Do you feel bad that Jack got dissected?

Honestly, I do, but that's mostly that I always feel bad when someone gets injuries, or dies.
I mean, Jack (@pan-fried-autism), lives in the believe that he and Grem are meant for each other, which, I don't agree with, but, I also don't really want to see him getting hurt.
Except if he would continue to get on Grems nerves about being together with them, and not letting go of the past, if Grem or Mothgo (@sallychaosaura) would then punch him, then I understand.
But again, I do feel bad that he got dissected.

How would Nikolai react if he heard that Jack harris and Grizzly are dating?

Honestly I think at first he would be in shock and surprise, then denial, and finally accepting it that it's true what he is seeing.
There are questions in his head, especially just, how did Grizzly and Jack meet, and fall in love?
But, Nikolai does not judge, as long as they are happy with each other.
After all, Jack having found a new person he loves, means that he has finally moved on from Grem, right? Nikolai would ask.
The human just hopes that Jude is alright.

Honestly, very likely use his powers of ice and snow, which the scientist turned necromancer and Lich also possesses, to turn him into a cube of ice or into an ice statue.
Nikolai even asked Grem if he should do that, but they declined, saying that even if it doesn't sound bad, they have other plans for Jack.

I think, Nikolai is very, neutral about him, so he was Grem's ex-boyfriend? He's not really feeling, much of a difference to other people he knows, Nikolai would say.
I believe Nikolai would interpret the fact, that Jack is still holding a bit of a flame for Grem in, that he is still loves her, which, Nikolai finds strange, not out of jealousy, no, Nikolai does not feel jealous in any way, but rather because Jack has a family and Nikolai thinks he should engage more with them
Nikolai: "Jack, you have a wife and a child, I think it's time to move on from your past relationship."
The human does that not say that in a spiteful way, but more as a advice, saying Jack should be there for his family.

I like to think that the Next time Jack and Nikolai meet. Nikolai says something along the lines of: "you know jack, if you keep trying to get back together with Grem. Your family is going to leave you, because they believe that you don't want them anymore" (@pan-fried-autism)

Honestly, I believe if Nikolai met Jack Harris again, he would say that or something similar. It's for him unbelievable just, how, obsessed Jack is with Grem, that he is ready to abandon his own family. Nikolai does really feel sorry for Jack's wife and child because they are at this point, probably still unaware what Jack did.
Nikolai, is not sure what to think about this, he knows Grem and also knows that she would never have accepted Jack's proposal of running away with him, but it does disturb him just how, easily the rabbit made that proposition to Grem.
Not only because of how easily, he would have left his family behind, but also that he expected Grem to leave her family, as in M0u5e (and Cr1ck3t and Al4baster if they exist at this point, I am not exactly sure of Grem and Jack meet again in the present or future, but I assume it's present but again, I am not sure ^^,,,)
I think Nikolai, would not mention it for a while, because he does not want to make Grem feel more uncomfortable, but it gnaws on him because he wonders if Jack might try once again, asking her to run away with him.
One day I believe Nikolai would sigh and ask Grem if it's ok if they talk about the party again, and he would share with her his worries.
Nikolai:" I...I honestly don't know how to approach this, I don't want you to be uncomfortable Grem, but I also don't want to see your ex-boyfriend trying again and again to convince you to run away with him. If Jack really tries again, what do you think we should do?"

In the Scenario where him and Grem end up in the GHAU, what would it be like meeting himself (and what's his reaction hearing that his father is alive?)

