Upgrading a Dingus

I just got finished installing 16 gb of 1600mhz ddr3 on a computer that only shipped with like, 8gb, and i can't stop laughing, cause the computer I have is a refurb. and the way they acheived the 8 gb was with FOUR 2gb sticks, from two different brands... which if you don't know, can create a pretty annoying graphical chug, and may also make your computer annoyingly slow. I'm kind of considering ordering the same ramkit again just because I can.
