okay I'm still not sure what I'm doing. I bought the customizable Gambling Jester corset set with gold accents, because I love Gambling Jester's Vroid textures, I've been using her textures since day one, I'm shit at knowing how to credit on tumblr since they nuke hyperlinks from orbit and like nobody has a tumblr and everyone has a twitter, but for the record if you ever want to know where I get textures and you ask I will obviously immediately tell you and send you the links. that's never an issue I have. Sometimes I lose track of things but like. I try to save everything and I don't intend to steal credit I'm just sometimes kinda stupid and impulsive. but like I haven't made money off anything. I just post pictures of models I make 'cause they make me happy. and I double check that modification is okay, and I have never sold anything. I've turned down commissions specifically because like. I make things out of modifications, and that's scuzzy business, the only way I would be okay would be if they went out and bought all the original textures and paid me to modify them which would be a fuckin' weird ass process.
But in general my current weird brainworm project is Ember and he is a weird little Omega Femboy Prince and idk what I'm doing with him. I always go for colour themed characters, I'm a slut for colour theming, so I made him one a set of quadruplets (which is a term I intermittently forget) based on elements purely so I can have some fun colour themes. I have no greater concepts established beyond 'Fantasy universe, problematic relationship dynamics, all the bad fantasy writing tropes I find indulgent, character designs I think are fun, get weird with Omegaverse' so like. expect nothing. the purpose of this universe is for me to let my mind wander to the weird shit. nothing exists in it yet, and it only exists in my head. I just wanna try and build some fucked up blorbos in some shitty situations with genders that are completely batshit. This was never intended to be good for anyone but me, if you find any of it interesting then good for you.

Yall seem to enjoy my extant garment analyses, so here’s a little primer on corset flossing! Flossing was developed with the advent of corsets as we know them. The intricacy reached its peak at the tail end of the Victorian era. Many of the really elaborate designs were popularized by the sewing machine, which made it possible to easily stitch *through* a bone.
Here are some samplers made by commercial corset manufacturing companies, as a sort of corset R&D! These were potentially used either to select standard designs for mass-produced corsets, or to act as a catalogue for customizable ones!
These two are all designs spanning four bones:
Tumblr media Tumblr media
On my center front panels, there’s one spot with several side-by-side bones, which will be a perfect spot for one of those designs.
These designs will be perfect for individual stays:
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Some of these are meant for the spaces between bones and so are not technically flossing:
Tumblr media Tumblr media
And some of these are for gusset cup decoration, as well as single, double, triple and even quadruple bone arrangements.:
Tumblr media
Here are couple of extant corsets with elaborate gusset cup embroidery + ‘simple’ flossing on the bones:
Tumblr media Tumblr media
As you can see, not every corset had flossing on every bone! And there was a lot of variation in how elaborate the flossing was.

UNIFORMS ! ☾⋆。° ✧
Tumblr media
Uniforms are made/tailored by citizens from Shui Lianhua Town* with assistance from students in the Fashionista Club*, but they can always make adjustments if the student requests it. As noted here, it’s recommended that you make some sort of sketch or tell the staff how you want your uniforms to look like.
There are five main uniforms for AWI: School uniform, dorm uniform, ceremony uniform, P.E uniform, and lab uniform.
Tumblr media
School Uniform.
Tumblr media
This is only the default uniform—The school uniform is actually customizable if you want it to be: you can change the sleeves, wear an entirely different coat or get rid of it, remove the gloves, change the skirt length, wear pants or shorts, wear different shoes, etc! Please feel free to do whatever you need, just keep the signature colors.
Some students also find the corset uncomfortable so you can remove that too and wear whatever you’d like underneath.
If you removed/changed the corset and/or coat, the dorm color and/or dorm emblem needs to be somewhere on your uniform. Having both is highly recommended but it’s not necessary.
Uniforms for winged humanoids are backless. It’s for wing practicality. Most avians also remove the coat, if they’d like.
The school insignia needs to be somewhere on your uniform.
Dorm Uniform.
Dorm uniforms are also customizable, as long as it has the associated color palette then you’re fine!
But some dorms do have a certain theme to their uniforms, so please stick to it!
Dorms uniforms are worn in their respective dorms, or when there are inter-dorm events (inter-school too, if AWI ever bothered to meet other schools). Leaders have to wear their dorm uniforms when in meetings as well. However, some students have dorm uniforms that are casual enough that they can wear outside of these conditions.
Ceremony Uniform.
Ceremony uniforms are the typical witch outfit! Admittedly some students customize them to look more like a black wedding dress but that’s alright. Once again, you may design it however you want.
The dress is required to be long and flowy to give off the feeling of elegance; at least past the knees. Your dorm color must also be somewhere on the dress.
You can choose between a trademark witch hat, cloak, or veil. Or even combine any of them.
Ceremony uniforms are worn during the Entrance Ceremony and for any of the Rituals. Sometimes students just wear the ceremony uniform for fun though, like when dancing or acting in their clubs!
P.E Uniform.
Anything works for a P.E uniform. You want to wear a regular t-shirt with some pants? A track jacket? A sports bra? Shorts? Long-sleeve? Go ahead then! It needs to have your dorm emblem and color though.
Hair is required to be in an up-do, like a ponytail. You wouldn’t want hair in your face when doing sports or running after all!
Lab Uniform.
The only uniform that’s not customizable due to lab safety reasons.
Long sleeves, pants, and gloves are required, and your hair needs to be put up just like in P.E. An apron or lab coat will do just fine.
Tumblr media
GEMS ! ☾⋆。° ✧
Arcane Witch Institute’s gems are put into a Triple Goddess brooch and are one of the items given to you after you’ve been sorted into your dorms.
Admittedly these gems don’t really do anything other than act as a “container” for your magic and to also show that you’re a student at AWI, but they’re pretty nonetheless don’t you think?
Please feel free to put them anywhere on you! A lot of students like wearing them as accesories, such as necklaces, rings, chokers, hair pins, bracelets, etc. meanwhile others like to put them on their own personal weapons (Vitaking’s dorm leader, for example). Yes, you can put them on your pen or a wand.
If it’s not in a wand or pen, then casting spells (especially larger ones) can be much harder...Which is exactly the point!
Gem colors:
Rubicarte - Ruby
Vitaking - Amber
Cesealia - Lilac
Cobralmas - Maroon
Giftschnee - Violet
Nekroskull - Cobalt
Reveaute - Forest Green
Tumblr media
Shui Lianhua Town and clubs will be discussed in another post.

