Some are actually more harmful to you than the sun and absorb right into your bloodstream. Ingredients to avoid...Avobenzone, Oxybenzone, Octisalate, Palmitate A or Retinyl Palmitate are a few of the very bad ones. Look for mineral non-nano zinc oxide. 2. ✅Break Free From Plastic. All the single-use plastics and disposables you use at bbq’s, the beach, and outdoors. Think about using reusables and not throw-aways. Better for you and the planet.🌎 3. ✅Make sure to stick you’re feet in the sand, and run around in the grass (hopefully with no pesticides) 😊 I used to love being barefoot as a kid.
