yeah it’s overplayed and more often than not it’s done atrociously without much valid intention behind it but you actually can hit me with an “it was a dream lol” if you want. keep it clean don’t get ahead of yourself do it for a reason and i’ll eat that shit up actually. dreams are good storytelling devices and things don’t have to always be as they seem it’s such a shame the conflict of dream vs reality gets a bad reputation because of people using it irresponsibly
