Social anxiety is finding someone you feel comfortable talking about subjects to, but you're never really sure when they are actually wanting to discuss basic FNAF lore or just think you're being annoying again

Okay but can we take a moment to think about how fucking horrifying Micheal Afton’s story arc is? Like damn, kid sees (and is responsible for) his brother’s death via crushed skull, THEN HAS HIS ORGANS REMOVED BY THE SOUL OF HIS YOUNGER SISTER AND IS WORN AS A MEAT SUIT THAT EVENTUALLY BECOMES SO UNINHABITABLE THAT ENNARD LEAVES IT. Oh ho ho, but guess who’s still stuck in that uninhabitable literal rotting corpse? MICHEAL. He lives in that decaying body as a literal rotting zombie for DECADES. That’s fucking horrifying. Then he’s fighting off killer animatronics including his own father until he’s been dead living in his corpse longer than he was alive and his existence culminates in a second, gruesome death being BURNED ALIVE. (Or burned dead depending on how you look at it.)

Bro lost his internal organs and was still forced to keep existing in that body. That’s so horrifying I literally can’t.

very curious if our society (youtube) has evolved to producing twenty-four-hour length video essays yet. bc ik on average the video essays i watch tend to be around an hour, some shorter some longer but this is my preferred length, 2-3 hours is on the longer side for me but if it's a topic i'm into or a creator i like i'm down for it, longest i've personally watched is 5-ish hours (tho that one was broken up into a lot of smaller segments and not meant to be consumed in one sitting) but i know for a fact there are much longer video essays out there. the longest i've seen in my recommended is eleven hours but i know there must be more out there. what is the video essay event horizon? have we reached "videos of nerds (complimentary) infodumping about niche topics which would take an entire day nonstop to consume"

The post it room in sb is either between Elizabeth and Charlie or Cc and Charlie

Glamrock Freddy is most likely posessed by Michael (He does show signs of posession)

Gregory might be a robot, and he might be posessed by cc

Cassie's dad is the bonnie mask bully

The Vanesa we see in sb might be a robot replica of her posessed by Elizabeth, pretending to be her

Vanesa might have been planned to be an afton in games

Andrew is just another representation of Cassidy in the books, just like it happened in the film

Cc's soul ended up splitted in the endosqueleton, golden freddy AND the plush.

The golden duo are Cassidy and Cc

But of course we all have our head cannons because it's fnaf...

But also like I said in the beginning there are really cool head cannons out there that I personally think humanises a lot of the characters in fnaf as a whole

The new FNaF lore gmfu (negatively). So here’s how I rewrote it. (In order. Will make a timeline later.)

(Note: this excludes everything after FNAF4 because the lore became booty after that.)

Bite of 83. That’s it…

Five Nights at Freddy’s 4

This takes place in CC’s mind, following the bite. Whilst CC is in a coma, he’s forced to face nightmares of the characters he feared so much. Essentially posing as multiple grim reapers, the Nightmares were after CC, trying to kill him. If killed in the nightmare, he dies in reality. He ends up dying at the end of the week anyway.

Five Nights at Freddy’s 2

After the bite, Henry decides to continue the franchise, excluding William. Why this is done is unknown, and sends William into a rage. Dealing with the loss of his son, and the hatred of having to live with Michael after what he’d done to CC, he was unstable.

Wanting Henry to feel the grief he felt, he slaughtered Charlotte outside of Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza, as a sort of taunt along with the fact she was locked outdoors.

After the murder of Charlotte, the restaurant was forced to close down. Henry, having no purpose to continue the franchise, sells the company (Fazbear Entertainment) to a bigger company.

The company, with the knowledge and slight instructions from Henry on how to build the animatronics, open up Freddy Jr’s, where the original line up of Freddy’s is sat in the back.

The company, unknowing of William’s antics, allows William to be an employee. William murders 5 children with access to the parts and services. He stuffs the kids into the old animatronics.

How this went unnoticed is unknown. William was using the old Springbonnie costume from Fredbear’s, and discarded it at a different location to hide evidence. (That’s why Springbonnie doesnt have any cameo in 2.)

After this, Henry learned of William’s employment a d told the company to forbid him from Freddy Jr’s.

Jeremy is hired for nightshift, the FNAF2 events occur.

Bite of 87

Five Nights at Freddy’s 1

After years of recalibration, in 1993, Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza is reopened for business. Using materials from the original characters, the animatronics are (almost) new.

They still stink, and they’re still haunted.

Michael, after his father left and never returned to him, goes to work at Freddy’s. He’s hoping for answers, and to relieve some nostalgia.

