After all is said and done, I think it's a miracle I haven't had an actual mental breakdown in like five years.
#They used to be a yearly occurrence for me from the ages of fourteen to nineteen and they were fucking awful#Like my heart would be pounding nonstop I couldn't eat because I'd gag at the thought. I wouldn't get any sleep and I'd just hyperventilate#All I could do is just sit there and feel dread and nausea and this would go on for one to two weeks and it'd randomly and suddenly break.#Out of nowhere. I was suddenly and magically okay. And I'd just ravenously eat and sleep like a fucking stone for a while after.#I seriously was unable to function during these episodes. Honestly I'd forgotten about them entirely until recently.#zombert.txt