What do you think are pointless critiques of Infinite?
Pointless critiques? You mean, when it gets into nit-picky territory?
I think critiquing the visuals and music is nit-picky territory. The game’s nearly a decade old but it looks absolutely gorgeous. Better than a lot of games that came out in the past few years. The soundtrack done is also great. I love the actual music of the era used as well as the covers. Even Burial at Sea has great visuals and soundtracks, even though the game itself is a mess.
Same with voice acting! People criticize Troy Baker’s performance, but I can’t really see anyone else as Booker and Courtney Draper did kill it in Burial at Sea Episode 2. I think she was at her best there. They really do play off each other well, that's one of the games most redeeming factors.
Also, character design. Ignoring a lot of the bystanders, which don’t have much effort into them, everybody has a really nice design. I kinda prefer Elizabeth’s old black and white dress, but I like her outfits for the most part. Running around in heels and a corset, though? I’d be dead.
Gameplay, too. People complain that Infinite’s gameplay is bad, and there are some flaws, but I don’t think it’s as awful as it’s made out to be. It can definitely be frustrating, but there are a lot of mechanics I like. Infusions allow you to explore and shields give you opportunities to get hit and still get headshots (I have coordination problems so this is important for me I die in shooters a lot).
Also, I do complain about the two-gun system, only because I’ve been spoiled by the weapon wheel, but really there are two guns I main with from Hall of Heroes to end game: Carbine and Sniper Rifle and there’s always ammo. Never have had to switch until the final Hand of the Prophet battle. So, the two-gun system is something I really stopped caring much about.
I also really like the customizable gears. Obviously, there’s no tonics, so this is the closest you’re gonna get, but I don’t see the issue with them. It’s unique. Burning Halo is great when you’re cornered by enemies.

THE EDITH DRESS IS LIVE….YOU CAN GET YOUR PATTERN TODAY! The EDITH Dress is totally customizable …I’m here to prove it. 😉 I want to give you the 411 on this pattern and to help ease your doubts and reassure you that…. 🥂YOU can wear this dress with style and grace.✨ 🌺 Let’s face it…I’m conservative, I’m modest, and I’m very self- conscious about my body and how things look. I consider myself to be a “proper lady”. 📣 I’m putting myself out there to show you the vulnerable issues. First of all…Let’s address the question about what to wear underneath the dress, because I know that is the question most of us have.👍 If you are wearing the dress in a tropical environment, or out in the fun and sun…. you can wear nude panties…or a bathing suit type bottom. Everyone in that environment is wearing minimal clothing, so go with what feels right to you. For a more formal or conservative environment… · For my photo shoot, I wore a beige (skin tone one would be better) biker short body shaper…. …its like wearing shorts under a dress (remember, we used to do that when we were kids at school). · Another option is a nude slip…a body hugging one works best, to help the dress stay smooth. · There is also the option of lining the dress. 🤩What I’m really saying is…..There are options, so erase those doubts if you have them.🤩 Now for the boobs…..I love being free and for those who are comfortable with going braless, I’m all for it. 🌺 However, a bra is a necessity for me. With the Edith Dress pattern, it is easily adaptable for covering a bra. The back is corseted, all you have to do is make the underarm section longer so that the space for lacing the back can be close enough to lace that back closed…plus it adds extra support for holding those ta ta’s in place. I also chose the “drape” because it covered up even more of my back. If you want to show less cleavage…all you have to do is add more rows to the bralette edging and you’re done. Thats’s it…go directly to @namaste_and_crochet bio link and order your pattern today‼️ *Pattern: Edith Dress *Designer: @namaste_and_crochet *Yarn: @lionbrandyarn 24/7 yarn (at Le Pavillon at Parc Lafayette) https://www.instagram.com/p/CdERPZlO6RG/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=
