Silverworth wouldn’t fight for custody considering he’s only about 19 in my AU, no time to try to take in a child, he would confront his parents about the situation though, considering they never bothered to tell him about Knifekid.

They didn’t fight for custody considering Knifekid’s already well adjusted into his current life, and considering how many times that child has had the rig pulled out from under him, they didn’t feel it’d be well appreciated of them to do that again.
