Chaos Run Photodump, Part 1

For the uninitiated, I respecced all of the companions into as unlikely a class as I could put them in. Here's the rundown:

Shadowheart: Wild Magic Barbarian

Lae'zel: College of Lore Bard

Astarion: Cleric of Lathander, Light Domain

Gale: Battlemaster Fighter

Karlach: Way of Shadow Monk

Wyll: Thief Rogue

If you see the companions in their normal clothes, either their armor works for their class or it was before I reached Withers.

you know that meme about ska music, "the world may be broken but I got this fuckin trumpet" that's Tavi's experience so far XD (except she has a violin, not a trumpet, something I'm sure her companions are grateful for)

photodump under the cut, last two are *minor* spoilers for people who didn't play early access, they're mostly just laughing at dice rolls

found Scanlan's beret!

none of my screenshots with her wearing it took, apparently, but I have it and that's what matters

also met Gale, Tavi looks at him like this every time he opens his mouth and I love it:

they're either gonna be besties or fall in love, I haven't decided yet. I unfortunately find all of them very charming, in their ways, so I haven't chosen a romance yet

and then a couple die rolls that made me laugh. so far she's been pretty lucky with rolls, except she failed her intelligence check to recognize an intellect devourer 😅 and crit failed her perception check to notice Astarion's ambush

but my favorite is definitely when you run into the injured mindflayer

resist with everything you have! everything she had was... a 2 🤣 she rolled a 2 to resist making out with an illithid, thank the gods for Shadowheart and her Guidance spell
