5MINNUST & Puuluup just won Eesti Laul! I’m so hyped about this result, it was exactly what I wanted! Credit to Ollie, and I would really love to see him at Eurovision one day, but 5minnust were just on another level tonight. The perfect level of chaos and excitement with a super catchy song – I really hope that this connects with the general audience at Eurovision the way it seems to have with the fandom. They definitely could tweak the staging to give it a little more polish for the big stage, but I hope they keep the overall energy and honestly choreography from this performance. I’m so glad we’ll get to see them again in May!

Hello, it's me with an unfortunate start to June!

My Dad lost his job and is pretending he didn't lose his job (because he's a narcissistic asshole) so isn't getting any assistance but also isn't getting paid.

My mum is working two jobs but neither are full time or pay more than minimum wage, and my little sister has recently been diagnosed with a chronic illness that thankfully we have the NHS to help with, but she’s having to travel all over to get tests done and the travel is expensive.

I've been able to help them out as much as I can this month, but she still needs £300 to pay the bills that my dad is meant to be paying but hasn't since he lost his job and didn't bother to warn them about it.

If you want to and are able to help out my PayPal is here and my Ko-Fi is here, I’ve already sent them £500 and I'm going to put in some overtime to help them out but that won't come through until my next month's pay, (and I'm also going to try and convince my dad to admit he lost his job so he can get unemployment assistance, which I'm sure will be fun.)

Poor little pikeman. It almost seemed too easy to just use Tamarind's skip psycast to get melee-inspired Irwin and Xanxalbur in close, then defeat it in three hits.

The zeushammers are extra good against mechanoids since they give EMP bursts, so the pikeman never stood a chance. And even better, Irwin has a little mood bonus because of his fulfilled inspiration and Xanxalbur's kill-happy trait. This raid was basically just a "welcome back" present from Randy!

It was a little disorienting as Benevolent-Overseer Gracie to read about Colonist Gracie getting into a relationship, but I guess I'm happy for her. Not so sure about Wyn'yeysh, whoever he (or she, I guess) is. Sounds like a Yttakin name- of course. Are any of my colonists not related to Yttakin??

Hot Minute doesn't even have a partner listed in her social tab, so I am going to assume she doesn't care about him (or her, I guess) that much.

i know that jesse armstrong is more than capable of knowing when to end a series but the way it was announced that season 4 is going to be the last one kind of made me feel like the whole process behind it is a bit sketchy. they only revealed that s4 is the last one only a month before the premiere, even after posting teaser trailers that never even hinted at the season being the last, and even the cast got the news only during the table read for the final episode. the promotion of season 4 has been disappointing especially when compared to season three. while the actors are not the ones writing the show, most of them have been very clear that they could have seen the show go on for another season and their disappointment over the show ending has been clear as day. while an ambiguous ending will be a very fitting end to succession and i am not against it, i am definitely wondering if the decision to finish with season 4 was something that developed during the filming process instead of it being a clear guideline throughout the creative process of season 4.

which!!! literally that song is such a fucking BANGER!!! like when i tell you it was my favorite song all through hs, it carried me. also yes, i'm aware my ( expensive ) taste(s) are flawless. and just like everything about it gives me ravenstan crimson dawn rm vibes? something about it being in the jennifer's body movie soundtrack, all the high highs and low lows ( i do think ravenstan's vocal range is incredible, it probably is kind of giving brendon urie but ~raspier~ ), it's ;) xxx <3

it's just The Song Ever. the rm flagship theme song, or rather, i think because if rm was ever a tv show, i'd have crimson dawn covering style be the intro...i think new perspective is the outro to every episode and might be...the acoustic version? we love a little contrast. i think about the rm tv show too much, i want to write it out.

speaking of writing stuff out tho, sometimes i kind of want to write that little new perspective headstannon scene out where raven is singing to him and kyle is getting very publically rizzed haha. we have to see the save rock fuck a rockstar tanktop and the mini skirt i fear. also jersey writing KYLE <3 really big across his collarbone n sending him out there to sign autographs with a nonexistent ass slap? iconic.

but yes, i love new perspective rem(ember) nation, omg. you guys are so cute. it also means a lot to me because my music taste sort of makes me anxious, so it makes me really excited to share something that i love/music i like and associate with the boys, with all of you and have you enjoy it and think about it also!!! <3333 ilyilyily

I may not have intended it, but it seems I've started aiming to do pieces with more perspective playing into them for these 30 days. I wonder if I'll do stretched proportions as well.

The biggest challenge here was definitely the pose. Why so? Because the idea was to make Nepeta look like she was doing that cat wiggle, except cats have a lot more back to do that with compared to a humanoid, so it looks more awkward on a humanoid. I just had to make do.

Despite the trouble I had last piece with the head shape, this one actually turned out nicely. Part of it was just moving the whole eyes up but the other part was shifting the nose and mouth down more (while making them still visible; earlier parts of this piece had the mouth completely hidden). It looks like her head is indeed facing downwards as she looks at you.

Those hands...that's where my energy left me and I couldn't put in the effort it needed. I've been getting better at more complex hand details, but actually posing some of them isn't so simple, especially that angle. I'll be sure to work on them next time, but it was what the piece called for, energy or not. At least it still provided...some...practice heheh

that's how the story board looked! Despite the numerous ups and downs I loved making this. It was my dream to make a PMV someday and I think making this for someone who isn't myself helped me find the motivation to stick with the project to the end

Honestly almost forgot how much I loved reading books. I love the unfathomable amount of joy they give me. I love the little stifled half squeal half scream of delight that blocks my throat for a few moments when a part of the book makes me particularly laugh or smile at a joke or wholesome moment. And when I have to try my best not to let it escape my mouth so I don't screech out loud seemingly out of nowhere like a little kid at a McDonald's playground playing tag.

my roommate is moaning intensely in her sleep a lot. like good for her actually

had a great weekend out with the family! mum, my sister and I went to see the Swan Lake ballet which was cool but I'm definitely a stageplay or something with dialogue kind of person it seems, I found myself zoning out often and getting distracted by nearby crinkly wrappers and noisy kids a-ahaha and then we went out for dinner at our favourite korean bbq place with our aunt who's come down from interstate!

then today we all met up again and went to our favourite hangout at the Plaster Funhouse and spent the day painting various sculptures just like we used to when my sister and I were kids-- this time I painted a chest in the style of the small ones from KH (I bought another one to paint as a big chest but ran out of time, that's a project for our next visit) and a flamingo I made to resemble the Eerie Chocobo Barding from FFXIV, my favourite bird-outfit! they didn't have any tiny pumpkins to put on sadly but we made it work with some flowers and a little crown, and off it goes into my growing collection of painted statues in the second pic :')

they had more MetalGreymon statues today soooo I was back on my bullshit and I grabbed another one, despite already having painted the two official variants... this one is to make my own recolour with for kicks lol, maybe a nice maroon with pistachio-coloured stripes? snow MG? a fucken rainbow? the options are endlessssss and I just hope they bring back the MetalGarurumon ones someday so I can start my recolour idea with those too ///
