well I chose today to start a Caffeine Hiatus so needless to say I am probably not getting any writing done today 😵💫
#I'm glad i did this on my day off tho fr#and i still got a decent amount done i just also had to spend a lot of time Not Doing Things#I hate that the Caffeine Hiatus works every time i do it akadkdk it just hurts so bad the first day or two#and i cant even take nsaids bc part of the reason im doing this is i was getting rebound pain#from having to use them a lot when i was withdrawing from my migraine meds#WOW IM A MEDICAL MESS HUH!!!#well at least im On Meds again and it should only take a week or so without caffeine/nsaids to reset things#then i can proceed as normal#doth oversharing hour
