Le Cabuc tried to resist, but he seemed to have been seized by a superhuman hand.
Pale and disheveled, his throat bared, Enjolras, with his womanly face, had at that moment something of ancient Themis about him. His flaring nostrils, his downcast eyes, gave to his implacable Greek profile that expression of wrath and that expression of chastity that for the ancient world are appropriate to justice.
Defeated, Le Cabuc no longer made any attempt to struggle, and trembled in every limb. Enjolras released him and drew out his watch.
“Prepare yourself,” he said. “With prayer or reflection. You have one minute.”

i quite literally never posted these anywhere and forgot they existed???? i spent so fucking long curling this wig. took this these pictures. straightened the wig again. i was TWENTY ONE?!?!?!?!!?!!?!!!?!?!? in these pictures????????????????? (i am almost 26. how did that happen so fast)

REGARDLESS i want these to see the light of day lol
the influence of enjolras on my life is not to be underestimated. there is an alternate timeline where i didnt get into les mis and into les amis specifically. i do not want to see it tho!!!!!!! i will stay in my little enjolras pilled world thank u.

the most in character story ever from our les mis cosplay group
the marius and enjolras from our group are in paris right now and were visiting the eiffel tower in cosplay. enj got taken away by security for his french flag sash (we still don’t fully understand why that happened 🥲) and they didn’t let marius go with him. so the rest of us got a panicked message in the gc saying enj had been taken by security and that marius didn’t know what to do.
enjolras pops up in the group chat a minute later, saying he hid the sash in a bush when they weren’t looking, so they let him go.
mind you he sent this BEFORE messaging marius, so then pontmercy was on the gc like “WHERE ARE YOU???” while enj casually texted the rest of us.
eventually they were reunited safely (though enj does not remember which bush he hid the sash in.) so all is well now!
but if that isn’t canon i don’t know what is 🇫🇷