Well, in the Grem Harris AU, not a lot would change, except that Nikolai from the main timeline would certainly, look more healthy earlier and, of course would also earlier, be together with Grem (@pan-fried-autism).
GHAU!Nikolai would be surprised, wondering and asking main timeline Nikolai were Jack Harris is, who tells himself from the alternative universe, that Grem broke up with Jack in high school, but that does not stop him from believing he can still be together with Grem.
This makes GHAU!Nikolai sigh, saying he is glad that here, Grem broke things up with Jack, and began to live the life they want to live, earlier, although he has to admit he is a bit sad, because in this timeline Minnie does not exist, who GHAU!Nikolai explains to, well himself is the daughter of Grem and Jack.
Both Nikolais would say that, they are glad that Grem went their own way, may it have been sooner or later, they are happy that Grem is happy and doing well.
I like to think main timeline Nikolai teases GHAU!Nikolai if he has a crush on Grem, who would blush and look down on the ground, not saying a word.

What was the first thing that came to Nikolai's mind when he saw the Harris family photo? (@pan-fried-autism)

At first he thought that the picture shows a lovely family, all of them being happy and Grem holding her newborn daughter.
However the longer Nikolai looked at Grem's expression the more he noticed that something was just, off.
Jack's smile looks genuine but Grem...it looks as if she is forcing herself to smile, gritting her teeth and actually wishing to be somewhere else.
I think it was one of the first signs, that Nikolai noticed....something was going on, and when he and Grem have the long talk, he would mention the photograph.

Since there is a lot of characters that wish to harm Jack Harris. I imagine a scenario where he is beat up and calls the medics. Where Franz is the one to tend to his wounds. And then Jack would talk about his relationship with Grem. (@pan-fried-autism)

While Franz as the hospital chaplain gives more, emotional care, he of course knows also the basics of first aid so I could imagine him being one of the medics who helps taking care of Jack, because at the moment the Medics were understaffed because the other Medics were somewhere else treating injured people at the moment.
Despite it being a different situation, Franz can't help himself and think about his own family situation, about the woman he had married and the children they had, and how he abandoned all three of them.
However, I can imagine, that Franz listening to Jack, would notice, that what Jack is telling him, sounds, one-sided, how he only talks about his perspective of the relationship.
So when he asks Jack, treating his wounds at the same time, how, Grem saw their relationship, and Jack saying he thinks the same, but does not know why they broke up with him, Franz would, notice that, this is not the whole truth, and only Jacks view.
And once again he is reminded about himself, and, how his wife tried to make it appear that everything was fine and perfect, when actually, Franz struggled to hold it together when the self-doubt in himself grew stronger
The old bear would let out a sigh and tell Jack, that, Grem had, very likely a reason for why they broke up with him, and even if they had not, sometimes we just have to accept that things change, even if we personally can't understand it or don't like it.
And with that, Franz has finished, treating the wounds of Jack Harris.

Would Nikolai also be there with Grem watching Jack and Bunny's dramatic Break-up on TV?

Oh he was present, he sat on the couch and was trying to watch it as well.
Trying to because Grem, who was sitting closely to the TV, blocked his view and Nikolai couldn't see anything, even after Nikolai asked Grem if she could move, it was like as if she didn't hear him, with her whole attention being fixated at the TV screen.
So he sat on the couch, took out his mobile phone and watched it there, curious what made Grem so interested in what she was watching, and when he saw what was happening, he too couldn't stop watching.
He felt sorry for Bunny, but also thought it was for the best that she broke up with her husband, who could not, or refused to let go of the past, it was better that way Nikolai would mumble as he watched the break-up, he was confident that things would work out in Bunny's favor.

I like to think that the first night Grizz slept over at his place, Jack completely forgot about it in the morning, so when he woke up and Grizz was there he freaked out and jumped and cowered in the corner shaking and shivering like a prey animal

Would Leo be ok with jack adding grizz to their relationship?

To be honest, no, Leonid would not be comfortable to be with Jack (@pan-fried-autism), if Jack also would be together with Grizzly.
One of the the reasons is that Grizzly is the leader of the Wrath, and Leo is not a friend of the Wrath, as in, the organization, there are of course some people who are part of the Wrath, that he likes.
The other is that Grizzly, or, Carlos to be specific, was responsible that Nikolai got seriously injured, and that is something Leo can not forgive Grizzly.
