Chilima shocked with UTM’s Eastern Region Governor's Death

State Vice President Dr. Saulos Chilima has expressed shock over the untimely death of United Transformation Movement (UTM) Regional Governor for Eastern Region Alhaj Bernard Sande. Sande died on Wednesday after a short illness according to a family member. Reports indicate that Sande died of Coronavirus.
