“How did you- I thought I-” She was panicking for a long, long moment, trying to figure it out before realizing that it didn’t matter.
It never mattered with Zange.

The blonde had gotten confirmation from the boys that this was what they wanted. That they did not see themselves safe in the long run and were looking to get all three out. She was glad they seemed to agree on this, as she was worried that there was a chance that they wouldn't.
But then came the problem Yuki had mentioned prior, his mother.
Tohru's grandfather seemed to be losing his memory a bit at a time, but the reassurance of a comfortable place to live made it so that they were able to get the rights to her easily, they just needed to say the word. Kyo's guardian was quick to agree as well, only wanting him to stay there because of the other kids. He didn't exactly trust Shigure from the get-go, either-
Really shows his place in the family.
Yuki's mother instantly showed that she was going to put up a fight, which was expected. She already went about looking for any and all loopholes, laws, and truths within the family she could find. Most people agreed under the condition it was anonymous. She was able to make that work.
There was one more piece to the puzzle she wanted, though.
She was sure he hadn't heard yet, so her coming to him about it was sure to be a surprise. Everyone that's aware of the situation has been keeping quiet. After all, the last thing that was needed was for troublesome rumors to spread about such a large family.
She came to the shop, purse in hand which was filled with a number of papers. Dianne happily waved to Mine as soon as she entered, a soft smile on her face. "Good afternoon, Mine."
The blonde did her usual with the girl, speaking of several orders of hers and even placing another. But then she smiled, putting a finger up to her lips. "Is Ayame here? I need to speak to him about something important."

This had been the last thing she was expecting, not only getting separated from the rest of the group, but rain on top of that. It led to the trip almost feeling like a mistake. Of course, it hadn’t been her idea, but she still felt as if she could’ve done something, anything else to change the situation .
“Do you think the others will be alright?” She found herself asking him, gaze up towards him. She was already soaked at this point, but she didn’t mind the attempt to help nonetheless. After all, who knew how long this would last.
Who knew how open they were, with everyone having left the area...

Dianne had been busy, doing more tests for her father and doing some light paperwork for him so that he could have a break. No matter how tired she was, she always made sure she could at least get this done once a week. The things she was capable of so that her dad could get a break in between everything.
But then she noticed her phone going off.
Gazing over towards it, she took a shaky breath before looking to see if there was a contact name. There wasn't. This made her purse her lips, trying to figure out who it could be. But... No matter who it was...
She answered, putting the phone to her ear. "Good morning, this is Dianne Simmon. How can I help you?"

"It's alright, really." She didn't quite understand why he had suddenly tightened his grip. Perhaps her cough sounded worse than usual. . . She would have to ask her father about it later if that were the case.
But the mention of tea sounded nice to her, and a smile formed on her face. "That would be rather nice. It is the time of year for it, isn't it?" Besides, she could feel that her legs weren't quite happy with how long she had been up and about today. A short break was likely for the best. "There's a place nearby we can get some from, I go there all the time."

Sometimes, he concerned her. Dianne had seen Ryou try some of the cake a few minutes ago now, and he was still fine. He was incredibly intelligent, but there were still some times where it seems to completely slip his mind to think.
It was one of the small cute things she always noticed.
“Ryou...” She quietly spoke up, taking another bite before continuing, “Did you not just have a bite yourself? Would something have not happened by now if there was something bad within it?”

She didn’t know why her feet took her here. After all, when she ever wanted to speak to him, she would sneak off back to the Americas to find the memorial. But... She knew she couldn’t do that anymore. It was too much of a risk to leave Japan. A risk to those she held dear, a risk to the entire world. But things have been so hard lately, and she felt conflicted with herself. She didn’t know what to do...
She felt so... Useless. Which was much to say for being a Mew Mew, but...
The sound of a new voice snapped her out of it. Looking back over, she couldn’t help but stare for the longest moment before closing her eyes and taking a short breath to calm yourself. “R-ryou, you startled me...”
Shaking her head, she moved to stand back straight, letting that usual, soft, BrEaKiNg, smile back onto her face. “I was just on my way home, and thought to stop here before returning for the night, is all.”

She didn’t quite understand how he could tell. She had been fooling people for years, and never once had anyone questioned the smile on her face, or the reassurance that everything was okay.
The first had been Keiichiro, then Ichigo, Berry, and now Ryou, even. Maybe she’s been losing her touch. Perhaps she feels more potently around these people. She wasn’t sure... But it was both a fear yet a relief.
Someone understood her, but that was also as terrifying as it was nice. She didn’t want people to understand her. Her life was one that if one understood, then that meant they went through something akin to her. And no one deserved that...
It took a moment for her to process what Ryou had said, before she felt herself perk up and snap out of her thoughts. “O-oh, yes, lemonade would be nice...”

“I was looking for you both.” She responded truthfully, backpack on her back and a small box in her hand. She had a small box in her hand, and she mindlessly offered it to the other. She had been hoping Hatori would be able to deliver some of these in her place if she couldn’t find everyone within the walls, but she was glad to have found Momiji.
What was inside?
Well, she had crafted plush keychains of each of the zodiac, up to their correct colors thanks to some assistance from a few people. This one was Momiji’s, of his rabbit form.
“I do feel bad for not coming to see you as often anymore. Nothing has been pushing some things on me as of late, and it feels difficult to get out of her grasp.” Dianne admitted, “The instrumental contests, date arrangements, and keeping my grades up have been rather draining. I haven’t even been able to see Hatori much as of late...”
