I don't want to spoil too much for you. If you watch the Arrow episode 2.08 "The Scientist," most things will become apparent. Let's just say that Felicity and Barry have some unresolved sexual tension that is somewhat resolved in episode 1.04 of The Flash. :)

I would recommend it, with a caveat. It is funny, heartwarming, poignant, and sweet, but it is also only 13 episodes, which will hurt you when you get to the end and want more. It doesn't end on a cliffhanger, or anything, but it does end, and I did not like that about it.
