Idk how people create villains for their stories because I can never seem to keep mine on one cohesive theme.

Like, for my 2 most developed stories?

For the story once called Legends of Polaris but that now goes unnamed, the villains are a vengeful fake god, a semisentient virus that kills people so that it has more hosts, multiple corrupt and varying governments and quite possibly all three of the protagonists (but don't tell them that).

For the story once called Chronicles of Havenstay but that now also goes unnamed, the villains are a charismatic judge that cares way too much about 'restorative justice', a psychologist that cares too much about psychoanalysis, a pedophile, a woman who kills rats with her bare hands, a woman who really likes numbers but hates people less intelligent than her, a man named after a fountain and the world's worst court jester
