Leanders dad is Lenata’s mentor in self defense training#but they both hate that man#but due to a deal between Lenata’s caretaker and Leanders dad Lenata has to do what Leanders dad says#and sometimes what he says is to hunt down Leander to take him back home#and neither of them super want that#also Leander doesn’t know Lenata but Lenata knows Leander#which makes their dynamic so much more#augh#how do I put it#it’s like if you had a boogeyman later in life but the boogeyman is purposefully failing at their job#bc they don’t want to take you back to an unhappy life
