Kylian comforted Neymar after he got injured in a match in February, 2021. The latter was down as there was a possibility that he would miss the first leg of the champions League against Barcelona.

still in neybappe feelings but i had so many ideas that i want to make, which one should i do first
1. the regular angsty real life ? its basically just ney pov seeing their relationship from first into the recent one. the highlight of personality traits is ney the sentimental one and kylian is the logic / emotionless one/ or someone who cant express themself i also kinda want to address some mental health issue since its vry important to be aware of and this story is inspired from real life story between me (as neymar) and my best friend (as kylian condition), and my journey where im helping my bestie to stop doing selfharm and commit suicide
2. au! soulmates : this inspired from call me by your name anime/ kimi no nawa. this one kinda hard but the plot will be the same like the anime
3. au!action and crime : this is an au where kylian' parents are die bcs of 'car accident', a week after that kylian and ney accidently witnessing a crime scene between drug mudlers and gangster which lead them into a detective case that uncovers the truth behind kylian parents death (that isnt a car accident but is a murder case) their relationship is still fragile and in coldwars but through dangerous cases, ney grows fonds towards kylian situation

Telephone by Lady Gaga and Beyonce: i live on a university campus so i walk everywhere, and this song is perfect for walking to and i just love mid-2000s pop, always makes me feel better
Borderline by Tame Impala: i have seen so many edits to this song (especially of leo going to pissg) so i like to sit and stare at walls and think about the silly sports people while i listen to the synth and the strong bass line. it makes you feel like you're in an alternate reality
Death of the Phone Call by Whatever Dad: calm french music with acoustic guitar >>> i like to listen to this while im studying, its like a comfort song for me, feels like a warm hug (and Whatever Dad is so underrated, even if you don't like/understand french it is so sweet, like a lullaby i love it). ii name all my playlists after drinks, and this is in my "butterfly peaflower tea" playlist that i use to fall asleep with
Tonight - Quintet from West Side Story and One Day More from Les Miserables: i love musicals, and west side story and les mis are two of my favs. these songs in particular are the end of act i, all storylines collide songs where all the characters sing at the same time and its just this pleasing wall of sound that makes me melt! truly exposing myself as a theatre kid here but i think the fact i run a blog about athletes makes up for it

the first neybappe story i ever read was yours from road to recovery and it definitely set the bar way too high because pretty much every other story i read after has been horrible except a select few (and your other ones obviously) it's so disappointing 😭

ok new neybappe au idea: neymar is the son of a multimillionaire, and the heir to an enormous business empire. leo messi is neymar's secretary and best friend. neymar wants to find a suitable husband, but he's sick of men who're after him only for his money. he wants someone loyal and good-hearted. so he arranges a competition for his own hand, but asks leo to be pretend to be him throughout the competition while ney pretends to be the secretary. obviously, many men turn up to the competition to win neymar's hand, and start wooing leo, oblivious of his true identity, that he's just ney's secretary, not ney himself, and the guy posing as the secretary is the real ney. kylian is a broke author who wants to make ends meet, and figures out that seducing a rich heir is a good way to do so. kylian turns up to woo leo but ends up falling for neymar himself. neymar is delighted, having finally found a man who loves him for himself and not his money. he reveals himself as the true heir and marries kylian. Kylian goes on to write a bestselling novel about his extraordinary love story, which gets turned into a blockbuster movie. idk who plays ney and kyky. maybe they play themselves. anyways they live together happily ever after.

Do you believe that one day you can stop liking neybappe? I ask this because I've seen a lot of people in the fandom get discouraged by everything that happened to their friendship and I don't judge these people because they are right but it's amazing to see how you remain intact and feed us all the best stories
i had multiple conversations about that actually, especially after the instagram fiasco, and i came to the conclusion that i made my own characters so it's more about my stories than the people behind them by now, i love writing and i love my universe, i don't see myself stopping any time soon
if i will i'll definitely tell you beforehand, but for now i really don't see any reason to stop writing

i wrote 201 goals because after seeing ney's parabéns story i wondered how kylian feels about it, and then it went on like "oh what if they were dating??" and i kinda teased a lot of things in that story that i felt like i should write out, and it became this whole thing. that's how road to recovery was born. this is the life started bc they needed a prologue, and then the ideas came, and i couldn't stop. i'm a little addict, let's face it

so i actually think the kylian and trent fic isn't bad. i usually can't make it past the first few paragraphs of most neybappe fics (not yours don't worry lol) because of how bad kylians characterization is but it was fine it this story. i don't know enough about trent and the other liverpool or england characters in real life to know if they're portrayed well or not but rest seems fine. the only "issue" i really have with the fic is that it's supposed to be a friends to lover but they because friends after a few days of dming each other and now they're already in love with each other and it all happened kinda too quickly because all of this was after the time the france vs england match was announced and before the match happens. 6 chapters so far and they haven't met yet but i'm guessing the story will really pick up after the match happens. so it's pretty much a forbidden love kinda thing but for now i can't say for sure if i like the story or not because not enough happened but there's some cute moments. it's probably more enjoyable if you're a fan of trent too tho. if you want i can give you an updated review of the fic when it progresses a bit more so you know if it's worth it lol

So im new to fanfiction (i knew about AO3 and wattpad but never read any). i came across a neybappe fic link on twitter and well, i fell down the rabbit hole.
I've been a footy fan since childhood. Had my favs (thought they were cute/talented/nice family men etc but thats it)
I didn't know ppl shipped footballers 😭 (i knew about shipping from music groups)
Anyways, long story short. I was kinda shook about the smut 😳. Like how do ppl write smut like that? From the perspective of men (when the author isn't one)? Where do they get the inspo? (They watch p*rn for "research"??) And while writing it do they get turned on?💀
You don't have to answer...it's just something that's been on my mind hehe
hmm basically my inspo is reading a fuckton of fanfics before i started writing. ao3 is my literal source. then i also have the nsfw anons and my little victims who listen to me cringing at them and offer input and sympathy, so it's a bit of a teamwork between ao3, tumblr and quite a bit of imagination
