Day #5 Wed 2020/01/22
Bidding farewell to WQD 7641 for the last time at Puchong MyTukar and thank you for your 13 years of faithful and accident-free service. Hope that the next owner will take good care of you.
11.30 am Puchong myTukar Car Inspection Centre. Handed the 13-year My Vi, two sets of car keys and the original car registration card to the staff at Puchong myTukar. Did the online ownership transfer. Received the payment of RM6,000 within 3 hours after I had completed the handover and the transfer
Day #4 Tue 2020/01/21
Accepted the highest bid of RM6,000 for the car. Tomorrow will go to the Puchong myTukar Inspection Centre to hand over the car, do online transfer of ownership and wait for the money to be transferred to my account.
Day #3 Mon 2020/01/20
10 am. Nassim from my Tukar came to inspect the car. The inspection lasted about 30 minutes
After the inspection I could not lock the car with the remote. The car alarm set off after I pressed the lock button in the remote. Forced to lock and unlock the doors manually. Don’t know what the myTukar did that caused the alarm to be disabled.
12.30 pm. Called Ashley on the phone for the first time. She sounded a pleasant woman on the phone. She told me that the car will be released to myTukar’s panel of used car dealer for bidding tomorrow. The bidding is from 10 am to 2 pm. After the bidding I have 3 options:
(a) accept the bid price
(b) reject the bid price
(c) go for 2 more bids
5.30 pm. Sent pictures of my car’s registration card by Whatsapp to Ashley as she requested.
Day #1 Fri 2020/01/17
Leasydear Motor showroom in Seri Petaling. Jason Ng made an appointment with a certain Ashley for myTukar car inspection on Mon 2020/01/20.
Praying that tomorrow’s bidding will yield a satisfactory price for the MyVi.
