Me when the seasonal depression hits and the mask of enthusiastic positivity starts to slip
#Getting 4-5 hours of sleep each night for the past few weeks hasnt helped either#Yeah man dont take care of your body or maintain a sleep schedule or anything. Just drink more coffee. What could possibly go wrong#Speaking of; i havent had any coffee today... maybe thats why im irritable. Which means i should have no coffee for at least another week#Fuck caffiene addiction. Fuck industries that rely on addiction. Fuck the normalization of caffiene dependency#Fuck the goverment for putting zero regulations on a mildly addictive drug.
