as many as it takes to have enough pressure... my bed currently has the top sheet, my Blankie TM, three quilts made by my mother, and the afghan i have with me goes on top also when i sleep

i really need to get a weighted blanket soonish because summer is sensory hell. like, two choices: burn up, or never ever ever fall asleep, ever