After the events of FNAF1 happen, William returns. He breaks in each night to destroy his past, hoping to demolish the franchise piece by piece. After being forcibly kicked from Freddy Jr’s, and being betrayed by Henry, he wants to ruin it all.

This frees the souls. This location happened to be where he hid his evidence. When hiding from the souls who haunted him, he crawls into the now dingy suit. He gets spring locked due to a droplet of water.

Five Nights at Freddy’s 3

30 years later, the corpse of William Afton wakes to wreak havoc on the world once more. Michael, desperate to find his missing father, takes old Henry’s advice by checking active Freddy’s locations.

Fazbear’s Fright was the last hurrah, and he applied for a job. Springtrap, being brought in on Night 2, recognizes Michael, and wants to avenge his lost son.

Michael somehow recognizes his father, and ends it for good with a fire that finally kills Afton.

Extras (TW // SUICIDE)

How Michael finds out about William’s actions is unknown. Phone Guy in FNAF1 still dies, and is discovered during clean up. Elizabeth does not exist in this. Henry commits suicide after William is confirmed dead.

No books, no games past FNAF4, or anything exist.

I’ll write an even more altered version of the lore, that is just how I would’ve made the story, later. Excludes SL-Ruin because it got complicated as fuck after 4. I never liked anything past FNAF4, really.

Someone on discord asked me to make a list of who's who on FNaF. Here.

Freddy: Gabriel, assumed to be brown-haired and darker in skin colour

Bonnie: Jeremy, fans say that he’s probably related to bonnie mask, usually assumed to be black-haired with light skin, sometimes wearing glasses

Chica: Susie, the one who lost her dog and is speculated that the dog possesses Mangle, is canonically blonde with curly hair and light skin, seen with a bow in her hair and a pink dress

Foxy: Fritz, usually assumed to be red-haired with neutral skin, sometimes assumed to wear an eye patch as a live child because foxy was his favorite. Some say that foxy bro(foxy mask) possesses foxy but is not generally confirmed and only very few people use that theory in their videos/skits/posts in general.

Golden Freddy: There are definitely multiple spirits possessing this abomination, I personally believe there's more than just C.C. and Cassidy since Andrew is also a good candidate to possess the animatronic alongside the two I already mentioned.

Puppet: The Puppet is confirmed to be Charlie No-Last-Name-Given, daughter of Henry No-Last-Name-Given.

Currently we do not know if the Toy Animatronics are even possessed or not, but Mangle is speculated to be possessed by Susie’s(Chica’s) dog, the one William used to lure her to the employee-only room. According to some theories, Ballon Boy is possessed by more than one spirit. Many say it's the second batch of kids that William death-glared. Many say it's the two Fitzgeralds(Jeremy Fitzgerald and Jeremy Fitzgerald ||), though we do not know and can't confirm.

The phantoms are obviously not possessed, they are only phantoms that appear, that try and stop you. Springtrap, the ring leader of sorts for the phantoms, however, is possessed by the death-glarer William Afton, who got spring locked and produced enough agony to possess the spring bonnie suit.

The nightmares are not possessed even a tiny bit, they are just based off of the four mask bullies. Foxy mask, bonnie mask(who is usually put as being Jeremy’s(Bonnie’s) brother but it is not canonically confirmed), Chica mask, and Freddy mask.

All of them have fanon names that were generally accepted, except Foxy mask. Foxy mask is confirmed to be Michael Afton. But the fanon names are:

Chica mask=Simon

Bonnie mask=Jeremy ||(we will get to that soon)/Kelsey

Freddy mask=Frederick

Bonnie mask is speculated to be Jeremy Fitzgerald || , but i don't believe so, as you see by me including his other fanon name. Bonnie mask is also seen as the strongest because on Crying Child’s birthday he lifts C.C. with one arm, while all the other bullies lift C.C. with two arms.

(Rant over, for now)

In SL only Baby is confirmed to be possessed. Baby is Elizabeth Afton, while people say Balora is Mrs. Afton, no first name given. Many theorize that Millie from the books possesses Funtime Freddy, and is out for blood after getting death-glared. But it was never confirmed that she got death-glared so it's not a very likely possibility that she possesses Funtime Freddy.

None of the new animatronics in the FNaF Pizzeria simulator seems to be possessed except for Leftie/Lefty, who is confirmed to be the Puppet. The Puppet is possessed by Charlie No-Last-Name-Given.

In FNaF VR we know that Glitchtrap is somehow related to good ol’ Peepaw Willy. Many say that Glitchtrap is fully William, and that William did that on purpose to escape the hell that Cassidy(?) made for him(UCN). But it's not very convincing.

