She then heard the man on the other side of the door, who explained to her that he was disappointed to learn that Nina, someone he had considered perfect, to hide a vampire in her house. He continued to explain that the entire village started a fire within the village grounds, with the intent to burn the Dolmatovas alive for harbouring Nikolina, who they would soon hunt

As the fire trapped Nina, she slumped against the wall furthest from the blaze, getting into a crouching position as she tried her best to shield herself from the fire. She cried as she heard the screams of her family mixed with calls to hunt Nikolina down, and wished desperately to go back to the time before her sister was turned

Her necklace suddenly glowed, seemingly acceding to her wish. Nina screamed as a burning sensation raged throughout her body, frantically patting her body as she tried to put out what she thought was the fire consuming her. She didn't realise that the right side of her skirt was starting to fragmentalise, but cried in pain as her left eye was inflicted with burning pain that she wished not to ever experience

In her pain, she failed to realise that she had broken up and reformed in a galaxy. After an eternity, the pain subsided and was approached by a humanoid resembling a cluster of colours and stars. Nina soon learnt that the humanoid was Mashe of the Second Hour, a former human who had became a chronoven

Before Mashe could explain what chronovens were and their abilities, Nina asked if she was dead, with the former replying that they were both closer to deities than dead. Nina then asked Mashe if she could go back to Višoleka, with the latter affirming that she could do so and opened a portal for Nina. She left through the portal and watched as the villagers searched for Nikolina, which relieved her as it meant that her sister was still safe

She then saw the man nearby, unaware of Nina's presence. Enraged over the deaths of her family, she grabbed a broken scythe and pulled him closer to her body. Nina then mockingly whispered sweet nothings in his ear, kicking him forward and breaking his fall by grabbing onto his hair. She then placed the scythe's blade directly under where his neck would fall on, mere centimeters away from him. The terrified man begged to let him live, and explained that it was an unanimous decision made by the village to kill all Dolmatovas

Nina, seemingly forgiving him, started to pull the man up. She then suddenly let go of him and stomped down hard on his head, successfully decapitating him. Mashe, who had been watching the entire time, chimed in to add that Nina's scythe had the ability to 'dissociate' whatever it touched from existence. The latter remarked that the scythe's design was highly impractical to be used as a weapon, with Mashe shrugging off Nina's comment with the explanation that they were akin to deities, and common sense barely applied to them at that point

Ma Li soon appeared beside Mashe, encouraging Nina to get a party going by painting the village in their blood. Mashe agreed far too happily for Nina's liking, which made her realise that the two chronovens weren't likely to have their sanity intact. Solidifying her resolve to not end up like them, especially Ma Li, Nina made her way to where the rest of the villagers were, armed with a bloodied scythe and a promise to protect Nikolina no matter what...
