Uranus is the guardian of wind and skies yet uses earthquakes as a power so figure that out. She is also the bearer of the Space Sword which is one of the three talismans that combine to make the Holy Grail so i guess it all makes about the same amount of sense. She's also tall and I ran out of room for her feet.

I assume this has to do with this edition being a re-print but why would you make such a spoiler-y cover the eternals form don't even appear in this chapter.

When the other 9 Sailor Guardians receive their eternal forms + the 10 Sailor Guardians being together

Three weeks ago, I made a post going over the idea of the other 9 sailor guardians receiving their eternal forms in the original sailor moon anime (from the 90s).

Now in that post, I mentioned that I was unsure of when exactly the eternal amulets for the other 9 sailor guardians would be found. Well, I finally figured out when; the end of episode 173; Farewells and Encounters: The Transitioning Stars of Destiny. Now lemme explain, the ending of this episode will be rewritten to where… after Eternal Sailor Moon shews away Sailor Iron Mouse, Luna and Artemis (with the help of the crescent moons on their foreheads) would sense and find a chest containing the Eternal amulets for the other 9 sailor guardians, and before the credits roll, Mina, Trista, Michelle, Rei, Ami, Amara, Hotaru, Lita and Rini would receive the eternal amulets that match their sailor guardian colors (orange for Mina, black for Trista, turquoise for Michelle, red for Rei, blue for Ami, navy blue for Amara, purple for Hotaru, green for Lita and pink for Rini). And it would be revealed at the end of episode 179; Friend to Foe? Starlights and the Sailor Guardians, that the chest is from the Sailor Starlights… and that reveal would help build up the Sailor Starlights as friends and allies to the Sailor Guardians.

But I also figured out a new objective; that being that Amara, Michelle, Trista and Hotaru would stick with Serena, Mina, Rei, Ami, Lita and Rini throughout the rest of the anime after episode 172. You see, I feel like that Amara, Michelle, Trista and Hotaru should stick with Serena and the others throughout the rest of the show, like Amara, Michelle, Trista and Hotaru would move in with Serena and the others (in between episodes 172 and 173). Even though the outer sailor guardians go to a different school than the inner sailor guardians, the 10 of them would live in the same place.

Are there have any sailor moon things coming out?

The newest Sailor Moon figures I know of are the S.H. Figuarts of the Sailor Scouts that will be re-released on the 17th of this month.

There's also a few Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon Cosmos Q-Posket figures coming out over the next few months (Eternal Saturn, Uranus, Neptune & Pluto) and a Sailor Cosmos Figuarts announcement (no prototype yet).
