January ❄️ 2022 Monthly - Taurus

Whole of your energy: 9 Pentacles

A lot of people call this the “single’s card”, and it can be but doesn’t have to be, you might be or not. Either way you’re feeling financially whole and stable in your own self, treating yourself, feeling happy on your own without the need of some external person or thing, a very positive energy here. If you have a relationship, it’s only adding to all that you already have. It seems you’re rushing in passionately, standing your ground and speaking your truth with the upmost confidence, with the other cards here.

What’s going on in January:

Knight of Wands:

This is a card of rushing into something quickly & passionately, could also indicate a younger person. To clarify what we are rushing into here, we have success, recognition, victory, achievement either regarding this Queen of Wands as a person, yourself perhaps, or a very passionate and creative opportunity you’ve been working on. With The Hierophant & The Hermit at the bottom, it seems this Queen could be a spiritual teacher of sorts, or you yourself have been following a very spiritual path, possibly very quietly or internally. This could also talk about someone getting married very quickly or signing a contract, either way it’s a great success. With The Hermit at the bottom and the next card to clarify being 7 Wands, it’s possible this all has happened without you knowing, and that could be what you’re feeling defensive about. The Hierophant and The Hermit both give off an energy of “doing the right thing”, and this is working very well for you or this Queen.

7 Wands:

You feel you have the higher ground in some matter, you’re defending your position to all others who may oppose you. The way this is clarified, with The Fool, 5 Wands sideways, 7 Wands again, and The Devil at the bottom, makes this seem like you’re jumping into a new opportunity regardless of what others think. With 9 Pentacles at the head, you are confident and not interested in others’ “approval”, you don’t need it nor care. The 5 is equally arguing, competition, jealousy from outside parties as well as you trying to avoid these things and rise above them. With the 7 clarifying itself and The Devil here, you are very aware what is good for you and what is not, and although you’re not looking for a fight, you’ll have no problem tackling something toxic head on should the issue come up, or something becomes a problem. There’s a lot of confidence in yourself here, and that feels pretty amazing for you!

Ace of Swords:

Truth, clarity, speaking your truth out loud, could be new ideas or “Eureka!” moments of sudden intellect or solutions. The first to clarify is 7 Pentacles, you’ve invested a lot of time and effort into something and you’re being honest with yourself on whether it’s worth it, more or less. Ace of Cups and the 9 show that a new beginning in love altogether or a new romantic cycle in a current love have the potential to be everything you’ve ever wished for. 2 Swords at the bottom show that you have been very hopeful about this loving opportunity, but stuck in your head or indecisive about how to bring this wish fulfillment to fruition. The Ace here may simply be that you’ve gained the clarity you need in this stalemate, you’re able to now move forward in your chosen direction, which seems to be love, either a new relationship entirely or a new cycle in a current one. We have two 9’s here, almost there, and it seems like what you’re working on here is how to get to that 10.

The unknown is not an easy place to be, but it is indeed where you are meant to be, for now. It is no longer necessary to fear, just watch & observe.
