Jealousy Be Gone

A/N: This is the second request I’ve done and filled out. It’s exciting to see people actually asking for shit, and giving feedback. I understand accents very easily, even though I’m American, and my author notes are written before my fics are. Let’s see how well I can portray an Irish accent through text lol. Enjoy anon!

Warnings: jealousy, angst, probably some bad words, Nathan being Nathan, mention of shit, mention of alcohol

You and Nathan had been hitting it off pretty well, as well as you two could. He’s a strong being, not physically wise, we could say, but he does what he wants, when he wants to. You know full damn well how he is, but jealousy is something new that the two of you hadn’t really discussed. I mean, some people get jealous, but you never expected Nathan to. It’s a sight to see him all aggressive, when in reality, he’s a soft goofball with cotton candy for brains.

“Oy, what’re yous all doin’ over there?” Nathan yells, running towards you and the rest of the gang.

“Nofin’. Why are you gettin’ ‘ere late then?” Kelly asked, crossing her arms and tilting her head at your boyfriend.

“I shit me pants, don’t know why, but boy, was it a mess. Took a while to clean up, but here I am.” he replied, looking proud of himself.

Alicia and Curtis made a face of disgust, turning away. Kelly rolled her eyes at his antics, and Simon looked disturbed at the least. You, however, laughed because at the time of your leaving to get to community service, Nathan was doing just fine, until you heard a scream, quite girly if you said so yourself. Nathan had really fucked up that time, but you threw him a roll of toilet paper, and headed off to your workplace for the day, chuckling. He walked over to you, and kissed you on the lips, hands on your waist.

“Get to fucking work then, the pigeons ain’t gonna do it for you, are they?” said your probation worker, not-so-kindly chucking all of the painting supplies to the lot of you, heading back inside.

The six of you got to work, painting the benches, the exact ones where the storm happened. You didn’t seem to have any power, but the group accepted you just as you were. It made you chuckle, thinking about how you even ended up getting into Community Service. You accidentally ended up accidentally offending some old lady. You were talking about Rocky Horror, and that old nan was quite old fashioned, so old fashioned in fact that you even mentioned that movie sent her into a fit of rage. Either you and your family got sued for literally nothing, or you went to Community Service. Yeah, thanks Mildred, I’m really enjoying painting these damn benches nobody even looks at.

Anyways, the day you arrived wasn’t a nice one. Your period had started, and you stained your sheets, prompting you to clean them. Upon first seeing you, Nathan reached from behind you, and grabbed two ripe handfuls of your ass. That made you give him a swift kick to the balls, but through the pain, you saw that he was smiling, even though he complained about *ahem* “not being able to wank off properly for the next week”. Yeah, don’t grope anyone next time. Since then, you and Nathan hit it off, and he ended up asking you out on the rooftop, after the debacle with Kelly. You invited him over to your house, but he still wanted to stay at his home sweet community center. Throughout the day, you and him had been eyeing each other, but did nothing of it. After a quickie in the janitor’s closet, he was satiated. That was near the end of the day anyways, and Kelly invited the lot of you out for drinks. All of you accepted, and of course, you went to pick Nathan up from his concrete chateau. He was putting his pants on when you arrived, forcing a blush onto your cheeks. He did wink at you, and smacked his ass as you two headed out, trying to find your friends.

“Where do ye’ think they all are?” Nathan yelled, trying to talk to you over the loud music. You shrugged, and the two of you shuffled awkwardly between people, until you found Kelly and Alisha at the bar, who were getting ready to head to Curtis and Simon.

“Ah, here yous all are, wondering where you’ve been. We’re just gonna follow you two, as I don;t want to get lost.” you said, meekly following your friends.

They arrived at a table, and Simon sat a little uncomfortable, accepting his water with a nod and a small smile. You began talking to him, but a friend came up as soon as Nathan went to go to the restroom, to rid himself of the large amounts of alcohol he’d been consuming. Simon was following along, trying to make sure that the guy didn’t try anything he shouldn’t, watching carefully. He talked to you, reminding you of the old times the two of you had. He was quite a clingy, touchy-feely friend, and you were alright with that, letting him rest your head on your shoulder. The two of you talked for the remainder of the time that Nathan was gone. When he came back, you barely noticed him, as you were busy trying not to laugh your ass off at a joke he told.

“Hello there, who’s this?” Nathan asked, crossing his arms while looking pointedly at you.

“This is an old friend, we’ve known each other for ages, isn’t that right?” you say, and your friend nodded, smiling at your previous antics.

“Sure he is. You see, that’s my girl right there, and she’s mine, not yours. So please, watch it.” Nathan said, ushering him out.

“Oh, honey, I’m so sorry about him. We’ll catch up later, I promise, alright?” you say, trying to make contact with your friend.

Nathan acted weird for the rest of the night, only talking in mono-syllables, and acting really angry. As soon as the two of you got back home, he expressed his feelings. He talked about how it made him a little upset seeing you with someone else.

“Nathan, I swear to god, he’s my friend. Hell, he’s my fucking cousin!” you say, getting a little frustrated with him.

Nathan blushed lightly at your outburst, and hid his face, trying to act like he wasn’t just complaining about that entire situation.

“Oh, I’m sorry. I just thought that he wasn’t “just a friend”.” he said, rubbing his neck.

“Wait a damn minute. Oh my gosh, you’re jealous!” you yelled, laughing loudly at his actions.

“No, I wasn’t. I just didn’t know who he was. Yeah, I was jealous.” Nathan admitted, laughing against you.

“You know that I’m loyal to you and you only Nathan. No matter who eyes me up.” you say, kissing him on the lips, cuddling on the couch until you both fell asleep.
