Jessica Nery Plata and Kim Clavel will step into the ring this Friday, January 13, to dispute the WBA and WBC junior flyweight title unification fight at the Place Bell venue, in Laval, Canada.

El equipo nayarita triunfó en el quinto compromiso y es líder absoluto del torneo

Sierra de Zapalinamé y El Centenario hacen el 2-3 en escaramuzas
Los nayaritas de Rancho Las Cuatas se han hecho con el liderato del torneo por invitación que celebra el LXXXIII Aniversario de la Federación Mexicana de Charrería tras llevarse la competencia vespertina de la jornada de viernes en Zacatecas.
De esta forma, Las Cuatas toma la primera posición de la tabla general con su calificación final de 400 tantos, seguido en segundo puesto por Rancho Agua Santa de Jalisco con 367 unidades y en tercer sitio están los Charros de Cuauhtémoc con 365 buenos.
Por la noche, Puente de Camotlán de Nayarit se llevó la sexta competencia con 352 unidades y escala hasta la cuarta casilla de la clasificación, a falta de seis competencias todavía por realizarse y dieciocho equipos por participar en las jornadas de sábado y domingo.
Resaltaron también las dos escaramuzas que compitieron en la última charreada del viernes, pues Sierra de Zapalinamé de Coahuila logró 310.00 puntos para ocupar la segunda posición en rama femenil, mientras que El Centenario de San Luis Potosí, con 295.00 buenos, son terceras.
En el compromiso que sirvió como marco para la entrega del estandarte de Campeón Nacional 2016 a Hacienda de Triana de Jalisco, la suerte abandonó precisamente a este escuadrón oriundo de Lagos de Moreno: no pudieron sumar hasta la suerte de colas, aunque se levantaron con cuatro manganas y concluyeron su participación con 236 puntos.
Por otro lado, el equipo también jalisciense de Rancho El Secreto “Campo Azul” sostuvo el ritmo del compromiso, pero solamente con dos manganas terminó cerca de la excelencia registrando 288 puntos.
La última del día fue un buen duelo donde resultó victorioso Puente de Camotlán con las 352 unidades ya referidas; Rancho El Pitayo se levantó con cinco manganas y alcanzó 322 puntos finales, mientras que la asociación Francisco I. Madero de Tepatepec cerró en 256 buenos.
Damas charras
Sierra de Zapalinamé realizó su rutina nocturna bajo las notas de “Viva Veracruz”, y su participación fue muy buena, redituándole 310.00 puntos que le permiten llegar a la segunda posición momentánea.
Adriana y Brenda Guajardo lograron 20 unidades en las puntas, y la rutina se llevó a cabo con destreza, teniendo únicamente 56 infracciones sancionadas por las jueces de Federación.
Además de Adriana y Brenda, conforman la escaramuza Verónica Guajardo, Luz Eugenia Valdés, Luis María Pérez, Erika Cepeda, Marielena Martínez y Francisco Rodríguez.
Por otro lado, Rancho El Centenario de San Luis Potosí consiguió 295.00 puntos, con lo que llega al tercer lugar de las escaramuzas por el momento.
Esta escaramuza participó con una rutina de buenas hechuras, logrando mantener buen ritmo a lo largo de su presentación en el Monumental de Zacatecas, y con ello mantiene esperanzas de calificar al Campeonato Nacional 2017.
Paola e Iliana Martínez fueron las encargadas de sumar 10 puntos en las puntas, y sus compañeras de actuación fueron Abigail Saldaña, Montserrat Rosales, Daniela Vargas, Gardenia Rosales, Ixchel Torres y Margarita Rosales.
En la charreada vespertina vieron actividad las damas charras de la escaramuza Cantera y Plata, de la asociación Regionales de Zacatecas.
Su capitana, Diana Araceli Félix, presentó punta junto a Diana Martínez, las cuales sumaron los 16 puntos iniciales.
La rutina se llevó a cabo bajo las notas del tema musical “Qué bonita”, y los ejercicios se fueron sucediendo con gran intensidad y fuerza de voluntad por parte de las jóvenes amazonas, ávidas de lograr los más altos laureles.
A pesar del esfuerzo desplegado por las zacatecanas, las jueces sancionaron su actuación con un promedio de 217.00 puntos.
Sus integrantes son Miriam del Real, Diana Martínez, Jessica Ruiz, Daisy Ruiz, Diana Araceli Félix, Gisel Jaqueline Félix, Abigail Chávez y Pamela Hurtado.
Como exhibición participó la escaramuza El Edén, militante en la categoría Infantil “A”, cuyas jóvenes jinetes de corta edad se ganaron rápidamente al público asistente.
Su instructora es Cecilia Gurrola, y realizaron una rutina muy interesante, dando muestra de los avances que han tenido estas pequeñas en el arte ecuestre que conforma la charrería femenil.
La capitana es María Fernanda López, de 10 años, los mismos que Alejandra Luna, y junto con Stephanía Trejo, de 11 años, son tres amazonas de mayor edad del grupo.
Jimena Sánchez, Daniela Segovia y Joceline Trejo tienen 8 años, y Neri Fernanda Valdés y Fátima Ramos, de 7 años, son las integrantes de más tierna edad de una escaramuza que brilló en la tarde zacatecana arropada por el público.
Gran triunfo de Las Cuatas
Rancho Las Cuatas inició con cala de caballo de 39 unidades de Celso Treviño, José Andrés Aceves acertó dos de sus piales en el lienzo para cooperar con 47, más 72 acumulados en el coleadero siendo 27 de Andrés Eduardo Aceves, 23 de Jesús Aceves y 22 de Diego Ibarra.
Regular el jineteo de toro de Diego Hernández y coopera con 17 unidades, lazo cabecero de Diego Ibarra para sumar 30 y resultó cara la terna al ser completada con el pial en el ruedo de José Andrés Aceves de 32 unidades.
Espectacular la jineteada de yegua de Martín García para recibir 27 puntos, dos manganas a pie de Diego Ibarra de 28 cada una con dos de tiempo, otro par a caballo de José Andrés Aceves de 24 y 28 con tres bonificados, y cierran con 23 finales del paso de la muerte de García para llegar a los 400 puntos exactos.
