lil lore -> came all the way from tokyo-to to see the big 3 scene herself but obv she's late for that since the all city king bites the dust, while she's skating around gaining rep with no attachments to any crew (hence why she's wearing a mask so no one won't recognize her from her past gang lolz) she'd also set up a record shop (which doubles as a front for her custom paint job workshop) to get some income, her bestsellers are tracks straight from tokyo-to that's known to be popular picks for a certain illegal pirated radio