In Security Breach, people theorize that Freddy is possessed by Michael Afton. I don't think that's very likely to be true but it is a possibility. Gregory is thought to be a robot that has the Crying Child’s soul. That is mainly because in FNaF 4, there is a line of text at the end of the game that says ‘I will put you back together’ and it is directly spoken to the Crying Child. Though it seems impossible, there is a chance that it is true. I personally do not think either of those are true until there is more to prove that they are indeed true.

More things people on discord wanted my opinion on;

1. Is William Afton phone guy?

No, I don't think he is. Though there may be some things we can connect them by, their voices are completely different and phone guy ‘died’ before William ‘died’.

2. Are the Glamrocks possessed by the mask bullies?

We barely have evidence that Michael Afton possesses Glamrock Freddy! How did we get that conclusion?

3. How did Glamrock Bonnie get dismantled?

I believe that Monty was either being controlled by Vanny or Afton or was the first to get put into the aggressive mode that all the Glamrocks(-Freddy) are in while Gregory is in the Pizzaplex.

4. Did the phone guy get death-glared by the animatronics?

Y’know how we respawn after getting killed and repeat the night? I think that happened to phone guy.

5. In which order was the first batch of kids death-glared?

First was Susie(Chica) and we know that for a fact because of a line in UCN where she said ‘I was the first, I have seen everything.’ Then Jeremy is thought to be second, Fritz is thought to be third and then Gabriel. Of course, Charlie died before all of them because she is the Puppet and she is the one that gave them the option of possessing the suits.

6. Who do we play as in FNaF VR?

Vanessa, thought to be Vanny.

7. Is Vanessa Vanny?

All signs point to maybe, maybe not. She might be though. Seems like it but at the same time it doesn't.

There is a problem with MoltenMCI, and if you've seen my post about the whereabouts of Golden Freddy in Fnaf 3 then you already know part of the problem. The other part is that whether or not William was collecting remnant in Follow Me and intended to use the Fnaf animatronics for the Funtimes, it doesn't happen. First of he seems to be killed by the Springlocks before he can, and the Fnaf 1 animatronics were put back together and were never used to make the Funtimes. Why do I say this, well it's because Follow Me takes place before Fnaf 1. In the Fnaf 3 tapes we know the backrooms were boarded up which resulted in Springtrap being trapped in the back rooms. But the person we learn this from is Phone Guy, and as we know Phone Guy dies before Fnaf 1. And as we all know the animatronics are functional and possessed in Fnaf 1. On a side note Follow Me could explain why Foxy is out of order, William just messed up Foxy. Back on topic the MCI did not become the Funtimes by extension Ennard and later Molten Freddy. Meaning that MoltenMCI doesn't work, and Candy Cadet's story of 5 things becoming one can't be about Molten Freddy. Also, if you have seen my post about Golden Freddy's whereabouts you see I pointed out how he was never scrapped. But also if there is 2 spirits possessing Golden Freddy, and we assume MoltenMCI is true. Then shouldn't Candy Cadet's story be about 6 things becoming one? In addition shouldn't William be sending Michael to not only deal with his sister but his brother as well? Also going along with the where is Golden Freddy question, where is the rest of the MCI animatronics? If they were still functional in Fnaf 1 where did they go? Why weren't they found and used in Fazbear's Frights alongside the rotting Springtrap? To a possible objection of them being used as decoration in Fazbear's Frights. We know there is a bunch of spare heads, suits, and parts in general in parts and service they could have used, or countless crappy cosplay as stated by the phone dude. So once again where are they? Continuing on we know Golden Freddy is in the Fnaf 6 fire as stated in my previous post, the others were probably there but we aren't sure. There is a possible explanation on where they are, but it requires Fnaf AR to be canon. In an older post I mentioned that Rockstar Bonnie according to an email in Fnaf AR was made from parts of the original Bonnie. So if canon then the original animatronics MIGHT have been converted into the Rockstar animatronics. Now some people might argue that it's soul splitting occurred to say MoltenMCI happened. The problem with this is as far as I am aware soul splitting has never been shown to be a thing in the games or even be eluded to, at least remnant is. Also, you still run into the missing Yellow Bear problem.

Established FNAF movie so far: Yeah, so only the first 3 games are canon in this universe You all for some reason: What?! Michael and William don't even know each other?! This is so conflicting to the established canon! I can't believe they would just scrap big chunks of the *POST FNAF4 BOOK SERIES AND GAME* lore like that. I am betrayed, I didn't even see this coming. Anyways, I hope the Bite of 83 scene is pretty good though c:

Y’know, if I wasn’t getting ready to start drifting away a bit from my AUs and focusing more on my new original story, Oasis to Oakwood, I might actually consider incorporating the events of Security Breach into my FNAF AU?
