Would you still call a character you make from a game where you play a customized MC a self insert? 🤔

#🍋.txt #I've wondered this a while #cuz the main purpose in the game was for u to make that character so they're still the MC #I always see people still use the MC's given name #Like with Mass Effect being Shepard or Dragon age being the sir name of the route you choose #Or like Tav with BG3 #It feels less like a self inserty thing to me cuz you still have to follow guidelines of the story made up for you ya kno??
