thinking about kabumisu. guhh....
#kabru and mithrun are soooo....#sorry im a sucker for the dynamic of a somewhat-abrasive partner who helps pull the other out of their worst moments#particularly by being blunt and honest about their situation and still being able to show them how to keep going#this will come as no surprise to anyone who has been here long enough to see both skk and vw posting from me#same base concept in various flavors imo#its all about being equals and seeing eye to eye even in their/your worst moments. not being talked down to.#i love it#its Especially good with kabumisu because of the differences between elves and tallmen inherently#the relationships in universe between long-life an short-life species are known to have difficulty with being equals due to lifespan#so to see how kabru doesnt think any less of mithrun for his mental state and trauma#nor does mithrun think less of kabru for being a short-lived race (unlike his mother)#its very nice#NOT TO MENTION!!! they both have problems stemming from kabrus mom!!!! how nice!! they have common grounds :)#sorry im a little apeshit over them rn dont mind me#im rambling here to avoid spoiling ny friends who are still catching up
