#think i’m slowly curing myself of my sleep anxiety#getting better sleep (mostly) and with only taking natural supplements#trazodone for almost a month fucked me up#tried an ssri for 2 fucking days and it made me feel 1000% worse#even if that might imrorove i’m determined i can do this#yes sleep anxiety specifically not insomnia#don’t even look it up it’s like a curse to even know about if you fixate on things like me#I’ve literally had to rewire my brain to not fear not sleeping it’s lmao wow#anyway if anyone cares#improve*
