𝐇𝐄𝐋𝐄𝐍𝐄 𝐍𝐄𝐕𝐄𝐑 𝐄𝐗𝐏𝐄𝐂𝐓𝐄𝐃 𝐇𝐄𝐑𝐒𝐄𝐋𝐅 to run a buisness, let alone such a profitable one. however, the echo chamber was everything she didn't know she wanted and more. it gave artists a shot at success, and she was deeply proud to be the facilitator of that. despite her band now being in fractured pieces, all they had needed was a shot. someone to notice. it had been the perfect investment for her when the time came. call it a rich, washed-up singer just throwing her money around ( she tended to get a kick out of that term, for some reporters forget that even the press can get their feelings hurt ), but she had come to the original owner with genuine intentions to keep the place going -- to make the place better.

in the last five years, she liked to believe she had.

she wasn't always in attendance every night -- there were occasions when she had to be in the studio until the night turned into morning. that was where her floor managers came in. however, there were times when she knew she just needed to be surrounded by music. much like tonight.
