(Late) Happy New Year! First art of the year goes to Elly! I'm super busy and tired these times so I didn't get to spend that much time on this piece which ended up pretty... experimental? Not sure of the result, I definitely need to work on my colouring process.
Anyway, when I found out Elly was based on the Ankou and indeed had characteristics like the hat and the inverted blade of scythe, I was super happy! I partially grew up with this folklore after all.
So I wonder, how would Celtic remixes of Elly's theme and stage theme sound like? It actually makes me want to give music a try.
